Has a lot to choose from. It also has health food aisles. A good variety on the steam table to have breakfast lunch or dinner. Also Starbucks, you can have a nice cup of coffee well you shop. Plus a pharmacy fully equipped.and you can always take home a bouquet of flowers after the shopping.

I wanted some beef kabobs marinaded. The meat associate said all they had was chicken marinade. I picked up some tomatoes, strawberries, salad mix, and brats. I went to the self checkout. My items were not ringing up correctly so I hit the assistance button. Ten minutes went by and no one came. I left that check out and went to another. I waited three minutes before an associate came. She checked on my items and I was told the prices were correct. I went back with her and we verified the prices were wrong. She apologized and said she didnt know what she was looking at. I asked for a manager. I spoke to two if them and both told me they were sorry and just stared at me. No offer to ring me up correctly was made. I left about $80 worth of groceries. I wont shop there again if no customer service.

Not sure why the employees who put our produce on display for sale believe wearing a mask under their nose is either sensible or legal (because its neither) and get away with it, without some function of management not correcting the problem. So management is also breaking the law. Nice going! 1 in 500 Americans are Dead from Covid. The idea is to stop people from dying. Guess thats just too inconvenient.

Lower cost than Kroger, bigger selection than WalMart. Iffy produce but no worse than anywhere else in Illinois which is to say not great. Meat sky high. Aldis is better for bread milk and eggs. Shop the specials.

This store is not easily navigated. It does not make for convenient shopping. The butter is in plain sight but seems to be hidden lol. I am not the first and wont be the last to have to ask where its at. There is however 4 count them 4 different sections for cheese. 🤔

Store was clean, competitively priced. However, I found the lack of compassion off putting. When someone walks into your store with an arm in a sling, offering a little help would be nice. I spent 51 dollars there and they made me put my own bags and my cake back into my cart with 2 ppl at that register. I spent 9 dollars at Caseys right up the street, and the young lady there asked if I needed help. Go figure!

I had a great experience there TIL. I went to the meat department. One of the gentlemen that works at the meat counter was VERY RUDE. Very unprofessional. He was not even polite. Not sure if I will go back at all. I will find a better store that appreciate their Customers more.

The selection and quality of the fresh deli & pre-packaged items are excellent! Probably the only drawback is that the prices are higher than other local stores. Sale items tend to have good prices, though. So, its kind of a pick & choose sort of thing...

Its a very well kept store. Workers are friendly. Prices are a bit high, but thats just my overall opinion and has nothing to do with this store in particular.

Im from Washington state and this is like Safeway, but I almost wanna say better selection... I was hugely impressed by their yogurt and ice cream selection AND I have a kiddo who is gluten-free and they have an entire isle dedicated for gluten-free which makes my life easier.Also their make up section is almost as good as Walgreens, nice.Thank you hyvee

During these tough times Hyvee has worked hard at Continuing Customer Service, keeping the shelves stocked and have added a few self check outs. I think to many self check outs. Cut down on to many Customer Service lines. Since they dont operate on link, on first of month when link and Seniors get paid it can take upto a 15 minute wait in line.

1st off the store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The problem is the prices are high and the store always seems understaffed. There never seems to be enough check outs open. Corporate just need to allow more hours for better staffing.

If youre gonna have a 2 day sale, maybe you should order enough product so as not to run out within 5 hrs the first day. Terrible merchandising!!!! Not a fan!!

Good variety and has a nice health food area. Quick to get in and out of, if lines develope they quickly open another lane to get customers through. They offer a quality hot food and salad area with seating if you are in need of a quick meal. While the fresh produce area is not huge it is well stocked and has good variety as well as being rotated.

The customer service here is unmatched anywhere. Very helpful. The Starbucks station is amazing. The floral department does great arrangements for any occasion. They have seasonal tin crafts out year round!

I like the quality at Hy-Vee but they are a bit expensive if off coupon. Their perks card is nice, but only used at Caseys and their fuel is not good fuel esp in the winter. They do have a nice little eatery & buffet, nice selections in many categories. Just a bit high off and or coupons.
