This is a great repair shop. Always honest and up front. Im an older single woman & I can trust them. Ive been going there for a few years now. I would definitely recommend this shop

So I was driving a big truck and trailer looking for a place I could fit into to get air in trailer tires and I see this service station I could see they were very busy but since I barely fit in there parking lot I figured I would try and glad I did the owner and service tech were both very nice and helpful had me fixed up in no time and they even asked me not to pay since air was free there but I left a little anyway loved this place

Ive taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. Its not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that Ive seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you dont have to make an appointment to be seen its better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you dont have an appointment. So far I havent seen any evidence of the bad reviews theyve received. Keep up the good work guys. My experience here could not have been any worse. I drive a BMW 335i and at the time had about 400 horsepower. Reason I took my vehicle there is because when I was driving it sounded like a hose popped off, and I lost all boost. I explained exactly that to the guy, he said okay they will take care of it and call me back. Fast forward a couple of days I get a phone call saying that my air intake was cracked. They had the balls to tell me that the one-year-old intake on my brand new vehicle was cracked. I took them at their word and said fix it which day did for just south of $400. When I go to pick my car up the guy wants to go on a test drive which I thought was weird, so we went and I turned around within a quarter of a mile because they didnt fix anything. My car would have lost to a model t in a race. Absolutely zero power.At the shop I look at him and said that they didnt fix the issue, they werent going to reimburse what they lied about. The guy got the biggest attitude in the world while smoking his cigarette and blew the smoke directly in my face because I called them out on their BS. I also have witnesses to all of this if they want to try and lie about it.I then took my car to a shop that actually knows what theyre doing and told him the exact same thing I told a1, they had the car fixed in 25 minutes because all they had to do was clamped the hose that popped off.My level of disgust with this place is through the roof and I dont want anybody else to have terrible experiences because good mechanics are hard to find... And if you want a good one, dont go here.

Have been taking my car here for years and always have to wait awhile but that’s fine since it’s usually around 30 min. This time I made an appointment and took my car in and it still wasn’t even looked at after sitting there for an hour and all they had to say was the other car was taking longer than usual, I guess it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. I made an appointment for a reason since I needed to be somewhere that evening. Will not go back due to them not managing their appointments better.

Carmen and his crew are phenomenal! Had an issue with the radiator fans and intermittent rough running pickup. I went to another shop two different times, and told me that they couldnt find anything wrong. The guys at A-1 Auto diagnosed problem and explained it to me within 90 minutes. I dealt with the issue for over 2 weeks, and now it runs better than ever! I will never go to anyone else for automotive service!

Always great service and always reasonably priced! They even offered guarantees with my brake job that no big dealership ever has. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection on a used truck I was considering buying. They were extremely thorough - not only driving the car but checking it from bumper to bumper. The $35 inspection saved me more than $2k in potential repairs. They also brought me into the garage to SHOW me what they found. If you’re buying a used car, do yourself a favor and get it inspected at A1.

Great prompt service. Always seem to squeeze you in for an appointment convenient for you. Over 7yrs going to this shop they will do great work, stay true to warranties either by manufacturer or their guarantee.I couldnt see why someone would give these guys a bad rating, not rude, professional, act as you would expect a local auto shop operates with reasonable rates.

Keith did a phenonominal job getting my Cruze up and running again! He was constantly in contact with me throughout the repair, explaining what work he needed to do, and why, in a very understandable way. He had the job done in a very reasonable time frame and provided the best customer service that I have ever had! I would (and will) highly recommend A-1 Auto Maintenance to anyone. A1 auto is a robber. They like to tell u they treat u like family then charge u double for parts and when u call them out on it they throws more lies at u. I went to them before and thought okay they were nice but they are crooks dont let them rob u stay away from a1 autoFor 12 years they have been doing this to there customers dont be stupid get a second opinion i should have.

This was my first time at this shop. Friendly service, I was able to get an appointment quickly and my A/C is finally fixed at a reasonable price.

Friendly and knowledgable, the work is done in reasonable time, and the rates are fair.

I had a few oil leak repairs done here. I picked the car up after hours. I didnt even get a mile up the road and my check engine light came on. Took it back the next day, they forgot to hook an air hose up. Oil pressure was reading low. They told me I needed an oil pump. Took it home, and the next morning I had oil all over my driveway. Had it towed in, and they found the oil filter they put on wasnt on tight enough and the oil leaked from there. They put the filter on tight and I took it home. The next day the check engine light comes on again and the car is shaking badly. I have it towed in again. They tell me I need a new engine coil pack. I ended up taking it somewhere else and the other shop found a foreign chemical was sprayed on the coils and they only needed cleaned off.

DANGEROUS!!!!I had a car for sale, and a buyer wanted to take the $2300 car to A-1 to have them check it out. the quote came back at over $2500 in repairs!!!!! So i took the car to MY mechanic, with the A-1 quote, and found out that the repairs were less than $500. Over half of A-1s spotted problems were $50 or less, if they even WERE a problem.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A-1 AUTO!!!! THEY ARE BOARDER LINE SCAMMERS
