I have been going here for several months now and have nothing but good things to say. Good quality of meat, friendly staff, and the place is super clean! I make the drive from Beaverton as there are no good butchers in my area. Totally worth the drive.

Was in the deli for lunch today and a woman came in with no mask. Why was she not approached by someone and asked to wear a mask or asked to leave? Are we not in the middle of a global pandemic? If the establishment isnt going to protect their customers health and safety, well we just wont be customers.

I have puchased meat from them many times, and its always the best. They are very acomidating and helpful with my orders.

Ebners did an A+ job with our family reunion. The beef brisket and smoked chicken thighs were the hit of the party. If you want to impress your party goers, Ebners is your place. Thank you very much!

Absolutely incredible experience! We were served by Mike Ebner and its been awhile since we have been treated as well as we were during this visit. We had been to Ebners before and knew how great the sandwiches were. I had a turkey and ham on sourdough. The meat was piled high and did not disappoint. My wife had a french dip sandwich. Once again, the meat was piled high and cooked perfectly with just a little pink and the roll was fresh and toasted perfectly. We also ordered the stroganoff soup which was the Thursday special soup. It was excellent. We had a groupon and the total of the order exceeded the groupon value but Mike said it was close enough. (Who does that?) The service and hospitality were exceptional. Mike checked on us several times to make sure our needs were taken care of. Its too bad we live in Vancouver and cant visit more often. This place is a gem!

First time shopping here. I ordered two meat packs online. I received one meat pack. I ordered the other one too be ready in a few days. Unknown about quality as of now.

Service was prompt, friendly and efficient.Stayed for deli sandwiches which were loaded with large portions of meat and made to order. Great value for your dollar. If get a full size sandwich plan on having a lunch for the next day.

These guys are great! Seriously went out of their way to fulfill some holiday requests. I called after the listed open hours and still got to talk to someone there, get my questions answered, and the help I needed.I grew up in Canby, and can honestly say you all are a small business that still makes this place feel like home.

My only complaint is its hard to work after a big meat filled sandwich, makes me need a nap!

Customer service doesn’t exist here. Drove two hours to drop meat off and was turned away even though I had already made arrangements with the owner prior to driving there. Will never return.

*UPDATE*The owner contacted me and informed me of a personal mistake he made, and that he was not at the store when I called to resolve the issue. He refunded me my $50 and gave me a bag of jerky for my trouble.While I am still not thrilled about how the other employee handled the issue, I believe that the owner made things right with me.________________________________________________________________________Brought 26 pounds of game meat, was told they would charge $52 and take 4-6 weeks to get the meat processed. They also told me they would make an exemption to their 10 pound minimum rule since I had 6 pounds leftover to do whatever with and make hamburger with it.A month later, I was told that the total was over twice the price originally quoted per their own menu, and that they wouldnt make the hamburger like originally promised.When I called and asked about the spontaneous $50 additional cost, I was essentially told Too bad.In conclusion they lied about the price, and I didnt get what I asked for. I paid TWICE as much as i should have for this service.If I had known this, I would have looked elsewhere.

I had some of their jerky from a friend earlier in the day. Then I knew I had to stop by and explore on my way out of Canby. The sign on the door said it all. “Open, come in, we’re awesome“.They don’t lie at this place. The meat selection was great, all the hits and tomahawk steaks, big uns. I opted for two different sausages, a gorgeous ribeye, and a handmade pinwheel that is going in my face tonight. The folks were all very helpful and friendly. I walked out with my retirement in tact. So I’ll be a regular there from now on.

Not sure what her name is, but the lady that was making sandwiches does not wear gloves while handling food. After handling the register she goes to make the sandwiches without washing her hands or wearing gloves.

Very nice folks and pleasant! The store has many things to offer. Spices, salts, a variety of meats to sell that are on display. Best of all very polite and courteous. A nice store to see and visit. Reminds me of the old west..

I used to like eating here but do not feel safe to do so seeing not only the woman making our sandwiches with her nose out, but also patrons who can’t seem to wear a mask properly a year into the pandemic. We also witnessed the same woman touch cash several times and never wash her hands before touching food,gross!

They always have a varied selection of different cuts & flavors.All their meats are from local farms, & dont have all the hormones & antibiotics like the meat in the grocery store.If youre looking for a good old fashioned butcher shop that carries several different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, & several different types of sausages, brats & even cheeses, check them out!

Was recommended to go there after my regular game processing place had to close. Ebners is way over priced and have no clue how to cut meat. my deer was 74lbs on the hook and I asked for as many steaks as they can get and the rest in pepperoni and burger. they came out with 28lbs of trim and I got more burger and meat sticks then I did steaks. they are lazy and dont take the time or have the experience to actually cut meat. dont waste your money here, they lack the experience to take care of your wild game. would have given 0 stars if I could. I still had to trim the steaks before I cooked them. Ill happily park in front of their place to eat at the restaurant across the street, thats the only time they will ever see my truck again.

Great place for wonderful cuts of beef & pork. Also great cuts of deli meats, jerky & pepperoni. The pricing is a little higher than grocery stores but well worth the cost.

I bought 2 pinwheels and a pack of the hot German sausage. The pinwheels were so well put together, tasted absolutely amazing. One was the pineapple and cheddar, the other was a Mediterranean. My wife has a small appetite but she ate her entire pinwheel.

I would think that deli sandwiches come with a side salad. But the only salads they had were green salads for another $6. I got a mac & cheese side $6 it was Kraft box mac & cheese, from a deli so sad! My Reuben was tough and soggy. Soup is only available on a few days. The prices charged are different than otheir website. They are too expensive to not include some side even a bag of chips. What is the issue to make a coleslaw or mac or potato salad. On top of that one of the prep guys in their window was not wearing gloves or a face mask.

I constantly in search of a good sandwich! I usually get bread too hard, or not enough meat, or I feel like a rabbit as there are so many veggies on it.The sandwich I had here was awesome! I had to take half of it home because I couldnt finish it. There bread was soft, sandwich was flavorful... I had no idea there was even a deli back there. After we left the deli, we stopped and purchased some pepperoni sticks and sausages. The Pep was by far the best Ive ever had! Cant wait to cook up the sausages this weekend. Mike (the owner) and his family are truly genuine people. I would highly recommend this place... and if youre disappointed, dont just leave a 1 star review, go talk to Mike, he will listen. Thanks, guys!

The place is awesome! We came to buy an office chair. Ended up with a meatloaf and lunch, as well! Oh my heck! Yummy!!

Horrible waste of money. They have an entire menu on their website that apparently doesn’t exist. You ask for a club sandwich and they say “what do you want on it?” Seriously? A club sandwich? So instead I ended up with a mushy sandwich and bland clam chowder that only has potatoes in it... they should probably call it potato soup. And of course all three sandwiches were incorrect on top of it... Save your money and go to Thriftwa at least they will make it how you ask.

Great place to bring your big game animals. Good service and a quick turn around. Payed a little more then I wanted, but I definitely got my moneys worth.

We got 2 rib eyes on Friday May 22, 2020. We BBQed them tonight on Sunday. They were the most flavorful and tender rib eyes that I’ve had the Pleasure to eat in years. We will drive to Canby more often to go to EBNERS again.

Friendly people, quick service , they forgot to call us to let us know our meat was ready, but an honest enough mistake since they just started butchering whole cows. Would definately recommend them and use them again

I placed an 80lb pepperoni order with them and it was done in under 2 weeks. My local guy has taken up to 8 weeks or longer. A small 10lb portion was messed up and I let them know about it.They asked me to bring it back but I live 50 miles away and couldnt swing it so the next day, they drove all the way here with a box of replacements and extra goodies.GREAT SERVICE! (Something few businesses know about anymore)Thanks a million and you have a customer for life!

Nice and quiet when we went in, not much room for dineing guests, went with a party of 7, had to push tables together, the chairs were not comfortable, I had a French dip, the sandwich was amazing, the au jue had a little too much salt, the others in my party enjoyed their food, seemed to take a while for the food, might have only had one person making food

So delicious. :) a whole sandwich was a little too much but definitely worth it. I am so full. I think next time I might do a half. Plus we had a great Groupon for it. Great quality, great atmosphere, and great staff :)

I went to the car show yesterday and stopped to get a couple German brats to take home as my wifes favorite part of the show. The guy took the last couple out of the pan, dipped them in liquid, put on the grill for a few seconds, and served. A couple minutes later as I was paying out came a new batch all juicy looking and plump. Mine were shriveled and tough.These were way past their prime and should not have been served. Bad experience to end a great event.

Never been disappointed! Cant get enough of the bacon. They have a great selection of jerky and dog bones are a pet favorite! I just keep trying new things.

I Use to go here all the time in High School with friends for lunch.Ordered two sandwiches today with my girlfriend to go.She specifically asked the employee to toast her sandwich (which was never done)Not a big deal.Once we toasted her sandwich at home we sat down to eat.Upon the second bite of my club sandwich I was given quiet the surprise.My sandwich had not one, but multiple long brown hairs in it.Would definitely recommend the staff to wear hair nets from now on to avoid another situation like this.It hurts me to say, but I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone.

Stopped in here walking to a different restaurant. SO glad I did. You can watch them butcher up meats and get a deli-quality sandwich for very reasonable. Wherever I travel for work I always try to find a neat local gem to eat/visit. Found both in Canby OR at Ebners.

Well took my game meat in and 8 weeks and two phone calls later they said it was done. When I took it in I asked for a estimate on the cost.... When I went to pick it up the cost was about 175% above there estimate. I had to pay it and move on because what can you do they have your meat. Sorry but if you want to pay way to much I would say that this is the place for you...
