Purchased a new washer and dryer from them and received there FREE delivery. When they delivered they dropped my dryer down my basement stairs! When I called the owner Jim to tell him about the damage he said So your complaining about my free delivery. I tried numerous times to resolve the problem but they just ignore me. LOOK at pictures there was no damage when I purchased...

Great shop to find a good deal, I emphasize this is a shop not a department store. I prefer this setting as you wont pay full price. These guys are fair about there products if they goof up they take accountability... I was very skeptical coming here due to Google reviews but Rich made me a believer in this place and I hope it thrives and makes a new location closer to me as I traveled an hour just to get a good deal....and they DELIVERED TO ME still being that far away....Ty guys my washer is cranking! Last thing if you give these guys are upfront about your budget they will work with you!

The appliance Guys are very nice and try there very hardest to make the customer happy, I know they go over and above. it is not a perfect world and they have hundreds of Happy customers, but it is impossible to make everybody happy . all appliance come with a 30 day fix or replace warranty. You should come down and check it out for your self. they have 4 certified technicians on staff and they work in a professional manner

Jim and the team have been extremely helpful and informative well trying to help me resolve an issue with whirlpool. I bought a washer a few years ago from a different company the washer machine has rusted from inside out to the point it caused a hole in the panelling and has rusted the inside walls and other areas huge defect with the washer basically junk now unless the whole inside of the unit is replaced.. I called whirlpool and they are making me jump through hoops to get any sort of resolution they told me to hire a certified appliance technician to come look at it and report back to them so I called the Appliance Guys the technician came out in a timely manner very nice man sent pics and a summary to whirlpool, whirlpool still does not want to do anything to rectify their defect but replace a small portion of the machine and that will not solve the problem nor fix my washer so Ive reached out to Jim at The Appliance Guys several times over the course of my delilma and he is always so kind and wants to help resolve the issue and help anyway he can (within reason of course) in hopes they rectify this he has sent whirlpool yet another email stating these facts🤞.. The Appliance Guys are not in it just to make a bit of money but want to help and make things right thank you for all your help with this matter I would use this company again for sure!

Terrible phone customer service from the store manager. If you cant be polite and listen to a customer, please dont answer the phone. Your need to be right and tell off a customer is not going to bring you new customers.Misunderstandings happen, but its the conversation that follows and the tone of the conversation that can make or break how things turn out. Sadly, you lost me as a customer and your technician lost out on work today. You had the opportunity to make things right but instead chose to be rude and condescending. Based on some of the reviews I see here, I think I may have dodged a bad outcome.

We were able to get a great washer and dryer for a good deal. Our one complaint was they ONLY take cash- no checks or any type of card! We did not have $800 on us when we walked in, so it definitely added to the process!

We had great experience there. These guys are ROUGH around the edges and smoke in the office but they were nice to my kids and gave us a good deal. I actually love my new Samsung washer and have no complaints. In fact we would go back again when needed.

Craigslist ad ,website both said they were open till 2 on Sunday...liesMy wife and I drove 40 minutes each direction to find the door was locked we called the number listed at the door nobody answered I have yet to have a reply one week later. In all honesty after arriving at the location Im not sure Id feel comfortable buying anything from this play says theres piles of crap everywhere buyer beware take a look around and ask yourself do you feel comfortable buying from these people

They do not deserve 1 star never mind 5. Stay away from these guys, rip offs! Bought a stack-able washer and dryer in November 2018. They were supposed to deliver between 4-6 pm , after the run around they showed up at 11 pm. they had to remove the top because it did not fit. The units were never cleaned in or out as promised. I paid extra for a dryer hose that they did not have upon arriving. The next day I started to contact them because the dryer kept shutting off . They said very busy we could come out next week. Never called or came, so I kept texting (they wont answer there phones) they will reply late at night ( this reply was 12:45 am) again next week. After bugging them they came around 9 pm 2 weeks later. They said it was because the hose wasnt on So they put it on for me ( that i had to go purchase) There were 2 guys apparently the older one is John the owner, he was drunk and reeked of alcohol, barely could stand up and kept repeating himself, I could see the other guy was irritated. The next day dryer still shut off, after numerous texts again I got a reply this is Johns number call him I did and sent a text and no response. As you can see they have horrible reviews- I should have done my homework, please do not be fooled by these scam artists. I forgot to mention I have to use the spin cycle twice to ring out the clothes in the washer. 1 more thing to add, they did not come or respond one night they were supposed to come.

Purchased a stove that never worked. Tech came out in April 2018 to look at it, part was ordered but its now August 2018 AND IT STILL ISNT RESOLVED. While I appreciate parts can be back ordered this is unacceptable.

Went in for a washer and dryer set. Ended up buying a better set that cost more than I wanted to spend but was such a great deal. They delivered and hooked everything up (included in the price). The washer had issues, they sent out a tech to fix it. He couldnt get it working so they contacted the manufacturer. They took the washer back to their shop to fix it and left me with a loaner. A few days later they came back out with mine fixed and took the other one.Nick, the owner, was a hoot and very nice. His right hand man (a woman) was very on top of everything and the person I dealt with for the issue with the washer, and she was great as well.The whole staff was so attentive, professional, and really took care of me. I would highly recommend them as well as I will make any future appliance purchases with them!

Will not use this company again. Bought a stove and washing machine on November 22. Within two months the stove started acting up. We had initially been wary of buying a used machine but the staff said it was warranteed for 30 days and gave us a verbal assurance that if anything went wrong after that theyd do their best to work with us. So I called and left multiple messages but the company would not call me back. When I finally did get in touch, the man who answered rudely suggested i google it to find out why it wasnt working. After more than a month of trying to get someone to help me (and my oven being virtually unusable) I finally talked to a manager this past Monday 2/24. Jim said their repair guys would be out Thursday and would call from the road to let me know what time I could expect them. I did not receive a call. Theyre perfectly happy to take your money but there is no follow up. As long as their products last for the 30 days thats good enough for them I guess. They dont seem to care about customer service at all. Also when we resorted to trying to diagnose the problem ourselves we opened up the back of the appliance and found a mouse nest.

Drove 45 minutes to go on a Sunday when they are supposedly open until 2pm; got there at 12:45pm and the doors were locked with no one around. All the Open flags were still flying. The sign says to call or text the phone number, but the phone is turned off (doesnt even ring) with a message from Verizon saying they havent set up their voice mail. Really unhappy. While waiting in the parking lot to see if we could reach them, an irate customer pulled in saying they bought an appliance from them on Friday and it doesnt work and now the company doesnt answer the phone. I guess I wont bother wasting any more time on them.

Purchased a new, scratched/dented GE French Door refrigerator from the business in April. It is now July and the refrigerator stopped working, shuts of and will not cool. Called the company directly and no one answered, was not able to leave a voicemail because the box was full. Contacted someone by email and I did get a response. They wanted to send someone out the next day to take a look, for a charge. We hired someone else to repair it since we had a full fridge. We were told the unit was unserviceable because the serial number and model number were purposely removed. We were also told it looked like a few major parts were replaced with generic ones, not from the manufacturer, and done poorly. I do agree that you get what you pay for....I guess lesson learned on our part. We were thinking it was nice to save a little bit of money since I didnt care about a few dents and scratches. I do however care that we paid $1700.00 for a fridge for 3 months use and now its unserviceable. I have read bad yelp reviews on their service/repair so I do not want to waste any more money on this unit. ugh, makes me sick to my stomach. This unit should have been advertised as refurbished since this was the case, not new scratch/dent. Just want to warn other potential customers that they really need to look close and be smart about your purchase from The Appliance Guys.

I purchased a fridge on 09/05/18. It has not worked since day 1. It freezes EVERYTHING. They have known about this issue since 2 days after I purchased it and have not made an honest effort to fix it. They have no-showed on repair dates numerous times now, costing me more money on top of the food we lost to freezing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have a complaint in to the State of NH right now against them.

I called this place in advance and asked them if they deliver to a certain town they said yes for 60.00, I later saw that it is free within 20 miles, I think that is quite a hike in price. ( Candia to Franklin 60.00) I then told them I needed a fridge and they said they had a few, they where 225.00 I think he thought I was just going to purchase it sight unseen! So I went to look and what I found was a dark and dirty store. They had 2 fridges in the style I wanted. One had no price on it and the other one did. Funny thing was over the phone it cost 25.00 more then what it was marked. I asked him if he could go down on the price and he said, he would never make any money if he did and that it was a long way that I wanted it to be delivered. I responded that i was paying him 60.00 for that wasnt I? he just said yes... I asked him about a warranty.. 30 days ...I might ad that the fridge looked like he may have found it on the side of the road!. I told him I was all set. Oh I was giving him my working fridge... I wish those stars went in the minus because a 1 is about 3 stars to high! Dont shop here, especially over the phone and if you are a woman!!!!

They are what they are. Be VERY careful about what you buy and check on reliability of the piece that you are buying online many things that they sell are low end and try to get high prices for them but itll do in a pinch if you need something used if its too good to be true it probably is

I called to fix a broken washer. I diagnosed and told them the problem, but off coarse still had to pay $80 to have a service man come, look and agree. This part I have no problem with and service guy was pleasant. The problem is after the part was ordered I never heard back from them. When I called, they never heard of me. Nobody ever called me back and cant get anywhere with them. This was in August and its now February. I wound up buying a new washer somewhere else. This two bit operation is shady as hell with no proffesionalism, at list on the office side.

I bought washer and dryer set from them. Washer steached every time we tried to use it. Came out several times at first then said it cannot be fixed. Brought me a loaner until they checked it again. They won’t take my calls won’t return calls. Told me they would charge me with harassment if I called again. I would not buy anything from them. Talking to lawyer. Only gave one star to warn others

I would definitely not recommend this place for business. A refrigerator bought with the assumption that it was like new, only a few scratches and dents, didnt last a year before the compressor cut out. Which from what the repair guys that came out to look at it said, it was already replaced. I would suggest doing your research before buying. Several attempts at reaching out have proved unsuccessful, and quite honestly, Im tempted to take the $2k paperweight I have, cut it up, and distribute it on their property. I will never do business with this organization again.

Saturday hours are 7am-5pm, or... so the website says. Showed up around noon or so, to what looks like a 3rd world country. Getting out of my vehicle I see a bunch of beaten up equipment out back. Ok, that’s fine, I’m sure that’s not what’s necessarily for sale... so as I’m walking over to the front door, I hear this voice. “Sir... sir!” There was a guy in the drivers seat of a Winnebago parked at this place, with a pool tarp over the roof of it. Not sketchy looking at all...“Yeah, what’s up man?” - Me“There’s nobody here today. Looks like nobody came in.”“What? You’re kidding me. It’s says they’re open today...”“Yeah there’s nobody inside and they’re not answering the phone.”As I say thanks for the heads up, he scurried back into the depths of the camper to continue whatever “Breaking Bad” activities he was likely up to.Pass on this place. Somethings up here and from most of the reviews, I lucked out that nobody was there. Thanks for wasting my time though, fellas.

Poor customer service and an inability to fix an appliance make this a stay away warning message.4 months ago I dropped off a washer for repair. With in a few weeks the appliance guys charged me 200.00 and swapped some parts. The promised to have tested it. When I brought it home, no dice, the unit had the same issue as before. Called the up and they seemed mystified, said they would look at it if I brought it back in.I brought it back in and they advised that the board was likely faulty but they had no way to tell without swapping the part. Now I am pretty handy but BUSY so I did some research and sure enough everyone online agreed it was likely this expensive motherboard part. We gave the appliance guys the ok to find one and asked for the part number that our unit needed so we could look as well since they said the part might be hard to find.Radio silence. Meanwhile I am on a first name basis with the local wash and fold place.No answer for over a month. we tried to call a few times but the right person never seemed to be in.Finally, I jut showed up to pick it up. They were initially perplexed and then said Oh the unit we found in the back Yes, thats right, the y lost my machine in their own, messy back shop. They wrapped it up put it in my van and explained that they stopped looking because they parts were expensive They never told us they stopped looking.Just unwrapped the machine at home, it is covered with new scratches and there was a random test plug sitting inside the machine. We asked in the beginning if they had the ability to run and test the machine (the washer plugs into the dryer and there is a converter from 220 volt) they said yes. The plug sitting there means they were not even testing the unit in a way the manufacturer would have recommended.Horrible communication. They dont stand behind their work. I am 200.00 poorer and have a damaged washing machine.

My husband went to these guys in August looking for a bigger refrigerator. He bought a fridge and dishwasher. The appliances were delivered on 9/1. We ran the dishwasher but it didn’t work. It started a wash cycle but it finished without washing the dishes. The fridge didn’t work either. The freezer didn’t freeze anything; the ice maker didn’t work. My husband discovered that a piece in the water line was broken.The short of the long is that this co. sells appliances that don’t work and they don’t fix them. They require cash, don’t take defective appliances back and shut off their phone (which is a cell phone). They promise to return calls but they don’t. They promise to fix the appliances but they don’t. The first time their service guys came the guys were not impressive. Their appearance was very messy with ripped shirts, and needing belts on their pants. They needed to contact Kitchenaid because they didn’t know how to fix the dishwasher. They needed to order a fan for the freezer.Since their phone is off more than it’s on my husband made visits to their store 2, 3 or 4 times a week. Their in-house service guy who did not make house calls offered to come to our house because he saw my husband so often. He came out and found that there was no Freon in the refrigerator. He filled that and the fridge got colder and the freezer got cold enough to freeze some things. But no ice until a week ago when it just started making ice; but does not make it regularly.As of today the appliances still do not work as they should. It’s beyond frustrating. We can’t get our money back so we’re kind of stuck. We’re done withThe Appliance Guys. We will contact a reputable service company to get our appliances working like they’re supposed to.In the meantime buyer beware ... DON’T buy from The Appliance Guys in Candia. You will waste your money and get defective appliances. And The Appliance Guys will do NOTHING!

Purchased a new scratch & dent LG washer and a used 3-4 year old GE dryer from the Appliance Guys (Jerry was the individual that we dealt with). There were many red flags (very unprofessional looking showroom, cash only, scribbled hand written receipt with very little description, a 30 day warranty with the extent of the terms being 30 day warranty, etc.). Unfortunately, we needed a washer/dryer quickly and couldnt afford to buy new at the time, so we proceeded to purchase the pair for $600. Jerry informed us that they would deliver the appliances, install, and test them. He also assured us that these were fully tested in their shop, anything that was broken was fixed, and they were in 100% working order.When they came to deliver, instead of the units being inside a box truck, they were simply wrapped in shrink wrap in the back of an old, beat up pick up truck. When they brought the appliances in, they did not install the gas dryer because they were not licensed - even though Jerry had told us that they were going to. They also did not test the units after dropping them off.After we were able to get the gas hooked up, we tested the dryer and found that it was making a loud grinding noise, was unstable, and was not heating. I contacted the Appliance Guys and they agreed to send out a repair tech - he had very little tools with him and absolutely no idea what he was doing. He walked outside a half dozen times for a combination of smoke breaks and phone calls and then informed me that he needed to contact a friend of us that knew way more about gas dryers than he did. He left the dryer in pieces and told me he had to try to find a part.I tested the washing machine and found that water started pouring out from around the detergent drawer. I had an independent, 3rd party, appliance repair person come out and take a look at both units. He informed me that the washing machine was definitely not new - he pointed out that someone elses hair was in the gasket around the door and that the detergent drawer was not the right part for that washing machine - it had been replaced. Upon closer inspection, we found that it was caked with residue and clearly used and abused.For the dryer, we looked up the serial number and I confirmed with GE that the unit was 12 years old! The 3-4 year old description was a complete lie! He also informed me that the dryer was not worth fixing as too many things were broken and it was at the end of its life span as well.I proceeded to contact Jerry at the Appliance Guys and tell him I wanted them to pick up the washer and dryer and refund us our money. He refused and said they didnt do refunds. After this experience, though, and after doing some after-the-fact research through the Better Business Bureau and various web sites, it was clear to me that these guys were scam artists. I didnt want to deal with it - I told them I didnt want their repairs and didnt want any of the other junk they were trying to pass off as quality appliances. He still refused.So, I kept calling and trying to get them to do the right thing. Jerry kept claiming that he needed to talk to the owner who was mysteriously NEVER there and was always out of town. I decided to at least try to negotiate something with them - I offered that we would keep the washer and repair it ourselves if they would take the dryer back and refund us $300.Jerry finally agreed to refund me $250-$275 if I delivered it back to them, instead of them picking it up. He also told me he needed a week or so to scrape together the cash by skimming it off of other sales, since he was doing it against the owners wishes.He finally agreed. We loaded it up and delivered it right to their front door. When he came out he tried to give me $200 - I told him you said $250-275. He argued with me and said he didnt have any more cash. I refused to proceed, so he pulled out a wad of cash and I eventually got $250.BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

My landlord ordered a dishwasher. Its taken over a month to get it delivered and installed, since The first week of December. Today was installation. Took an hour to get the old one out. Then when they put the new one in, it didnt work at first and the installer said, Im not sure how they work. Ummmm....what?? Ok, finally got it to work, he said, just bang the door hard untilit works because its uneven ( old house ). Ummmm....what?Yup, great. Two hours out of my day. They broke pieces of the laminate counter top and super glued it. Took my $50 for balance on install and I had to ASK for a receipt. Gave me an apology and left.The dishwasher is running, but I cant get the door open. (Maybe when it cools).Yeah.....is it really that much more at Home Depot or Lowes?? I doubt it. Steer clear. Spend the extra money.

I flip houses for a living and I am always looking for a good deal on appliances. I check Craigslist often and see new scratch and dent appliances arriving weekly ad from the Appliance Guys. I decided to take a ride down to see what they have in stock.When I arrive they were unloading a truckload of new scratch and dents. I picked out a brand new stainless steel kitchen set, french door refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher all LG top of the line for under $1200. I scheduled the delivery for the following week, and they wanted their technicians to go over each item prior to delivery.The delivery guys were very professional, using moving straps so they wouldnt scratch my hardwood floors. Very nice guys to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone.

I believe that all of the employees I saw there were high on meth. This is my professional, clinical opinion as an emergency nurse. It was so shady there that we left and decided we would never buy appliances there. Appliances appeared to have been sprayed painted (white marks on ground matching shape of appliances). Also appears as though appliances have been repaired using generic parts. It had a strange smell outside the shop. Mix of gasoline and something I couldn’t identify. Buyer beware! There’s a reason they only take cash! Considered calling the Candia police to investigate what the heck is going on there.

This place is a joke! After needing a dryer ASAP and being right after the holidays we decided to give this place a try. They offered a 30 day warranty as well as free delivery and pick up of old dryer. We set up an appointment to have the dryer delivered. I had to get out of work early to accommodate his time as well as move some furniture out of the way and lock up my animals. Well...3:30 came...4:00,...4:30...After calling several times with no answer we finally hear from someone who has no recollections of the appointment. His excuse was he has been busy!!! Not a way to do business!!!... Off to Home Depot. We may pay a little more but at least we know its an honest place....We will let everyone we know see how poorly run this business is!

I purchased a new washer and dryer about 2 weeks ago. Thefirst dryer didnt work. They gave me a second dryer which works but the door does not shut correctly. The owner now wont return my messages.. Also going through home depot yesterday found same exact pair for $50 less.. so price is not better and service is well lets just say.. Once they make the sale they are done with u... Stay AWAY!!!****** reminder the 5 star reviews mean zero because could be done by anyone !!! ******* its the one stars that are for real.

Stay away from this place. Bought washer and it stopped working two days later. Thats fine, things happen, but the disrespectful language and threatening tones from the stores manager, Beau I believe his name is, was inexcusable and just awful. I dont think theyll be in business very long so thats reassuring. I own a small business and I couldnt ever imagine reacting to a customers, polite, and respectful complaint with anything other than,Im sorry and what can I do to make it right? Thats pretty standard for a customer complaint. They are without a doubt going to learn some very hard lessons on how fundamentally important your customers are to the success of your business.

Unprofessional came brought the machine had to go outta my way and to buy the dryer hose to vent it outta the house I had to push back the machine into its spot by my self nothing was done properly they didn’t even level my washer and dryer now the damn thing shakes the whole house and hits the front of the washer making a loud banging noise constantly have to stay next to the washer while it’s on spin to stop it and start it again becouse this guy never tied down the legs or even leveled the machine will never go back I don’t recommend these guys I wish I never bought it there now I’m fighting with them toCome out and fix this problem install it properly!! These ppl are on some kinda drugs I’ve never see so many ppl on drugs in one place how is this place still in business? Somebody sue and shut this crack meth house lab down

Purchased a washer and dryer set a week ago. The dryer door doesnt lock and will stop in a cycle...not a big deal. My wife has been calling everyday now and wont get a call back, even after leaving a message with someone who said theyll have the appropriate person call back when hes in. Also, when I went in there to pay for it, everyone was smoking cigarettes indoors and employees were swearing like a drunken sailor. Very unprofessional.

Visited this establishment once to see what they had. I wasnt too impressed with the facility and the gentleman behind the counter was actually smoking a cigarette. However, they seemed to have some descent deals on used appliances and so I earmarked them as a possible source for new appliances for a house we were building. When it came time to make decisions on appliances, I reached out them by phone, email, craigslist, etc. but had the worst time trying get a response. I finally was able to catch someone live and he stated that the other business partner had been out, so he was doing everything himself. In conversation, I learned that a lot of the Viking and higher end ranges they sell are about eight years old. I decided to purchase new appliances elsewhere because I was concerned about their response time rates if anything went wrong.

As soon as we hooked it up to water and tested it, we discovered that there is a hole in the hose and it sprays water when we use the water dispenser.1st attempt to resolve issue: Jerry said there is no warranty.2nd attempt: Talked to Jim, Said he would have technician contact me to schedule a time to repair it.3rd attempt: Asked when technician would be out.Call was Transferred, to who I was told was the technician. Turned out it was Jim again.He tells me THEY HAVE NO TECHNICIAN and there is nothing they can do.THERE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THEY HAVE CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS.He also gave me a sob story about how they didnt make much money on it and they spent a lot off money on gas bringing it ALL THE WAY TO BEDFORD.Jim ended up hanging up on me!!! Would not answer when I tried calling back.My husband called on his phone. He spoke with Jim to try and get issue resolved. Many excuses where made as to why they wouldnt do it. Jim eventually used some offensive language and hung up on my husband too!

My sister is a Manager at MacGray a appliance provider to large commercial entities. (now another company) I called her to ask if you were going to buy a used washer and dryer what would you buy she told me Whirlpool. I called the appliance guys spoke with a very nice women asked her what she had for Whirlpool washer and dryer sets she hooked me up with a great set for $400 I was promised delivery the next day and they delivered, In addition they hooked me up! How awesome is that? The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that the washer could have been cleaner I did have to do some scrub work but it was worth it. My old refer just died I will be looking to the appliance guys to help me out. I have a comment on a few of the bad reviews, When people are in stressful situations they tens to blame the person/people who will have the least resistance. I have been told I can be demanding and expect perfect well that is what I got at the Appliance Guys!!

Do not shop here. These guys are crooked and have terrible customer service.And dont let Under new ownership fool you either. The new owners are just as bad as the old ones.1) New Scratch & Dent means refurbished; which In the case of the fridge I bought from them means a completely replaced freeon system. Had I not been decieved I would not have bought this unit.2) It never worked correctly from day one. Thd bottom freezer in my LG unit is basically as warm as thw refrigerator on warm days. For MONTHS I tried to get these guys to sevice it and I heard every excuse in the book. Once a tech actually showed up he told me he would order parts (fans which it didnt need btw) and when he got back to the shop told them nothing was wrong with it.I waited for parts that were never ordered... a month passed and when I called back was told the tech had been fired and they didnt uave anyone who could come out.Waited another month before a tech could come out... no show. Another month and somebody finally showed up. He seemed competent. Diagnosed it as an overcharged freeon line, which made sense, and this is when i found out i had a refurbished (poorly) piece of junk.Unfortunately he did not have the tools to fix said issue with him so we were told he would come back...never happened.Long story short... I still have a broken freezer and Im still getting every excuse in the book from these guys.

I bought a used refrigerator from The Appliance Guy in Candia a few months ago. I specifically asked of it would last 4 months as I needed it for my daughters wedding we were catering.The owner Jim, said it would surely last the 4 months I needed it for. Well it died in 2 months, but they came and took it away and gave me another one, which died in 2 days. We had to bring in a refridge from our other daughter home...If we had known this we could have just done this in the first place...They would not take it back or refund my money- The owner was quite rude and said no, his deal was made and he would not talk to us anymore and he walked away- He did say to me what did you expect for $125 and then he said why did you buy it so early before the wedding when u needed it. So clearly he knew it was not going to last. They apparently put very little in repairing these applicances, just enough to unload them to the unsuspecting customers...So its not worth buying a used applicance from these guys. Wish I had read the reviews here for them first like I usally do.

Dont bother going here unless you want to buy an appliance that is already broken. They will not refund you your money, they will either offer to fix it but you have to bring it back to them.
