I took my car to this shop and the Mechanic told me that he will buy the bonnet cable. I bought it and I took it to him. Later they told me that the car I bought had been hit head-on and that was why the bonnet would not open. Armed with that information, I returned to the dealer the next day ready to fight them. The dealer installed the new cable and showed me that the car was NEVER crashed. I inspected under the bonnet and everything was intact, all original from the car (2005 RAV4). Apparently this garage didnt want to do the work of installing the cable. He lacked honesty, integrity, and a good work ethic. I do not recommend them emphatically.

Poor Mechanical Quality. When they are guarantees they put buts. Rack & Pinions last 8 months. Prepare to spend work.
