Came in Saturday ported over 2 lines over from page plus, the guy was very nice and helped us through setting it up. Told us page plus and total wireless are sister companies and said shouldn’t take long. Switched us over and we got too keep the same phones and numbers. We where in and out within 30 mins. Was talking too is through the whole process, very humble down too earth guy! Thanks again

We went to the location at Cleveland Ave in Canton on 01/22/21 the young man who waited on us very nice and gave us the number for customer service so we could combine our phone lines. The one big disappointment was the older guy who got a personal phone call on his cellphone and began using the F word multiple times and yelling at person on other end! The poor guy who was waiting on us was visibly embarrassed and excused himself to have a word with other employee. He apologized repeatedly to us. I am a retail worker and I must say I was shocked at this behavior.

Just bought a new from this gentlemen needed to upgrade since my phone was getting outdated and needed to upgrade soon he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the phone switched me over and all my stuff, he was multitasking as well, helping other customers very hard worker! Need a phone come here for sure.

Had a problem, called this store, told him Id call right back..now they are avoiding my calls..no help at all..total wireless is a joke.. .I must say I made this review when I was angry with total wireless company..Not this local business....the owner of this establishment was professional and did attempt to help me withe my problem...He kept trying to help even when I was angry..I commend him for that..

Bought a iPhone 12 pro from this gentleman switched my iCloud over and all my apps. Took his time and was very knowledgable in what he was doing 5 star !!!

Great customer service!!! I needed help finding my mom a new phone and an upgrade which is kind of hard cause she’s not very tech savvy but moose was very patient and answered every question we had and on top of that found my mom a great phone at a great price! thank you soooo much, you truly made phone shopping so much easier for me and very helpful!
