Stopped by Wilco grooming to make an appointment for my two dogs. None of the open times worked for me so they decided to just do them now. An hour later we came back to pick up two fluffy, pedicured, wonderful smelling pups. Deidra is amazing!

Got some new baby chicks to add to our flock! Great service and prices at Canby Wilco. Ive bought all my birds there (8 so far) and not lost one chick. I love the variety of breeds at Wilco, and their feed/bedding supplies and prices are great too.

I prefer the Silverton location. Everyone there has always been informative and friendly.

Susan, an incredible superstar, went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping! I was looking for cowboy boots for my boy’s 3rd birthday and the only thing he asked for were cowboy boots. After visiting other Wilco stores my heart was devastated when Susan said there are none in the computer system for any of the stores. Susan then went and did a thorough search of every rack and found the right size on a top shelf. She said that computer showed none available! She could have just stopped there but took the extra time to physically search. Thank you Susan for your increíble help!

Wilco farm store is an overpriced hardware store for flatlanders, and transplants, not for those who actually do any type of transplanting. They dont stand behind the overpriced products they sell, and for what they charge, everything should have at least a 30 day guarantee on defective products. I bought there once, burned me like last years left over pile of Christmas trees in the middle o August. Well I wont let me burn me twice, like good ol G dubya says fool me once shame on ya fool me twice, we wont be fooled again. ⁰

Fantastic place: its a calm environment, with helpful staff. Decent selection of home items, a lot of options for animals, several ideas for kids, and high-quality clothing (unfortunately not particularly cheap). They have a simple reward system, and dont mind looking you up if you leave your card in the car! So fun to check out whats here!

Weve found a number of items at Wilco. Sheep tanks, pellets for our stove, shoes, dog beds, etc. Employees are helpful and kind. Its easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Ive never had a great experience at any Wilco. The employees seem to run on their own time and lack customer service skills. Rude and unfriendly seems to be the norm for Wilco cashiers. This one isnt any different. The cashier spent quite a bit of time messing with a broken tool a customer brought back instead of helping customers even though there was a line. I was standing there with a 40 lb bag of feed on my shoulder and holding a large water dispenser for poultry in the other hand. I had the misfortune of getting her as a cashier. She went on messing with the tool ignoring me. In the meantime, the other cashier rang up two other customers before this cashier even got to me.When she did ring me up, she didnt acknowledge she had made me wait nor was she friendly.

The cashier was the first one since I have had 3 different address ago that asked if I wanted my address changed. She changed it at post which is great customer service.Looking forward to the next add.The new George boots are great, it is hard to find a store with size 14, still a pick and choose but better than in the past.

The service was good, but the bale of hay i bought was pretty musty and bad at one end..

Some of the cashiers are not always friendly, or they talk to their coworkers more than they pay attention to the customer, whos paying at the register. I do love getting my pellets there, and I like their garden section and dog section. Its a good place, they just need to brush up on their customer service.

What you would expect from Wilco. Clean, friendly staff, open floorspace, good selection. The guys in the storehouse are quick to grab your straw and feed too.

Great place and well stocked was going to by horse panels from home Depot but Wilco had better quality and the price was great also the cashier are great and very helpful. Love this place. Use to shop at Coastal. Buy now I have a favorite place to buy all my needs. They have everything.

They had my doga vacation

I came into this store for my dog to be groomed. This was my first experience here. I dropped my dog off and browsed the store. First five minutes in the store someone had already asked me to if I needed help with something, which was understandable. Although as I continued to browse I was constantly followed and watched literally every turn and move I made. I had to stop one of the employees following and watching me to ask Are you watching me? Her response was should I be? I assured her it was not necessary and it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I told her to stop because I felt I was being harassed and judged. She told me there were only two employees in the store as if that makes it okay for the harassment. There were at least 7 employees staffed that morning that I saw before 9:30am. So I spoke to the manager and informed her of the situation and made it clear how uncomfortable I was. She didnt seem to care and said shed talk to them when I told her I was just going to wait in my car because I was so uncomfortable. I didnt even mention the male following me yet somehow she knew whom I was referring to and some to him immediately. I would not ever take my dog back here or buy anything or refer this place to anyone. It was a horrible experience being treated like a convicted felon just browsing the store. If there was anyone else I could have spoke to to make sure no one else has to go through this I would have. Instead I felt safest in my car in the parking lot waiting for a phone call to be informed my dog was ready. No thank you.
