I had been dealing with a boiler issue for a month, I could not get a call back from multiple outfits. I was referred to Patriot by my neighbor and it couldn’t have worked out better. Megan(I hope I remembered that right) got me on the books for first thing the next morning. Mike and Tristan came to my house and immediately said “good morning Jed, how can we help you”. The use of my first name was an incredible touch. They were able to fix my boiler quickly and cleanly putting a month of frustration to rest. Thank you, Patriot, for the professionalism and talent. Kudos to the whole team, I’ll definitely be a repeat and referring customer.

Short Version: Great overall service, Knowledgeable Service Professionals, Upfront, Honest, On time and friendly! Thanks to Nate and Zach for solving our boiler issues.Long Version: Our boiler stopped working the Friday before labor day weekend and we were lucky to have Patriot come out that day to survey the situation. It was decided that we needed a new boiler valve. Given the long weekend and stocking issues they had to order it from PA, which meant they would get the part the following Wed. It arrived on schedule as expected and they were able to send out a repairman that day. The technician installed the new valve but was still having troubles getting the boiler to ignite. They didnt give up or try to throw more parts into it. They stayed as long as it took to solve the problem including contacting the boiler manufacturer and calling in another Patriot technician. Patriot solved our problem and as a new customer we would not hesitate to call them in again!

We needed our estimate quickly (before others expired) and Patriot accommodated the request. They were on site and completed the job within two weeks of our accepting the quote. We always prefer the attention of smaller businesses with local accountability. They will be a frontrunner when we look for AC quotes next year.

From my initial phone call with Meagen, to the completion of the work we couldnt be more satisfied. I had spent about an hour calling different companies and not getting anyone on the phone or they didnt work in the area. These guys were not only on time, but they got me on the schedule within just a few business days! Truly professional team, highly recommend them if you need any heating/cooling work done.

I have to apologize for my post about Patriot Heating & cooling. In the heat of the moment I put up a negative review there was a misunderstanding the company was very very busy as you can imagine I thought i had an appointment on that Monday but they were going to do their best to come out but they were loaded with calls and appointments and they were not able to get to me. I just happened to come across my post and noticed a response from the owners wife she was very graceful and understanding about my post she apologized for not being able to get to me. I understand things happen and there are only so many calls they or any other company can handle in a day. I would call the company & utilize them if anything went wrong with my system once again they were very very nice despite my bad review. I have to thank them once again for understanding how I was feeling. We texted back & forth for quite a while long story short i was very impressed with how much they cared & their response.

Patriot did a superior job on my Ac and I will continue to use them . The techs were fantastic , respectful and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. Thank you for all your hard work during these crazy times.

Made appointments for Service of furnace and the NO Show with no call, made a reschedule appointment same thing No Show. Call and they act like it’s not their fault and said our type of service is a thorn in their side. I know busy but get your act together on the customer service piece! Will be looking somewhere else for service.

I consider myself fortunate to have found Patriot Heating & Cooling just when I needed my furnace fixed in a hurry. They were polite, personable, punctual, proficient, pleasant and professional. Patriot had my heat back on in a very short amount of time. Their rates were very reasonable, and its clear that they care about their customers. The technician, Nathan, was very personable, helpful, and polite leaving the workplace as he found it. I know the service call was an add on to his schedule so major work was scheduled a few days out, getting my zone back working was the important thing . I have been a customer of Art & Colleen for about 30 years and have always been treated with great customer service.

Art and his team were knowledgeable and helpful and got the job done efficiently. They were easy to work with, communicated well and took extra time to teach us about our heating system. They went above and beyond and accommodated our project because it was time sensitive.

It was winter and very cold. They were great! He even did some wiring to correct the problem. I would hire them in a second.

I got to know Art through a word of mouth recommendation. Arts team helped me get an old oil boiler out of the basement and install natural gas boilers to split the utilities and hot water on a 2 family house. Arts estimate was reasonable, the work professionally done and Ive been satisfied with the results. Every person in this company Ive spoken to has been helpful and professional. Would recommend to anybody.

I used Patriot for the first time last week for my annual heating tune up and will definitely be using them again! Their tech Kyle was prompt, efficient, and super helpful!! Gave me some insight on the life left in my very old system and some suggestions as to how to economize without pushing me to buy a brand new system. Absolutely horrible customer service and has now completely inconvenienced me TWICE! Not once, TWICE! 2 years ago I had a VERY negative experience with this company and I expressed my displeasure with a negative review on social media, as is my right.Fast forward 2 years and once again I’m assigned this company by my home warranty provider at no choice of my own. You’d think they would bend over backwards to ensure I was quite satisfied with the updated experience, and I might actually revise or even delete my review. Do they do this? No. They actually make an appointment, forcing me to rearrange my whole schedule and then at 9PM the night before, leave a message telling me that because I left a negative review they refuse to provide service.WOW!! I can’t imagine any worse customer service. This is also not the first time I’ve heard of this. Steer clear of this provider and seek out other more competent services that value the customer experience and time.

Id been looking for someone who could skillfully work on a steam heat system for over 2 years!I say the Patriot trucks parked at the Four Corners and thought Id try to call them.Almost no one works on steam radiators anymore and in the past the workmanship has left a lot to be desired.Id even called a company near the coast! But they were booked and really didnt want to come to Candia.Patriot had someone there in two days to look at the needed repair!The work was beautifully done, and much was explained about a system I didnt fully understand.Because of their knowledge and great work, they will be my regular service.Ive met 3 of the workmen and they are all courteous, patient and leave a clean area when they are finished.Great company!Sincerely,Sundy

What a great company, both Colleen and Art were a pleasure to work with. They took out my OLD oil guzzling system and replaced it with a top of the line efficient system. I was going through 175-200 gallons of heating oil every 3 weeks and since then I have used about 400 gallons (7 months) now granted it was only being used to heat the hot water for a good portion of those months but I cant wait for Ole man winter to hit this year!

I have been a customer of Patriot and Art Goslin for over 15 years. During that time they have trouble shot and completely redid my hot water steam heating system and installed an AC system in my 1890 Victorian home. Their service and expertise is excellent and I highly recommend their services.

Patriot Heating and Cooling - On one of the coldest days this year, our furnace decided not to work. I called Patriot and within a short period of time, 2 technicians came out. Colin and Kyle were very professional and knowledgeable and stayed until the furnace was running perfectly. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. With so many heating companies out there, I chose the right one! Many companies tell you they will send someone out, but you can wait hours and end up calling to follow up and still no ones arrives. Patriot did what they said they would do. I highly recommend Patriot!
