Cute place, unique gifts. Lots of Disney stuff.

Very cute stuff & lots to choose from. Fun to look around. Only thing is most of the stuff is over priced but you usually have that with Disney brands

The Staff at this location go above what they need too. They make sure that everyone is getting helped and know the product that they have. Today I was in and the poor manager, I believe her name was Nicole, had to deal with a very rude gentleman who would not keep his mask on properly. She handled the situation very well and I wanted to give her praise on how well she handled a verbally aggressive individual who would not follow a simple rule that I know shes only enforcing so she can get a pay and keep the doors open. Great staff, keep up the great work and thank you for keeping customers safe!

Wonderful staff, amazing selection of cool stuff from popular movies and shows that make great gifts or make awesome new ones for your personal collection. They even have amazing clothes much better than most you can find at the mall.

Best service I have received anywhere. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers keep masks on and above their noses. I feel safe when shopping here during a pandemic! Ordered a birthday gift. Said 3-8 days to get to the store. What they dont tell you is that it takes at least a week before the order ships to them then the 3-8 days starts. Im on my 12th day and still waiting. If you want something in time either order a month ahead or shop somewhere else.

We were told that we couldnt enter the store today unless my daughter changed her mask. It covered her nose and mouth perfectly, but the door person said it wasnt sufficient. 🤨 Its was a white face mask with sequence on it...I had on a black one thats exactly the same and my mask was okay. When I asked why I was told that she could see her mouth. X-ray vision, I guess. The worker offered a disposable one to her, but we opted to just shop elsewhere.

Poorly stocked and stained clothing. I told the worker about the stain and instead of pulling it from the shelf the manager offered a 30% discount with a no return policy. Yeah thanks but no thanks. I dont give out gifts with stains on them. Especially a mothers day gift. I cant believe you try to sell this stuff to unknowing customers.

Pretty cool little store. Lots of neat things that range from anime to Disney. Prices were good and the staff was friendly towards my child and talked about anime with them. Will be back!

The place is fun. People friendly. One staff even had to tell this guy to put on his mask. He gave her a hard time, but eventually did as he was asked.

Even with covid restrictions I was able to get in, get my Christmas gift. All of the employees were super nice.

I love the store but sometimes the employees give me a weird vibe. I felt bad for one employee I was talking to once. He was talking to me and showing me the Naruto stuff. I was looking for a gift to give to my fiance, the employee was super into it and very helpful. Then Im guessing the manager or lead shift came over and told him to go do something else and she can handle this. She wasnt as helpful nor did she seem as happy talking about the topic.

This is SPECIFICALLY for Canton, Ohio store!!! Let me start out saying I’ve never physically visited the store. I’ve never even been to the state, in fact I live in Pennsylvania— the neighboring state! Well I ordered something online and apparently there was an error and my order was sent to the Ohio store when I normally pick up in the Deptford, NJ store. Things happen, whatever. I figured I’d call and get it straightened out. Well what an epic FAIL! The customer service reps (all 4-5 of them I had to speak to) were really of no help. They kept spinning me around the ringer, no one would help although they said they would. Eventually I got in contact with Nicole over at the Canton, OH store who was extremely helpful. She kept in contact with me all day trying to figure out how I can get my order. She even took it upon herself to call customer service to try and help me out, but to no avail. They told Nicole they couldn’t release info without my consent (which I had already spoken to 3 other customer service reps in the past week about the issue!!!). Eventually I got in contact with yet another customer service rep and figured I’d do a 3 way call between the store, customer service and myself. Nicole stayed on the line and waited with me and even called me back when the wait time became too long. She helped in every way possible. If there was an employee of the month or any type of reward, Nicole should be the one to receive it!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Horrible service today, I will never shop there again or spend money there. I just had lasik surgery where my eyes are healing, I was wearing a mask but had it just under my nose slightly so I didn’t get the breath in my glasses and eyes as all of the wind and stuff going in my eyes hinders my eyes healing. I was refused service since I didn’t have it above my nose even tho I told the lady I just had surgery. There was no care what do ever. So I will never shop there again.

The staff in this store are AMAZING!!!I was searching the Pin display for 4 specific pins not only did they check the inventory to make sure they had them in stock (that alone would have been amazing) but stood and helped me search the bin until I found all 4 pins. The staff are always helpful and polite the never think twice about going above and beyond to help a customer

I really enjoy this store. That have really unique items. They have great Disney merchandise. I could buy something for everyone on my Christmas list in this store. Every employee I have come in contact has been very friendly as well.

The store don’t keep up with there stock. Had to make a order with customer service and they told me to do the order to the store would take 3 to 8 days will it was not there. Here I go onto 14 business days and still no order this will be my last order with this company I would of not even gave them that if I didn’t have to put a star in there.

They dont have any plus size shirts mostly for kids

We love this store! Everyone is always great! While we were looking for buttons for our wedding and rummaging through the bin, Nicole helped out, gave us bags to put aside what we had already gone through, and started digging through the bin to help out! She was amazing!

This store is super cute. They have a lot of Disney merch for the whole family including outfits for infants, clothing and accessories and homeware. It is also super cool that with every purchase bought at box-lunch you are helping to end Hunger because they dosed date their proceeds. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

First off the customer service alone is enough to make me come back every time I shop. Second the products that BoxLunch carries you typically cannot find anywhere else. Third the deals are always fair (especially for the products). Lastly spending money there donates meals to those in need. You cannot go wrong shopping at BoxLunch especially at this location.
