Up until I moved to GA, I had always had my Audi Q5 dealer serviced. No more. One visit to Precision and meeting Cody they will have a lifetime customer. He explained various mechanical aspects of my car. He even brought me out to the service bay to show me underneath the car. They do not do the unnecessary service that a dealer will charge you to do. Cost is cheaper and they use the best parts for your car. They work on everything- from classic cars to every make and model. I will plan to bring my other cars as well for service. However - these guys are 100% honest, reputable, and excellent at what they do.Long story short, I came in to get my a/c fixed after being told by my cars dealership that I needed nearly $2,000 worth of repairs. I had my Volkswagen water pump replaced here based on the google reviews, so hopefully this helps you. Cody was so easy to work with. He was up front about the work being completed and the pricing. I got a better part than stock at a better price than other shops had quoted, and they buttoned up a few minor issues I was unaware of that they noticed for honestly not that much more money. I would recommend taking your vehicle to them if you’re on the fence about a mechanic to trust.

I cannot fully express how impressed I am with Precision Motorcars and specifically, Cody. After being quoted $2300+ by the dealer, I found a glowing recommendation for Cody on the Nextdoor website to repair my 13 year old VW bug. Even though the shop was not near my home, I followed my gut instinct and Im so grateful I did. Cody was not only willing to re-diagnose the problem at a very reasonable cost, but went far out of his way to find a replacement part, then charged a more than affordable amount to complete the repairs. In addition, he called me a few times afterwards just to make sure everything was working okay! The total for fixing the car was less than 1/3 of what the dealer quoted. And my 2009 VW bug is running better than ever!

Love these guys. They do great work and offer great advice. Also, they allow you to participate in the solutions to difficult auto issues by actually listening and paying attention to the symptoms you describe. Then they ask questions. And you feel that they care. In an industry that often leaves us wondering if we are being taken advantage of, this is wonderful.

Cody, John and team were fantastic to work with. I had a rock come up the front of my 2016 BMW 340i that took out my air to water Intercooler. This in turn, knocked out my water pump and I had no working AC. Through-out the entire process, Cody treated me like family keeping me up to date every step of the repair process. He quickly identified a two-part problem that Global BMW completely mis-quoted. Cody was straight forward and honest - Ill be bringing my vehicle back for regular maintenance as my factory warranty just expired. Came in recently to get an oil change/tire rotation/vehicle inspection. They performed all services at a very reasonable price, and informed me of the items I needed to address from the inspection without hidden fees. Guys knows what he is doing but overprices his labor. I guess if you want it done right youre going to pay for it but in all honesty, you can find the same work for cheap. I would only go to him if you got the extra cash to blow or if you want to work on solely modifications.

Cody and the crew went above and beyond to repair our 2008 Mercedes GL550. An expensive car that started having regular problems when it reached 140,000+ miles. Precision motorcars (both previous owners and current) have taken care of this car for about 4 years and 50,000 miles. Our recent dilemma was how much to put into the car, considering it’s worth. The guys at precision motorcars were realistic and cognitive of this. We discussed options and they honestly have spent a lot of time on diagnosing the problems without charging a thing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from them through the years. A great alternative to the dealer, and I can highly recommend.

Absolutely love Precision Motor Cars! They do excellent work and I never leave with questions, they keep you informed and knowledgable with whats wrong,the fix, and importance. Theyre the most knowledgable Ive found for my GLI, I found them by chance during an emergency after snapping an engine mount off and they helped me instantly. Fixed all the issues and got everything running perfectly, always friendly and respectful and have a nice waiting area while theyre working on your vehicle, not to mention they have an impressive and cool car collection.
