Employees are very knowledgeable about all the products they offer & helped me get all my new devices set up before left.

I came in last week to purchase a Galaxy Active 2 watch, and although they did not have one in stock, Roger assisted me in ordering one! I went back and forth a few times with which size/color I wanted, and he was VERY patient and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and always had a smile on his face! Thank you, Roger, for making my AT&T experience a positive one!!!!

Jessica M is about the best representative I have encountered at a ATT store. Her expertise and professionalism is super. I encountered Jessica twice in a week and her service was excellent. Besides her knowledge she is patient and helpful. I will always use Jessica for any ATT issues. ATT is lucky to have such a competent and reliable employee.

We saved over 250 a month switching from Verizon to AT&T. We are a family of 4. Thats a crazy amount of money 💰. The coverage is great and so far the service is great. Plus we all got new phones.

Recently switched 12 lines over for my business. Jess was great from start to finish! The service has been better then Verizon ever was!!

I wish there were more stars. Went in to switch phones which we couldnt do bc we are old. Roger was fantastic. We didnt have to wait to be tended to, he knew exactly what we are trying to do, and within moments he had us up and running. Im definitely going to drive all the way there whenever I need ATT help. Literally we were back in the car driving home within 15 minutes. Look for Roger when you go there.

The store was well set up for COVID preparedness, and Jess, who helped us pick out and set up a new phone, was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. She even went out of her way to save us money on our plan. Ditch Verizon and see these folks

Roger sold us phones at a price that was not eligible. For the plan we have. Cost us twice as much a we were told. Store Manager Jess, promised to call back. She did not. Ive filed a complaint with AT&T. Go to a Company store. AT&T cannot back up claims the authorized stores make. Theres one in Victor.

Jessie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, listening to what my mom needed in a upgrade. She went through all of the options with us and helped us choose the right phone and set it up seamlessly. Excellent customer service and knowledge of the plans and products. Thank you Jessie!

This is the worst place ever, the so called manager Jessica is horrible. I have had nothing but problems since November 2020 and am now stuck paying for services that I can not fully use. I have called to speak to Jessica and she avoids my calls, I even called the Geneva store to complain and asked for the district managers name and phone number and was told they could not give out that information . I have gone to the store many times and all Jessica ever tells me is she e- mailed her boss or filed a complaint on my behalf but still no resolution . I have called AT&T directly and explained what she set up and they have no clue what Im talking about, stay far away from this store. I tell every I know the same!!!

NEVER USE THIS AT&T LOCATION. A family member whos on my account went in to this store to upgrade her phone. The rep took advantage of her, misrepresenting what he could do for her DirecTV plan, and adding extras to her phone (insurance, early upgrade fee). Also sold her a phone case, screen protector and other accessories for over $100 that she thought were included in a package. Im lucky he didnt unravel my entire plan. This is NOT an AT&T store - this is an authorized retailer whom Ive reported to AT&T. If you need assistance, go to Eastview Mall - they have always been great to work with and are knowledgeable about their services, pricing and products.

Great experience replacing/upgrading an obsolete phone. Court is efficient and helpful; took the time to understand what I wanted and never tried to sell me more than I needed. Transferred the phone number and GoPhone balance to the new device and I walked out with a working replacement in less than an hour, no hassle. Will definitely be back.

Phone got hacked. Brendon and court helped me with phone. Not tech savvy was in their four times everytime were awesome never made me feel stupid explained until totally understood. Great place. The employees helped me and my guys get set up, they even gave us some good details in the process. We had to wait awhile to get serviced, but with the quality help they gave us when we got helped it was worth the wait. Out of the 4 stores weve gone to, this one was the only one that was of any help with what we wanted. Court and Jake really went to bat for us and were very knowledgeable in products and specials. Will definitely deal with these guys from now on.

The service I got from the manager, Court and his associate Brendon was above and beyond. I actually believe it would be an amazing ad about how AT&T had incredible service the day I brought in my father 88+ and his wife, who is blind to get an iPhone and have them teach us how to use it. Their patience and understanding of the situation was incredible. They took the time to explain everything, go slow, write things down, Brendon took my mom‘s arm and used a tapping method to show her how to use voice control it was fabulous. Court and Brendon demonstrated what customer service is really about. It did not end that day, I had to call a week later because my father had an update which it made him get a password, I called from out of town Court walked me through it, it was again above and beyond. In this day of technology and seniors not being able to navigate, Court and Brendon helped us, they taught us. What is great about technology keeping us closer I can now see my dad far away keeping an eye on him and my mom and I really attribute it to Court and Brendon. Thank you!!!!

Awesome store! Court and Travis are two extraordinary guys. They go above and beyond in trying to ensure that each customer that visits their location is more than pleased with not only their outstanding service at the store, but with their company as well! Griffin was v. helpful with my business account and getting things sorted out, and also getting new phones. Another customer arrived and was asking about activating her phone, so Brendon came out to help her. Very quickly, it became apparent that the new customer had mental health issues, however, Brendon was always polite and charming with her. Griffin got her dog water. They were most impressive. Thank you.(Oops - just discovered there was a huge miscommunication on Griffins part - I discovered this when cancelling the line I was replacing - so that has rather soured my view!!)

Recently got a new phone and haf A LOT of questions about it Im not very tech savvy. Store staff was very patient with me and took their time to explain everything I asked and seemed genuine in wanting to help me. Definitely a store worth visiting if you have any questions about your phone, theyll treat you right.

I Was in the neighborhood searching for a new carrier and I was impressed on how the store manager took his time to outline the differences between all of the plans. I was a little unsure of the new financing plans but he showed me how much I save on the new plans and I ended up walking out with a new phone and an appointment for home security. I was impressed to see a manager involved with his customers. 5 stars!

Just spent and hour with AT&T corporate fixing the mess that Cdga store staff created when the upgraded one phone and our plan wrong. Even corporate was astonished at the mess that was created! Cdga and Geneva stores have lost our families business forever.

I have to let you know how wonderful Eddie, Matthew and Samar have been to me at your Canandaigua office. I am old and tech challenged and have needed to have 2 phones replaced. I had trouble finding all the right passwords. codes etc. Very stressful. Eddie could not have been more patient and helpful as he took time to find passwords and transfer data twice in 2 months. Dealt with a young man in Pittsford who could not be bothered looked at his text watch 4 times told me to find password so came out here to Canandaigua where I knew I would be well taken care of. ! These young men especially Eddie make me want to recommend the Canandfaigua ATT to all my friends! They should be commended!

Bunch of thieves! Dont be fooled because it says ATT on the store they are just a dealer and lie and steal your money. They promised my wife that we would save 25$ a month on our bill if we paid outright for our new iPhone 6 128gig (900$+) instead of using our upgrade price. The manager Jason assured me that our plan would remain the same but the credit would be applied monthly. Which was a blatant lie! WE called numerous times over the following weeks as our bill was not corrected.. and he stated he corrected his end but I had to call att for the credit. I placed numerous calls to ATT and wAs told multiple times someone will call us back and no one did. After 1.5 months I was still trying to get my bill fixed and they still couldnt get it right .. Infact my bill increased!! The Manager and GM still give me the run around and havent even called me back. Now its been 4 months since this started and I have filed with the BBB. They refuse to give me our money back and ATT cant help because they are a DEALER and not ATT. Stay away from this fraudulent business!!! They will say anything to get a sale and then lie to you saying they fixed it just long enough for the 14 day return policy to expire and then they will just ignore you and not call you back. Needless to say Im switching to Verizon.

They are unable to help because they arent a real AT&T store That is the response I got repeatedly from here.I went in to return an old phone, buy a case, car charger, wireless charger and potentially a screen protector for my new phone. Apparently that was too much to deal with for an authorized retailerI dont quite understand why they couldnt help me, I was able to go to another AT&T retailer and return my phone and do what I needed... so maybe not. However, if the store policy is what it is, I did NOT need to be treated like I was asking them to make me a pizza. I have AT&T, they are AT&T... so I would assume that working with AT&T customers would be part of their service... I was wrong and that is on me.So, if at all possible I would save yourself sometime and per the words of their employees Go to a REAL AT&T store
