Brian and Ohio Auto Warehouse took a very complicated situation and were able to turn it into a very seamless process so that we could buy the truck we needed for our business. We ended up driving 4 hours from Cincinnati to make this deal happen and are so glad we did! The truck did have the check engine light come on during test drive but they purchased and installed the part while we signed the paperwork (that Brian had already had prepared due to our drive). The experience was so great and hassle free that we will probably make the drive again for our next truck purchase! Thank you Brian and team!!

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review on my purchase experience on my 2017 Lincoln Continental Black Label. I have to say that Im thoroughly satisfied and highly impressed with the overall service I received. I must admit I was a little skeptical purchasing this type of vehicle from a place I was initially unfamiliar with. However, Brian made sure I was well taken care of. They even took the car to two different car shops to have them check it out in order to make sure I was getting a car that was up to my expectations. The car has been a complete joy to own and has gotten nothing but compliments and head turns. I would recommend Brian and the rest of the staff to anyone that may be considering making a purchase from this establishment. I may be making another purchase myself in the near future!

I purchased a vehicle a year and a half ago from Robert at Ohio Auto Warehouse, flew from Missouri to Ohio and drove the vehicle back home. I made this trip because of the great deal they made me on the vehicle. They were friendly and the deal was quick to get me back on the road home. I had an issue with the vehicle a year and a half later and notified Robert at the dealership. This is the unbelievable part. He purchased the vehicle back from me and shipped it back to Ohio to make things right. What dealership does that especially from some customer 765 miles away from the dealership! I can’t say enough about Robert, this family owned business, and their professional customer service. I can’t ever think of another positive car dealer experience coming anywhere near what I just experienced and I’ve bought plenty of vehicles in my 48 years. Great place to look for a used car or truck

I purchased a 2015 Ford 150 4x4 super cab for a very good price. They had a few very nice trucks I liked but I feel I got their best truck for the money. I received great service and the salesman did a great job getting me financed and putting me in my new truck

Not only was the price amazing (it was by far the cheapest price I could find online or in person), but they were even able to get me a better financing! Bought a 2016 550 as is of course. They told me it had fuel issues took couple days to fix after I purchased. Assured me it was good to go. Not even a full tank of fuel and had to put 2200 in fuel parts. I didnt even mention the 1600 I put in it the week before for AC and an oil leak. I understand as is but if you give you word its fixed right it probably should be.

I was looking online for a Honda Odyssey and found one at Ohio Auto Warehouse and several in Cleveland. I looked at the van at Ohio Auto on Monday (it was very clean) and planned a looking trip for Saturday, one of which was a very similar van and similar mileage for less money. I called Ohio Auto about it. When he called me back, he had his numbers ready and was well below the other vans price. We accepted his offer and really like the van.I got the title memorandum to get my plates in 1.5 weeks!!The only down side was he worked by appointment only which really turned out to be no problem at all.

I was given pictures other than the website pictures of the car I was interested in by my salesman. They showed a few scratches and I was told the car was in great condition. My salesman even said the backseat looked as though it had never been sat in. After driving 4 hours to see the car I was disappointed in the condition of the car. I wasnt expecting a perfect car but the description was not exactly honest either.---However I would like to say the owner understood my concerns and cared enough to listen and assure me that this is not an accurate representation of how he liked to conduct business. It was refreshing to see customer service still exsists. Thank you for making it right.

Great price for the vehicle that I bought they made sure it left the lot in A1 condition took care of everything. Since then its been a few months and still very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and their honesty definitely would recommend and will definitely come back.

I called them up and informed them of the leak and they agreed to have one of their mechanics look at it. Their mechanic confirmed the leak and Robert offered to fix the vehicle at no cost to me. It was by no means a cheap fix and my vehicle is leak free now. Brian and Robert are honest and trustworthy guys who go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Place is a Rip-off. Beware beware!!!! Do not buy or you will regret it fully. Sales person Brian long is a liar and will tell you so many lies to get you to buy and when your gone and have problems he wont do anything. But he say he will. Do not buy do not buy off them scam scam. Also got one key with a keyless button that didnt even work. When was driving car home brakes where metal on metal when we got home had to replace brakes and rotors. Then on top of that it wont strart now. Im totally honest about what happened.

Bought an 07 Avalanche, within 6 mos had to replace all brakes ,rotors, and hardware, replace evap vent for the fuel tank , ball joints, and now lifters tick and the insurance policy they sell you isnt worth the paper its written on .
