I have been to two other hearing aid offices in the FL area and I must say Finger Lakes Hearing Center is the BEST!! Right from the start with a friendly voice to make an appointment or answer your question to the Doctors and staff. They dont try and sell you things you dont need or tell you your hearing aids are outdated after 2 years, they are always very helpful. Highly recommend them!

Dr Harry has helped me hear better for years. His attention to detail makes each visit easy. Hus office follows all CDC guidelines and I feel safe and taken care if there.

Finger Lakes Hearing is an excellent place to shop for hearing aids. Both Dr. Megan and Dr. Todd are the best Audiologists in the City of Canandaigua and surrounding areas. They are friendly, professional and accommodating. They work with you and your hearing until everything is exactly right no matter how long that takes. I cant say enough good about their practice. I recommend them to all my friends with hearing problems.

My PCP suggested Dr. Harry in Canandaigua when I complained that my hearing had degraded considerably in the last year. I use hearing aids (Phonak) provided by the Veteran Administration, and get my normal service at Canandaigua VA.. . .What I learned from Dr. Harry was that a good bit of my recent degradation in hearing was due to badly tuned hearing aids. He used technology that took advantage of a small microphone placed in my ear canal to receive what the hearing aid actually was sending to my ear. That allowed for a much less subjective tuning. My hearing aids immediately performed profoundly better with his tuning.. . .The lesson here is despite getting my hearing aids elsewhere (VA) the Finger Lakes Hearing Center was ready to offer a second opinion and service such as the tuning I got. That was a modest co-pay well spent. Im very thankful I made this visit.
