The staff was very helpful and kind. It had a very wide selection of games, movies, records, and many other things. It had a wonderful atmosphere. I am for sure going back there. Definitely recommend!

Great hard working staff. Always happy to greet everyone and to help you. Huge selection of Movies, Games and all your entertainment needs. If they dont have what your looking for theyll search the other stores for it.

Generally decent selection. Staff @ this one is typically useless. (Cleveland Ave def. Has way better personalities)Also the exchange as a whole has become super picky and stingy on trade prices. (Worse then gamestop even). My favorite is now they are using the virus as a reason to be super picky and stingy but yet will thumb through it all....anyone else see the irony in that?

Listen, my Belden Village Exchange visits have never been less than the best. They are knowledgeable and fun. When I can talk 80s and 90s cartoons, movies, music and television with people you are on my level and I like it. Even when extra busy there is always someone to acknowledge your presence and let you know they are available to assist.Thanks for the great service.

Well now the exchange is starting to force people to wear masks or leave their store. When clearly the mandate states that children under 10 and medical conditions are exempt . Just lost a loyal customer due to this political stunt . Good job . Not that it matters because there’s sheep that wear the masks and will support the business I for one will not .

Came in to get a GameCube cable and a lovely girl with light blue hair helped me, she was so nice, and made sure to answer all my questions, even when she didn’t know she took the time to look it up so I didn’t buy the wrong thing, I didn’t catch her name but in the receipt it says “SW” so give this girl a raise! She deserves it! She’s the reason I’d come back to this store, good customer service and actual gaming knowledge!

I understand you have to run a business and make a certain percentage of profit on your returns but this location I do not recommend selling here I brought in brand new fallout items that sell for $50-$79.99 over all the collection I brought in was valued at $420 and they had the nerve to offer me $40 cash or $52 store credit. I love the exchange and I guess I’ll have to stick around with the one on Cleveland ave because they have never low balled me like this one did it’s nice to shop but to sell or even consider trading I don’t recommend it. I had a very bad experience at this location. And I’ve been shopping at the exchange and selling to them for eight years. Starting to turn into GameStop.

Staff has always been helpful and kind. Very large selection of video games, movies and other cool stuff. When I have traded stuff in, they have always given me decent prices for trade in. Will be going back there in the future.

Called and asked if they were open so I drive to the store and get told when I walk in that they are currently not doing trade-ins or buying items. When the slogan is “buy sell trade” and you aren’t doing 2 out of those 3 I feel like it could be mentioned on the phone.

All staff is nice and friendly. Very wide collection of whatever you are looking for (dvds to retro gaming to new gaming systems). Been in multiple times to trade my old systems for cash and they gave me reasonable deals every time. Highly recommended place.

Not from the area so dropped in based on the reviews. This place did not disappoint. Good selection of used vinyl and a very helpful staff. Walked away happy with the experience. I expect to make another visit the next time Im in town.

I bought a PS3 system used here. Came home controller was not working right. Took the 40 min drive back to Canton all for them to tell me to bring it all back in to exchange it. It was the same sells guy that sold it to me. I spent thousands in here on DVDs. I will never visit another exchange.

I love this place with its large CD selection and its huge Rock section. The video game section is large and grand. If this store ( The Belden Village one ) seems too small dont worry theres a larger one in Canton.

Such a large selection of everything! I get nostalgic being there and seeing so much of my childhood there.I will say this: if you want to sell your stuff there, youve gotta remember that theyre a business. They have to mark up the items higher than what you get because their costs include not only what they bought it from you for, but to display it, and other basic costs (example: you buy fries for $1. 40¢ goes towards paying employees, 15¢ goes towards ingredients, 35¢ guess towards equipment costs, and 10¢ goes towards waste of product/mistakes)

I love this store! I go there about every week to buy some albums and movies I get all of my Dvds and CDs here! The staff is super friendly Im getting to know them too! Its Fun!!

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BESTTHE STAFF IS AMAZING AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOURE LOOKING FOR WHEN IT COMES TO CDS AND MOVIES. I COLLECT MOVIES ( I HAVE ALMOST 400 ) AND THE EXCHANGE IS WHERE I HAVE BOUGHT MOST OF MY DVDS.ITS SUCH AN ENJOYABLE PLACE TO BE. I FEEL SO COMOFRTABLE WHEN IM THERE. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE TOO. MORE THAN REASONABLE. WHOEVER INVENTED THIS STORE IS BEYOND AMAZING. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. ♡♡♡♡♡

The record selection setup is unnecessarily confusing. Dont even try. Go to the Cleveland Ave exchange for records.

I brought in a bunch of old DVDs that I practically wanted to throw away and they gave me over a hundred bucks in store credit for them. They didnt even take them all due to overstock in select titles. I was honestly blown away. I did have some DVD season sets and movie trilogy sets but most of it were just basic DVDs that I had replaced with Blu-Rays in my collection. The staff is always helpful and friendly, sometimes they dont know exactly everything about whats on the shelf and theyre okay listening to you explain what they have and other times (most times) theyve educated me on items. I dont shop for games here due to better offers elsewhere but for movies, collectibles, retro video games, and CDs theyre the best around. This location and the Cleveland Avenue store are highly recommended. Never had an issue returning items or haggling for a better deal on the marked price on collectibles at either location (I dont always win though lol).

This exchange store is a rip-off. I took in a Nintendo DS lite, two gameboy colors, nearly 10 GBC games, 2 GBA games and 10 DS games. One of the GBC games that I took in (Pokemon gold) is sold for $50 in their store. The DS is sold for $100 or more. I got $30 for EVERYTHING I took in. The only things that they didnt take were my Gameboy colors. I recommend a pawn shop or a different exchange store. This one sucks!
