Did a great job installing LEDs on my bike and helping upgrade my headlight system

These guys are super friendly and super patient. They dont try and rob you with outrageous labor quotes, dont make you feel rushed so they can move on to the next customer, and do their do diligence to make sure everythings going to fit right on your ride. They have the experience to work on most automotive stuff you need done other than bodywork from accidents and things like that. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Took my Checkmate boat in asked for all wiring checked out and gauges working correctly plus a pioneer marine audio system installed. Job was well done though fuel gauge has power though isnt working. Not their fault possible gauge,ground on fuel tank or sending unit.

This is a FYI for anyone looking to have their car serviced at this business. I have had a lot of work done on my car such as a back up camera, new headlights, speaker work. They are very unwilling to fix something they messed up. Every time i have had them work on my car, i have to take it back and have them fix something they did wrong. When they installed my headlights they didn’t add the resistors, so i had to take it back and PAY MORE to have it installed correctly. When they installed my back up camera, they didn’t provide a long enough wire and the camera stopped working and now audio issues they caused by installing the amplifier. I have taken my car back to them countless times for them to “fix” the issue just for them to tell me nothings wrong, waste my time and then proceed to try and upsell me a product instead of actually fixing the issue. The audio is not distorted, the wires that you installed are loose! Every time i hit a bump the speakers make a crackling noise! Apparently the wire you from the main power supply to the amplifier is loose and that’s all it would take to fix the issue. All you would have to do was tighten it! I showed your workers where the issue was and they “fixed” it the first time so, I will never be taking my vehicle back and i urge others to do the same. Very crooked business practices! I will reiterate that i want nothing to do with this business. I will not be taking my vehicle back to have you “look at it”. I didn’t pay a lot of money for this vehicle just to have people messing around in it. Do not contact me!

I Couldn’t Find A Radio Adapter For My Volkswagen, I Called Horizon MotorSports They Had One! I Couldn’t Find The Special Tool To Get My Radio Out, They Helped Me Get It Out With No Problem. (Without The Tool) I Went To Best Buy The Guy Had No Idea What He Was Doing. Moral To The Story If You Need ANYTHING To Do With Your Car System I Recommend Going Here!

I went in thinking I had a blown speaker. One of the guys there came out 2 my car , listened to my stereo and made some adjustments 2 my crossover points on my amp and my head unit. It has never sounded better. I asked him what I owe, nothing. Who gives service like that nowadays. The guide are great. Ill never go anywhere else, wish I would have known about them sooner

If youre unable to get into Horizon Audio on Whipple Ave, this location is just as good. The employees are pretty helpful, the store is nice and the service is quick. The prices are reasonable as well. Its nice that they do a variety of things from remote starter installation, backup cameras, audio, etc. I would come here again. I also like that the store is clean.

Services was quick and efficient. Called on a Wednesday and had tires installed on Friday. The company delivering the tires were late and Horizon Motorsports tried everything in their power to accommodate the inconvenience. They corrected the situation and installed the tires in less time that was estimated. Staff and owner were very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend Horizon Motorsports services.

I had under-glow LED lights, root lights, seat heaters, remote start, windows tinted and a backup camera installed and they did an excellent job with all of it.I could not have been happier to find out that the under-glow lights come on when the truck is remote started.The guys that work there are all very professional and friendlyThe work they do is top-notch and I will be back for more in the future.

I chose Horizon Auto Sports on Tusc. to install a 2 1/2” lift and new wheels/tires placed on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Eric was tasked to do the job for me and was very receptive to what I was asking for, and very knowledgeable about the entire install.Dropping the vehicle and parts off the night prior did not go without incident, as Eric realized I hadn’t received front struts. Scrambling to contact my vendor and figure it out myself, Aaron and Eric both made multiple attempts to reach out to other distributors for the needed parts. Aaron and Eric were able to make magic happen and get the parts in time the next day to complete the job, while I was able to work my refund with my vendor stress free.Even while waiting on shipped parts to come in, Eric and their team were still able to get my truck finished, put back together, and even helped me out with a quick body chop adjustment (rubbing tires). They also really helped me out in a pinch on needing an alignment and used their contacts to get me fixed up.This review doesn’t quite do my overall service justice, but I would recommend these guys to anyone. Not to mention I KNOW they charged me too fairly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during my experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband had a lift put on his 2500 not quite 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues with it. They first put the wrong lift on thinking we wouldn’t notice and then tried to play it off that it was an upgrade compared to what we paid for. It wasn’t. It was a cheaper shorter version then what was paid for. They bent the side rails from them putting it on their lift and wouldn’t do anything about it. The gear box is stripped because of their careless work. The pitman arm was about to fall off because they put a thicker washer on which made the bolt loosen up. I could write some more about the issues but this is the gist of it. We’ve spent more money repairing the stuff they messed up then the $4,000 lift that was put on. If you’re getting a lift done, go somewhere else!!

To spend money for tinting only to have hairs behind it is not ok. Your company brought my daughter-in-law to tears by telling her this mistake was her fault! Will never do business with this company! Horrible customer relations!

Great place. Tried to install my stereo myself and got lost. Brought it here and they got me in real quick. They were honest with me when there issues with my car and connections, but worked to resolve them.Wish I just came in here first and just spent the cash right away to get it installed.

I would not recommend. Not only is the quality of the product bad, but the customer service is just awful. I got my windows tinted last week. Picked it up everything looked great. The next day I had started to notice some dirt and things under the tint. Some dog hair bc I have dogs. But some of the windows also had what looked like just dirt from where they hadnt been cleaned good before applying the tint. So I called to address the issue. Someone answered I began telling them the issues I had been seeing with the tint. Before I could finish my sentence I was interpreted and told the bubbles were normal. I had said it wasnt just bubbles there was hair, dirt, fuzz, and just imperfections throught every window. On one window the tint was even cut to small and you could see where the tint stopped and the clear glass began. I made an appointment so fast fwd to today I get a call that my car was finished I said ok. Ill be up.then I was told that because my car had dog hair in it the job is what it is. I got a bit upset over being told it is what it is. Especially when it wasnt cheap. And Im paying you for service it should be done right no matter the circumstances. Anyway. I said well if that was an issue shouldnt you tell your customers prior to bringing in their vehicles to vaccum it. My car is clean but there is dog hair I have two dogs. Any who. He goes to tell me that it is common sense to vaccum my vehicle prior to bringing it in. I work in healthcare so no. It was not common sense that in order for my car to be done correctly I needed to detail it as he said. Then he goes on to say well the windows got tinted Im not detailing your car for you to. I said that wasnt what I had asked. He then very rudely tells me well its done come get it. And hangs up on me. Now I have brought my car back and some of the mistake were fixed. Mind you a took pictures and videos of my windows before taking it up. Only because when i called the first time i was spoken to rudely so i made sure to take some pics. There are still some of the same spots but we were told they took it off and it was completely redone. But you can tell it was not. They just made air around the dirt and hair go away. Dont waist your money 0 stars if I was able to.

Ugh. What an experience sold me the wrong stuff for my car had me bring it back multiple times my car locked me down 3 times. They had to send a technician out to get my car out of lockdown and started again it is because the remote start that they sold me was not compatible with my vehicle you would think that would be information you can find in a installation manual somewhere ultimately the unit had to be removed and they gave me my money back but trust me it was not worth the hassle that took over a month and a half to figure out. They also sold me a new head unit for the stereo with a backup camera and exactly 7 days after I got it the camera quit working they said it was a bad camera and replaced it and so far were at about eight weeks from then and its still working but who knows not a good experience for me.

I dont hate them. They are not a special store who reaches out to the customer needs. They have limits. Those limits hurt me bad. And cost me Unnecessary money. Big projects they will do but there are limits on how well they take care of your projects. Recommend for big projects seek answers from iasca sqology competitors or well known shops in California. Better to pay the price to people who live the art of custom work.

They charged me $150.00 to install some headlights and for some reason I kept blowing bulbs and fuses because I later found out they wired my hot and ground backwards and then to hold my parking light in place they stuck it in putty that hardened , for 150.00!!!!! This place is unprofessional !

How much does it cost to get an all around tint? I was told it was $250 but does that include the labor?

They installed backup camera, Alpine double din head unit w/Alpine power pack amplifier, (4) 6 1/2 speakers, (2) tweeters, ran 4 gauge wire w/inline fuse to my subwoofer amplifier, ran USB & HDMI cable to center console, & applied tint on my windows. Always went to the North Canton store before & it was far more convenient to take my car to this store in Perry for me. It was really easy to do business with Aaron & his team did a great job on all of my install. They are very knowledgeable & Aaron even stayed after closing time to show me how the new head unit worked & he also tuned 9 band equalizer on head unit, crossover/gain on subwoofer app, crossover on the head unit. I will definitely come back for any future upgrades on my car. Thanks guys!

Not great at all this place is horrible making appointment its useless because they dont work on your car right away you have to wait pretty much all day to get your car back . Not sure why they they give you appointment in sortin time in day if they cant work on your car at that time . Its just dont make any sinse at all they must think there time is more valaiable than yours . So if you go to this place expect to leave your car there all day ...👎👎👎👎👎👎 Dont love it at all
