We are sincerely disappointed. We ordered 8 simple block letters for our OUTSIDE sign to be done with a black satin finish. But instead they were done in brushed aluminum. Steve had them finished in shiny black to correct the error.HOWEVER, it was done with a spray can and the paint has chipped off before they could even mounted.Moreover we had to drive an extra 45 miles because of the error.Poor quality finish.I know we were a small customer but we didnt have to be messed around like we were.

Steve Rudnick and his team were great to work with on our custom sign. David, the graphic artist took the necessary time to get the sign details perfect using an open and iterative process. Clive and the manufacture crew took the time to get it right after I asked them to make a slight tweak at install. All this with a customer first approach. Let me start off by saying Im very disappointed in this company. The work was good. The billing on the other hand is terrible. They came out and fixed our sign after a big wind storm. It took a couple times to get it fixed but they got the job done. After a month of the job being completed we still had not received an invoice. So we called asking if we could get an invoice sent to us. They had no idea of what job we were talking about and will have to to get back to us. ODD!!! So about another 2 weeks pass and a lady comes storming into our business demanding her company gets paid for there job. We said we would be happy to pay you but we need an invoice so our bookkeeper could cut the check. We gave her our email address and said send it right away so we can cut you a check. Again nothing for another 2 weeks. We then get a phone call from another lady telling us that they still have not received payment.... Our response is we still have not received an invoice. She said that they had sent an email with the invoice attached. We asked her what email did you send it to? She said I dont know but I have in my notes we sent an email. Our response was we still have not received an email or invoice from you. Can you please send it again. We then gave her our address and email address again. Still no invoice.... Except on June 27th when we get a letter from our attorney stating that this company is taking us to small claims for $756.97. Well I guess we now have our invoice. LOL.So the moral to this review is BE CAREFUL!

After calling several sign companies, Rudnick came out and fixed all of it except one neon had to be rebuilt. They took it back to fix. They did what another shop had said it wasnt possible to fix until I cut into the roofing. Rudnick did it going through the ceiling tiles.
