I placed an order at 9pm requesting an arrangement be delivered to a clinic where a family member was getting treatment the next morning by 1000. I asked that it be sent by 10am, not realizing that they open at 9am, and the place to deliver was likely not super close. They delivered on time with short notice! Exceptional service! It is very hard to plan a sweet 16 birthday party in the middle of Covid. We went overboard with food because only a few guests were allowed. Designer cake, fabulous catered food and a huge beautiful Edible Arrangement. The Edible Arrangement fruit quality was horrible. The bananas were rotten, the cantaloupe and honeydew were mushy and tasteless, the grapes were not clean ... the only parts we ate were the few strawberries and apples dipped in chocolate which were good. This happened three months ago. I have tried to work with corporate headquarters all this time and they were rude and dismissive. They kept asking me more questions, including receipt and location. Each time they’d tell us they couldn’t find the store or the order. I’ve thought about it a lot and had to leave a review. We paid $125.00 for our edible arrangement.

Only partially open. Curbside only and no longer has anything ready to stop in and pick up. So much for being spontaneous and surprising someoneUpdateordered/paid online for pick up today and the store was closed and hour before posted hours said they would be. Main customer service also could not reach them. Be careful doing business here

I love the fruit! My son ordered it for me for Mothers Day and then again for Fathers day! My box was better than my husbands! They didnt have any apples and the Strawberries were much smaller

I ordered online and set up for a pick up in their store to avoid their outrageous shipping costs. They were very willing to make my order ready a half hour early and the cashier person was nice. However not giving 5 stars because I figured they would have more items readily available in the shop.

Terrible quality of fruit- DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered the two different 6 packs of assorted fruit (1 all chocolate-covered pineapples; 1 pack chocolate-covered strawberries + apples + bananas). Delivery occurred around midday which is great.Unfortunately, the recipient said the bananas were absolutely disgusting: completely mush and had to be at least 3 days olds. She questioned if they were in fact black but couldnt tell from the chocolate coating. She said the apples were fine, but the some of the pineapple were cut from THE CORE of the pineapple so very hard/unripe and not tasty. And these suckers arent cheap @ $10 for 6 + the minimum $15 delivery fee (even though the address was in the same city as the Edible Arrangements store).The recipient has not yet tried the strawberries, but overall, I would not recommend for the price and quality youll receive.

Ordered this for my mom for her birthday. Very nice presentation. She told me that the delivery driver was very nice. Will be ordering again for sure! I think this was better then ordering her flowers. Very impressed!
