The smoothest and most efficient car purchase ever! I called Done Deal Motors on Monday to inquire about a Range Rover they had for sale. My excellent salesman, Nick M., took the time tell me about the vehicle, familiarized with their process for out of state buyers and communicated with me through each step of the way. Nick even took the time to personally take photos of my choosing and sent them via text. By Wednesday morning (9/15/21), I had a beautiful 2018 Range Rover in my driveway. Oh, did I forget to mention that they delivered it to me in Maryland!!! Great experience, ask for Nick.

These guys are great. By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I connected with their man Russ- who proved to be a car whisperer. I told him what I was looking for and immediately suggested 3 very good options in inventory that met my criteria. He offered recommendations that aligned perfectly with my thinking. i took some test drives and asked lots of questions that their man Russ immediately answered with specific data. i had my mind made up and his recommendation was in line. no push, no haggle - i negotiate for a living and he gave me a number i was happy with out of the gate. inventory is full and new rides regularly come in. was driving the new audi the next day. done deal! month later i feel so good - like i stole it from em. had to right a review. these guys must have some magic secret wizardry in the car business. never spent so little time and felt this good about a car purchase. I would advise not to purchase on ebay or over the phone without seeing the car. while I accept blame for. not requesting more close up photos these guys definitely know how to avoid certain flaws in their photos. numerous spots of black touch up paint over spray, scratches and and obvious body paint overspray that was not disclosed or shown in photos. Most dealers would show them w a close up ruler etc…was told the tires were new and they appear to be in the pics but only the front tires were; rear tires were last gen bf’s. that are clearly different when seen close up. Loose dash parts as well.Numerous spray paint on undercarriage to hide major rust spots. again, I’d advise to inspect the car in person, these guys know what they’re doing when it comes to putting lipstick on a pig. lesson learned 👍

Fantastic dealership! We found a van online we wanted from here and they were easy to work with and had great communication. Any paperwork we had to do was next day aired to us and the deal went smoothly. We got a fair amount for our trade in and I thought the delivery fee (which included the trade in pick up) was very reasonable. The actual van is in great shape for its mileage and I can tell they took some time to clean out to vehicle nicely. Oliver was SO helpful in assisting my 18-year-old daughter in her first car purchase. She was the only one communicating with him until right before it was time to close the deal, and he helped her feel like the car-buying process was easy! He cheerfully and promptly answered her questions and treated her like an adult. I would like to state that I spent a month looking for a Mini van for my family and I am very peculiar about what I wanted for features and what my price and mileage points were.I talked with Oliver, once I found such an amazing selection of vehicles at Done Deal Motors website. Bought my third car a Bimmer 2016 320i and overall buying experience was the great. There was no pressure to do the business even after test drive and was left free to decide. I purchased a 2012 Ford truck from Done Deal Motors in July 2020. The buying experience was great. The staff and management were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. After I picked up the truck, there were a couple of minor repairs/fixes needed for it to be able to pass NH State inspection. Done Deal Motors helped me get those couple of items fixed promptly and the truck is now registered, inspected and on the road with a very happy new owner. Great experience, I would do business here again.

I bought a Chevy Tahoe from this dealership a few weeks ago, and after taking it to a Chevy dealership for an inspection found issues with the rear shocks. Having already replaced the battery prior to purchase, the service department replaced the shocks and suspension compressor without question. I had to go back again because one of the new shocks was defective and once again they replaced it without hassle or cost. Many thanks to Oliver in the service department who was professional and extremely helpful. The after sale service I had here would be hard to find elsewhere. Recommend this dealership, as the buying process was smooth and unpressured, financing rate was excellent.

I needed a car asap and wanted it delivered the day that I called. I called around 10 AM and they worked hard to get me the car delivered that day, 45 minutes north of Canton. The car looks/runs great and I appreciated the service.

Pleasant sales person, but car not as advertised. “Clean” car had significant rust on all engine components and undercarriage had been painted to cover rust. Car photos do not show black panels that have been added to bottom sides of both the passenger and driver sides of the vehicle. Why were these panels added? I suspect to cover up rust. Car is listed $1,200 over NADA value. Very disappointed.

I made a big mistake... I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano for $11999... I went there to look at a GMC Terrain, that I researched but didn’t like the material seats.... anyway... Sales person shows me the Murano and I loved it! He said it was the same price as Terrain. I thought it was a fair price.... hindsight, after doing the research, I was over charged by $2k...I am upset at myself! Beware if Done Deal Motors!!!Also, this vehicle needs to have the transmission flushed at 60000 miles, I called to see if they would pay for it, of course not! 😩😩😩Shame in me for not doing the research, but watch out people!!!

We liked it and made them a fair offer and they accepted. Had cashiers check with us so we were able to close the deal then and drive away with the title. Very professional staff both in sales and service department. Would definitely do business here again.

The sales team is great. Kervin has been very helpful. However, dealing with the GM has not been easy. My patience is running dry. I requested my extended warranty cancellation several weeks ago and I still dont know the status. I tried to be understanding with whats happening with COVID-19 and all but I kept getting stalled day after day and my simple request still kept getting delayed with no follow up. I requested the cancellation because the Continental Warranty gold I bought doesnt cover the parts and services needed and its proven to be not as useful as we thought. If I was just given a service number at Continental for me to follow up with them, Id be more than happy to but the contact I was given got me nowhere.

After setting an appointment to view a vehicle, I arrived to a clean, orderly, polite, professional and legitimately “no pressure” environment. I took an independent test drive and received a calm (no overly promoting) walk through of the vehicle. The evaluation of my trade in was fair as was the original sales price of the vehicle I was interested in (after doing research). The entire process was a fair deal and the least stressful buying experience I’ve had. Done Deal Motors has a variety of used “high-end” vehicles that are well evaluated and fairly priced. I left the dealership with confidence that I had a fair sales transaction, which in the end is all you can ask for. The owner is a nice guy, fair and reasonable and follows a “hands on” approach to business operations which I think adds to the experience. I would go there for another vehicle again. I rarely write reviews, but this was such a good experience that otherwise (car buying) leaves you suspicious, I felt compelled to provide a “written applause” to this business.

While searching for a vehicle for my daughter, I discoveredDone Deal Motors on cars.com and Im so glad that I did!Upon my arrival, I was greeted with enthusiasm by Kervin, who happily, and without hesitation or pressure, showed us the vehicle that we had inquired about, which was in even better condition than advertised...which was great!He also took the liberty of showing us a similar vehicle which they just had received so as to give us options.While there, I took notice of their vast, yet tidy, collection of cars and trucks... ...all in fantastic condition and at very fair prices!One of the benefits of where they are located is that one can test drive on a road that is conducive.After test driving, I told Kervin and the sales manager that I was going to think about it and get back to them asap...there was no pressure to buy now at all...both were professional.I had called within an hour of visiting to state that I was in fact interested in purchasing the vehicle that I had original sought and agreed to visit the next morning.Upon arrival, the vehicle was parked in front all shined up, which was above and beyond my expectation...We proceeded to close the sale and they took the car inside away from the elements until delivery several days later...Clearly, they pay attention to details and as a small business owner myself, I certainly recognize and appreciate that.Upon delivery, the auto was detailed to perfection inside and out and though its a 2011, the auto (suv) looks and drives like brand new!My experience with everyone from Kervin, to the sales manager, to the finance gentleman and to Serge the owner, was nothing but positive!Not only will I visit Done Deal Motors for all of my future automotive needs, I highly recommend that you visit for YOUR automotive needs, too!

Stopped in to browse their selection of vehicles and was promptly met by a friendly sales associate (the name escapes me). Had a great talk about what I was in the market for and my budget. There are some reviews on here calling this place scum but they are the exact polar opposite. Polite, helpful, friendly, and not push about anything. Exactly the kind of customer service Id expect. Strongly recommend.

I had been shopping for a used SUV for some time, and I found this dealership on the Carfax website. I took the drive to see a vehicle that they were advertising. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. I met the owner, Sergio. I took the vehicle for a test drive, we agreed on a price. He was very helpful and professional. I purchased the vehicle and was very happy with the whole experience. I know I drove 40 miles to reach them, but it was well worth the ride. I recently had some minor modifications done to my Wrangler (fenders, lights, etc.). The work was done on time and as estimated. I got the sense the guy doing the work really cared about making the project look right. Would recommend for this type of work.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from here and have waited to review this until Ive driven it for a while and had it looked over by a second mechanic.Everything is going great. The car runs perfectly, everything is just as they said it was. I even had it looked over by another mechanic and they confirmed it has new brakes, new tires, etc.They even fixed a tear in the seat for me upon request and were very easy going, none of that high pressure car sales atmosphere that I was expecting.All in all I would definitely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a used car.

Bought a 2004 Toyota 4runner. They were very nice. They were able to put the truck on their lift so we could inspect the frame. Put a deposit down. Came back a few days later and drove our truck home. They deal in high end 1 owner used vehicles. Would buy from them again .

The service department is awesome. I got my battery and alternator fixed here. They were very quick and gave me the best prices on everything. The service advisor Rhiannon was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back. Hopefully later rather than sooner, but when I need my car fixed this is where I will always go.
