Needed a new dining room table but didn’t know which one to get. Mary asked me questions about myself and showed me one that fit both my needs and wants!!! She was so patient and very easy to talk to. Mary wasn’t pushy at all (like most) and gave me space to make my decision. She answered my questions and made my purchase effortless. When I stop by to look around I always ask for her!!! Thank you Mary for all you have done!! I love my new table!!!
This was the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture. Mary, the employee that was assisting me was phenomenal! She literally had me try ever bed out and knew everything there was about each bed. Every question I had she had answer for it. Kinda felt bad at one point though because they had just rearranged the store and not all the prices were tagged to the beds nor the mattresses so she was going back forth from the floor to her computer desk every time I asked how? And I asked, “how much?”, for everything lol. She she had the best attitude and customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. I kept saying sorry, feeling bad that I’m making her walk a marathon in her store and she said to me, “no it’s part of my job and I love what I do. I’m going try to help find the best for you.” That was very reassuring for me and I got great furniture for a great price. She also stayed an entire hour after the store closed for me to finish my purchase. Probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. Just phenomenal customer service.
Katrina was very helpful in the initial purchase and pick up. Arrived today Katrina remembered who we where a wk later so no issues picking up furniture. Mary was very on point and courteous with getting furniture loaded as well as Katrina. They both did a great job very friendly will be back for future purchases.
Mary is one of the best employees I have seen at any store. Her commitment to taking care of the potential was amazing. She made sure before I bought anything that the items would fit in my apartment. She measured everything to ensure everything would work together. Once again above and beyond and yes it all fit.

Mary was kind enough to help us find the right mattresses and frames for our family. When we needed a dryer and everyone else was sold out we were able to come back to American Freight and get what we needed.
We were not really looking to buy furniture but we walked in and were greatest with an enthusiastic welcome to American freight. Mary made me feel welcome and her customer was a plus. We will buy more from her in the future.

Was in the market for a new mattress. Comparatively, prices were reasonable and quality was great. Maryetta helped me find my perfect mattress. I was delivered two box springs that did not match, however, Maryetta was notified and was quick to resolve the issue and then some! I appreciate her attentiveness and enthusiasm towards the customer.

I have gone into American Freight several times, and the sales people have always been nice and helpful. It was nice to be able to make a purchase and take it home immediately. Katrina and Mary have always been very courteous and patient. I was able to get an excellent deal on a mattress and adjustable base.

I went here a week or so ago, and the staff was helpful and not overly pushy. They got me everything that I wanted, and then some. The mid-range bed they sold me is quite comfortable and exactly the firmness I wanted, though I wish the frame had come with instructions. They were kind enough to help me load it up. The washer and dryer combo I got was also good.

AMAZING!!!! The staff of FFO was so honest, professional and caring. Mary greeted me with such a welcoming spirit. She and her co-workers treated me like family. They worked with me to ensure I was satisfied. They didnt try to pursuade or pressure me from what I came there to look for like salesmen. They listened and allowed me to ask questions about everything such as quality, pricing, payments. etc. Their patience and understanding was sureal. FFO Lawton is not like other furniture stores Ive been to. They are the real deal and an excellent place to shop and find quality nougat furniture! I will definitely purchase from them again.

Phil the store manager was very helpful, and very patient with me. He brought out the measuring tape to help me make sure it would fit my bedroom layout. Allowed me a week to pick up, until I got the chance to ready my room for it. Good experience!

Dont ever but here. Came in for a gas stove the price at on the Frigidaire they had mark was 759.00 she told me be almost $1100 cause the prices go up-and-down I found the same one at home depot for 674.00

My husband and I came in looking for a new couch and was immediately greeted by the sales associate named James. He quickly found out what we were looking for and gave us the layout of the store then he let us shop. There were no hounding or following around. It was nice. He was attentive in our selections and offered up additional information on the merchandise. Bought a couch from them and two days later had to call because one of the cushions was all ready worn and uncomfortable to sit on. So I decided to just return it and have the money go towards a recliner that was on lay a way. We asked if they would put plastic on the recliner until it could get delivered because we didnt want people sitting in it. They never did cover it. It has taken them until today to come get the couch. We paid for delivery and asked if we would be refunded the money as it was not our fault the couch is cheap and defective. I was told no we wouldnt be refunded the money. We ended up going to Darbys furniture store. They delivered our stuff for free plus gave us a free pillow! And guaranteed our furniture. I will never go to FFO for anything. Darbys will keep our business, yes you pay more but I would rather pay more, get AMAZING customer service and good quality furniture. Oh and by the way the recliner was a Lane and they have been out of bbusines for a while. And they have the nerve to send one person to pick up the furniture and told the delivery guy her husband is their he can help.

If I could take that star away I would totally would. I walked into this shop today with my family looking to upgrade our living room and dinning room area due to the cross country move we did and our furniture getting damaged. Mind you we walked in and no one bothered to greet us or even acknowledged the fact that potential customers walked in the stores. Guess what? I won’t be spending my money there and will not recommend ANY of my friends who get stationed here at all. I highly recommend any where else EXCEPT this place.

I take my review back. Really nice furniture and they have very willing workers. However, I wanted to purchase a sofa, and the man that worked there 8 months ago; I think his name was Tommy? Not sure. He made me feel a little uncomfortable but he put a sofa on hold for me and I did all the paperwork for when its time for me to purchase the sofa. Literally that same day the sofa was gone. Someone picked it up and got a free couch that wasnt me. And they were implying that I stole it and tried to have a free couch and I told them numerous of times I didnt have it. So the people that worked for FFO HOME showed up to MY JOB and asked for a copy of my DRIVERS LISCENSE because I wasnt answering their calls. They were asking because The couch was purchased. I was more upset of the accusations and that they showed up to my job. Hopefully they have better workers now if I decide to go and shop there again. BTW I am familiar with the owner because he stayed at my hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and gave me a card for a discount.

Hands down FFO has the best furniture shopping experience ever. We had James help us at the Lawton store and he was amazing. He treated us like family, very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. We ended up chatting like old friends while we paid for our new furniture. Furniture shopping can be a drag and you go to a ton of places but with James and the other staff members we met at FFO it was a one stop shop for us, great experience, great prices, and their personalities made us not go to any other store.
First visit and my family and I were finally ready to purchase a living room set. Our sales person, Madison, was incredible. If you dont ask for her then you are doing yourself a disservice. Love our real leather set and thank you so much for all your help. You have customers for life!

After shopping with family in Joplin, Mo I decided to give the Lawton store a try .. I can they went above and beyond to locate a King sized headboard for me .. They explained why they wouldnt have one in stock which was understandable however after checking the back they had the perfect one .. My intentions were to leave with just that but because of their professional and friendly attitudes I walked away with more .. I will definitely use FFO as my go to furniture store from now on .. Completely disgruntled. Had an issue with our furniture we purchased and had gotten the warranty. Been 3 months now and we are still getting the run around. Contacted store numerous times and they keep telling us we should hear back within a week... nothing. Contacted corporate and was told we would hear back on Monday (Friday was when we called). Nothing. I am going to make one more attempt before going to contacting the better business bureau and more. I’m done playing with this company. 3 months and still going.DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL
