Went in today looking for a handgun that could be used for concealed carry. Had a few ideas in mind but wasnt convinced they were the right gun for me for this purpose. Trisha was fantastic at making suggestions and telling me about each gun. She let me handle numerous pistols until I felt like I had decided on one that felt right and had features I wanted. Good job Trisha!Update on 10/5/2021: I have since shot my new handgun and Trisha did me a solid. It is such a good fit for me. So much better than the last 9mm I had. Right off the bat with my first shots I was hitting my target. Thank you again Trisha!

The Fin is probablymy favorite store. They carry 5.11 tactical so I can try my clothes on before I buy them. Everything you need for camping and hunting and fishing. Ammo selection is little thin right now but thats the story wherever you go. Good selection of under armor gear too. They even have good quality tin signs so thats just another reason for me go.

It’s a below average niche seeking price gouging chain conglomerate.That being said, they have some great employees back at the firearms counter and some really poor ones working elsewhere in the store.When returning an item, whether it be a scope, air rifle, probably even a shirt, be prepared to give at least 3 reasons why you weren’t happy with your purchase and hope they refund it.

Love this store in Canton. Its always got a good selection of of merchandise and almost always has ammo in stock, about any calibur. Its also were I buy my guns at a reasonable price.The reason I only give it four stars though, is because back at the guns, some and only some of the staff can unreasonably rude because you dont know guns like they do.

Never had an issue until now. I went in wanting to buy a m&p 9mm subcompact but they were out of stock so they showed me a compact with optics and assured me the difference was minimal and that the optic could easily be swapped out for normal ones if I didn’t like it. Well tried it out and I don’t like the optics and now I find out that they don’t even MAKE normal sights compatible for this gun and I’m out $630 on a gun I didn’t want. And when trying to call into store they blame it on a milling issue when it’s obviously not. Nobody knows what they are talking about here.

Pretty cool place to find supplies for all activities. I like going camping and I found some very unique and fun camping items. Including this small stove Im going to use for backpacking. The prices are a little steep but the products seem high quality. So probably worth the extra change. Ill definitely be back ☺️

I purchased a Sig P365 Tacpac from FFFO on their website on June 7, 2021 and had my purchase in 4 days. I’m very pleased with the customer service, the price was great, shipping was fast and reasonable, and the firearm arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was at the local Bass Pro and was fast and easy for $35. I will definitely be checking out FFFO in the future for more good deals.

I have been a loyal customer at Fin for years now. Spent several thousands of dollars there. I can’t believe how they are price gouging for ammo and reloading supplies. Disgraceful! I know everyone needs to make a buck but Fin is taking advantage of loyal customers.I am taking my business elsewhere.

Ok for years Mike G. The original owner of the Fin was fair and overall a great business man. With the sale of the Fin to its employees it has turned into a price gouging, high priced sporting goods chain. I recently took a high end rifle (Sako) to trade in, my asking price was more than fair and was surprised when they offered $400. That’s not only insulting, its down right robbery. I will never do business with these clowns ever again.

The store and service was great!! Waiting to see if you can have a gun registered in your name took forever and it was getting hot standing there waiting, and it came back good to go!

They have large variety of outdoor equipment. Prices reasonable. Good sales when they have them. Masks required. Getting out of lot can be longer on busy days. Main roads are traffic heavy due to Belden Village mall and Aldis is in same plaza.

Slightly disappointed during my visit. I usually enjoy a trip to Fin Feather because they sell Nineline clothing, which I support. They usually have a pretty good selection of firearms and knives. Ammo is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I brought a family member with me to sell their gun and Fin Feather is like a video game buyback. The rifle was a gift along with a scope and I feel like they offered to buy the whole thing for the cost of the scope. The rifle was never fired. Wont be doing this again!

I received assistance immediately in reference to ladies rain gear. Frogg Toggs. Jacket is nice @ 70.00. 1 issue( the pants have zippers for pockets, but there are no pockets @ 50.00. Im returning mine.

The staff is great. Products and prices as usual are good. I had a problem with a gun purchased here. I contacted the manufacturer who determined the problem was defective to the weapon. I Brought the weapon in to Chad the store manager. He treated me with the upmost respect and went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right. He did. I appreciate him. He took back the weapon and upgraded me to the same brand and model but with more features. Evenly swapped out. On the flipside because of an unfortunate disrespectful employee from the gun counter in a phone conversation it left me with disappointment to the degree I will no longer do business at the Canton Fin Fur Feather. Chad took care of that. But I feel it best for me to do business elsewhere. The 5 stars are for Chad and the employees at customer service.

Prices soaring. The cost of bullets for reloading are crazy out of line with online stores. Theyre asking twice as much as online retailers for 9mm CMJ bullets. The price they ask for soft lead is what online sellers are asking for FMJ/HP. Sad to say, I used to purchase lots of supplies locally...no longer makes financial sense. Cant justify paying twice what online retailers are charging for the same supplies. If you need anything but ammo or reloading components, Fin has you covered with a good selection...but in my opinion they are price gouging the general public on their ammo/reloading components.

With as crazy busy as they were, everyone I dealt with was awesome! From the ladies outside managing the line for the gun counter, to the guy that helped me find the right ammo, the super nice cashier, to most of all, Emily, at the gun counter. She was the best. I had an idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend, and she guided me to the perfect choice. Very happy with my purchase!

I only had one bad experience while buying a firearm. While filling out the Federal paperwork, my entry of ‘Ohio’ the last ‘o’ was on the right hand line of the info box and some woman in the office requested that I fill out another document! I then politely told the sales guy, John, that they lost a $1600.00 sale and left.There is no possible reason to request a do over and the store doesn’t recognize customers with a carry license, which means that they DO NOT have to call the purchase into NICS!

Pretty great store from my first visit and got exactly what I was looking for. I didnt have much time to look at all their stock and various items but from what I saw it was a highly amicable store for the outdoorsman in you.

Firarm line was long, but went quickly. There was enough staff on hand to give customers the amount of individual time they needed to make the right purchase for their individual needs.I also appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they give discounts to military and veterans.

Very busy store. The firearms counter was full when I walked up. The background wait for a firearms purchase took 45 minutes and I was told it may take up to 3 days so I purchased it to hold it until background was approved and will go pick up when I am called. Ammo purchases can be limited to a box per visit if in high demand. Overall, liked the store and the employees were welcoming.

I have only been to the Canton store, but I described this store to a friend as a Cabelas... only locally(Ohio) owned. Has everything you could want. Service has been top notch every time I have been there. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are competitive and in many cases even better than any other outdoor / sportsman store I have been to. Shipping is available on most items as well.

They have a great variety of things. The employees were very kind to us and helped us the best they could when we needed help.
