We purchased our boat from Singleton Marina back in 2016. We have utilized them for all of our maintenance and repairs up in Gainesville until Summer 2021 when we switched over to the Canton location. This summer, we had quite a few issues with the boat that Justin Holtzclaw in the service department has gone way above and beyond to get repaired. Justins service is simply amazing. He jumped so many hoops for us and with Volvo. I can call him and he will immediately send someone out to the marina to fix the issue. He always returns calls and emails (something not so common in this industry). He worked tirelessly to resolve a very unique repair and the repair technician even went and bought tools on his own to try to resolve the issue rather than making us wait on the tool to be shipped to make the repair to save valuable summer time on the water. He worked with Volvo to get it repaired outside of the warranty as it was such an unusual repair. Justin is top notch and dont trust anyone but him with my boat! Thank you Justin for your amazing service!

We just bought our 2nd boat from Singleton. The first experience was last summer (‘20/pandemic) and they were slammed. Our experience left something to be desired, HOWEVER, the salesman Jon, GM Matt, and the team worked with us to resolve the issues and make it right. Not only did they handle a sensitive warranty matter smoothly, they handled it with the OEM with my best interest as their top priority. They always made themselves readily available for service updates and provided excellent communication on my boat. I could tell that they were striving to fully exceed any and all customer service expectations. Needless to say, I will be using them with any and all of our service needs on our 2019 Axis T23 and I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

Buying a new boat can be really exciting and nerve racking at the same time. My wife and I just purchased a new Axis T23 from this location. Matt, Jake Singleton, and Hutton were outstanding to deal with, and came highly recommended from two of my friends that bought their Malibu boats from this location. The team was very accommodating, took us on test drives, made sure the boat fit in the garage, and continued to go the extra mile for us throughout the process. As first time boat owners, we are loving our boat and so much happier with our experience.Becoming more and more frustrated with our experience. Not hearing back promptly (multiple days go by) from sales person and was told materials were ordered only to find that they had not been ordered. Very disappointed in the customer service we are receiving and just want our boat to be in good condition with items promised. This is basic customer service and shouldn’t be this problematic.

I called Singleton Marine about a ZUP board, which they had in stock. We live about 3 hours from this shop but certainly wanted the board. We were connected with Jeremy who was awesome to work with! He went above and beyond to get us the board for my twins birthday. I would 110% recommend Singleton Marine as their customer service from our experience will bring us back for future business.

Dustin from the used Boats department was fantastic! He arranged pick up of my boat in another state free of charge, and got my boat sold as planned very quickly. They have had my 2 year old boat for 7 weeks. Little to no communication from service department. Called to tell me I owed them money for warranty work, and did an unwanted service to my boat. I still have no idea what was wrong with my boat. The service guy was more interested in the $$$$ then my questions. The only answer I got was sorry we have made some changes, and it will be better from now on....🤔🤔🤔🤔 I seriously doubt it!!! This not the first time I have had bad customer service here. Just saying beware. Hopefully your experience(s) was better then mine, but I would steer clear of this place in my opinion. They sweet talk you into buying a boat then disappear.

Great service experience on two recent experiences with a unique issue. They provided a very thorough explanation of the fix. We plan to have all future service at this shop. A very high quality store and service area and knowledgeable service manager and technicians provided great communication.

Just bought our first pontoon boat from Singleton and Matt was extremely helpful and accommodating! Matt stayed late for us more than once, answered a ton of questions and even got along with our kids (thats not always easy). If youre looking for a boat, go talk to Matt!

Service team communication is really really bad. Buying process was pleasant. Hutton was a good salesman. Service team....Brand new boat, breaks down on the 6th or 7th time of use (not singletons fault). I have someone from Singleton come look at it on the lake (a positive).From there, the service team is horrendous. They waited over a week to pick up the boat from the marina (was told Monday, picked up following Monday). Then they waited for 2 weeks before diagnosing the issue (year blew out of motor). Then said part will be here in a week, then I call 2 weeks later, and the part still is not in. The part comes in, and then they say the drive shaft is sheered off, which means they didn’t really take it apart to make sure it was the right fix!!I bought my boat “brand new” in June. It breaks down in July, and I still DO NOT HAVE IT BACK! Boat season is over, it’s about to be October. If I could return this boat, I would.This place just does not communicate!

I bought a modest used ski boat from Tom. He is a very knowledgeable professional. However; my greatest praise is that I picked up the boat on Valentines day and shortly after my truck blew a radiator hose doing about 70 mph on 575N. Tom came and picked up the boat so my truck could be towed. Hes the man!
