I placed order in August paying online when order was still not available for delivery in October I canceled order but had to travel to the store in order to get refunded 45 minute trip one way very inconvenient will not order online again they used to be awesome before pandemic.

Come for the furniture but stay for the best customer service this side of the Mississippi! The office staff is great especially BJ. She was a huge help answering my million questions, and setting up my delivery. Shes just sweet as pie! She even weighed in when I couldnt decide between the adorable baby riding a horse painting or the adorable baby wrapped in an American flag one.And dont get me started on Jessica! What a gem! There must be something in the air at Northwest Furniture Outlet because I have never had a better customer service experience. You should definitely shop here!And in case you are wondering which painting I chose, the answer would be both. They go perfect with my new living room set!

I like this Furniture Store . Very fair Prices. Family friendly Employees, that represent the business and products very well. I recommend at least checking them out before making a final purchase anywhere else. They also will take and dump your old furniture.

I just discovered this store. I heard good reviews...we happened to be looking for furniture and so we went to check it out. The sales staff are incredibly helpful and are eager to find what you are looking for. We purchased a sofa, loveseat recliner, and a large chair. We ordered the pieces and they were specially made for us. They arrived on time, were delivered and we love them. Now we want to find a kitchen table.

Went to look online for a bed frame and found the one I wanted. My friends went down to pick it up for me since there store hours are the same as most people who work. Come to find out that it needed to be ordered and i wouldnt get it until 2 weeks later. I have a new box spring and mattress coming on Friday, so 2 weeks doesnt work. Why doesnt their website show there stores inventory? If I had known it wasnt in stock I would have chosen one that was in stock but since there website cant provide that important information. Now I am getting a bed frame i dont want because I am stuck in a corner. I love getting this news in the middle of meeting and my phone getting blown up. Thank Northwest Furniture Outlet.

For weeks we looked for a counter height table and stools. To our disappointment we couldn’t find any stores that carried them. On a fluke we were passing thru Canby and decided to stop in at Northwest Furniture Outlet. We were greeted by Tammy and showed several options that were on the floor. To our amazement they had several and we were faced with having to make a decision. Tammy was very helpful and friendly, showing us the many options we could choose to complete our set. This place is great, and the people here are awesome. We spent almost two weeks looking for a decent couch online and at other furniture stores. Almost everyone else either gouges you for the furniture itself or tries to overcharge for shipping and gives delivery estimates of at least 2 weeks.We went to Northwest Furniture Outlet on a Sunday, found a set we liked at a really great price, and had the set delivered to our living room on Thursday, at no extra charge for us.Id definitely recommend giving your business here, they treat customers well.

We have bought a mattress, bedframe, loveseat and dining table with them over the last 3 years. We recently went shopping for a new couch/loveseat for our new home. We rented a Uhaul truck and trailer here. Checkin person was great and very helpful. Lots of support employees not wearing masks. Person that hitched up the trailer was not very informative about how to load the car.

Dont even bother with any other furniture place; go directly to Northwest Furniture Outlet. After three days of furniture shopping in Portland proper and online and experiencing disappointments, deception and lack of stock, we came upon Northwest Furniture Outlet. It was a bit of a trek from NE Portland, but boy, well worth it! We found what we wanted along with personable and helpful staff and great prices. This is where we will always go for any future furniture purchases.

This is a fine establishment. It is family owned and the owner is very nice. They have a good return policy, but will not give your money back. You can pretty much exchange anything. They have a small play area for children including popcorn.

My husband and needed a new bed as well as a dresder/vanity. We went to the furniture outlet in Canby and had a great salesperson Chris Piazza who helped us choose a durable frame, mattress and boxspring. Also a dresser and vanity which took about a week or two for everything to be available for delivery. Our day of delivery was perfect, the 2 delivery people showed up at 12 we were given a 2 hour window from 12 to 2. They had everything set up and hauled away maximum of 30 minutes! I highly recommend using this furniture store for anyone needing kitchen, living room or bedroom furniture. Excellent customer service thanks to everyone there!!!

We haf a positive experience here. We went to find a couch, found one we liked, and it had a sale too. Couch was a good deal. We had it delivered and they have us a time it was supposed to be delivered (a window) and it showed up after the window (about 20 minutes). While thia wasnt a problem for us, it may be a problem for others.

When people say theyre friendly, theyre right. I had a great time picking out a mattress, and they actually helped me. I highly recommend this place. Also, the prices are great. Really, if youre looking to buy a mattress, even furniture, come here.

We had a great experience here. Michael Lopez is the man!! He was patient with us while we couldnt decide between two different sectionals and sat on each one about 4 times. We came in today looking for a new recliner as birthday gift for our son. As a result of being rear ended a few years ago he has considerable neck pain & discomfort. I went in to purchase my second bed (this one for my daughter), and was once again very pleased. Chris was such a huge help and gives it to you straight. He weighs the pros and cons and is able to give pointers for things we wouldnt even think about when buying a new bed. My wife and I recently moved to Oregon from California and rented a larger home. We decided to upgrade from a queen bedroom set to a king. We saw great reviews from google and yelp of NW Furniture and decided to check it out. We came in on a Sunday and were helped immediately by Chris. He showed us a couple of sets but advised us that they have tons of sets online. We left with his card to go home and do some searching on their website. We fell in love with a bedroom set and called Chris on Monday (the next day) to discuss our options. He advised us that the set is not in stock and would need to be ordered, which was fine because we have a month before we need it. We came down on Tuesday after work and he showed us a few mattresses and we decided to purchase the whole set together. He walked us through the ordering and delivery process and signed all the paperwork within 30 mins. I would highly recommend NW furniture!

After a fall I havent been able to sit in any of our furniture (including the bed). I had shopped MOR and JR Furniture, then went into Northwest Furniture. Their selection was bigger, a lot of the stuff was better quality. They had some of the same stuff that JR had, but much lower prices! I worked with Mike, and will definitely go back when I need other furniture! Go check them out!

Good selection but was not happy about some of the prices. On one piece of furniture, I found the same exact thing at half the price elsewhere. There were other items I could not find elsewhere, so that was a plus!
