Extremely friendly group of guys. My 11 year old wanted to exchange his birthday present and everyone was super friendly and kind as he navigated the exchange on his own. They were very generous and patient with him. Helping him every step of the way. He was made to feel like one of the crew and was so excited when he left with his new fancy glasses that he paid for himself. The shop was super clean and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for some trendy beach gear and friendly service.

I started my day off set to get all new gear, stopped by the shop to find everything I needed. Unfortunately, they were at a demo at bristol (exactly where I was headed)... just want to say these guys are AMAZING and I literally appreciate everything you ALL did. From running into town to meet me and at the mountain(Josh) and (Zach) for being so flexible and ensuring that I got the best for my abilities, and (Al) for supervising and giving feedback. Amazing customer service and great pricing! Ordered a set of snowboard bindings, they beat any other price I could find including shipping. Bindings showed up missing 1 bushing, when I called and let them know they went well beyond what they needed to do. Instead of sending the one missing bushing they sent me 3 sets of bushings, one in each density available. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

Highly recommend FULLSEND Ski & Outdoor!!! If you want REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and REAL EXPERTISE, it is worth it to get to FULLSEND. Zach and his staff went above and beyond to help adjust a ski boot for us so that it works with a prosthesis today after a truly horrendous experience this past weekend at The Ski Company in Syracuse (so bad that we now have a lawyer involved...). Zach willingly problem solved and found a creative way to adjust this ski boot, he was kind and respectful, and he did the work on the spot while we waited. Plus, Chewy the shop dog was a great companion during our time there. We are happy to make the hour+ drive to Canandaigua to give these folks our business anytime rather than waste it on shoddy and inept customer service at TSC! Go see Zach and his team at FULLSEND! Its worth it.

Got some sweet mittens at 40% off, and even got a free goggle soc. staff was super helpful, and offered to match the price of a binding with a sale that I saw online. they also made great ski recommendations and had some great feedback on other gear. would highly recommend going here.

The shop carries quality products and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I was looking for boots and stock was low but incoming and to get an idea of fitment even let me try on a pair of their personal boots to get an idea of the product they were expecting.

Fullsend is rad! They set me up with some awesome gear at a decent price. Zach is a ski boot wizard, and my feet have actually been comfortable from day one. In ski boots! I bought a board recently and it was priced right. But after a few weeks the board split. Zach took a look and hooked me up with another board while he got it sorted out with the dealer. Great guys. Awesome service will definitely see them again.

Probably my favorite stop in Canandaguia. Really cool gear and apparel that I havent been able to anywhere else. They also offer ski tuning and boat charters. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Zach!

This little shop caught my eye while driving into town. My mom and I stoped in today. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and gave us a handwritten list of good places to eat in the area. I tried on numerous bathing suits and ended up buying one. Super expensive but totally worth it.

Fullsend in Canandaigua is an incredible store. My wife and I had never been in the store and we found clothing we did not know existed to use for our strenuous workouts. The results have been off the charts. Best shirts available if you sweat as much as I do when exercising. Just love the store. Love the products. We will be back again for certain!
