Lots of self serve stations and customer service reps. Came on a busy day and there were 4 registers open and the line moved really fast.

Awful place. I wish I could review the entire lying company, but Ill stick with the branch that wouldnt even load my box onto a dolly.they instead had me enter the employee area, move other peoples packages, and then load my own on a dolly.This is after they lied about trying to deliver my package, when in reality it was in NEVADA.

I went in the afternoon to send some documents. I had a pre-printed label do it was super fast and easy. Tomorrow I have to send two large boxes. Well see how it goes🤞Update: I went in the early morning the next day to ship a lot of folders. Again it was fast, easy and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased.

I had to send some important papers to be sent having both ship and return labels and was not really sure how to package them etc. Lance, the store manager made it look so easy as he took over the process and ensured everything is fine with almost no stress on me. The petite young lady at the door was very warm and welcoming. Good Place !

Don’t go here for art prints, unless you’re fine with regular printer paper or canvas. there is no in between. Also, do not expect the employee named Alfred to be anything but snappy if you’re there around holiday time. The only positive part of my multiple visits is seeing they have a nice calendar selection.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon 5pm. The store is big and clean. Employees are very friendly! If you come to return packages, they can help you print labels FREE (unlike UPS will charge you $2 per label printing)!

Horrible customer service. If I can rate them zero I will. Alden or Elden whatever his name is shouldn’t be working there. He seems to hate his job and he makes the customers feel it. The other guy the Indian one is nice and helpful. Whoever is managing this establishment should hire and train their staff proper customer service.

I had a great experience there today. As I entered their parking lot I was stimulated by all the murals I saw. I felt inspired to paint Something. As I opened the door I got a friendly greeting from a girl who was doingSome face painting. I approached the counter in a good mood. The girl who helped me was super friendly and helpful. I forgot her name but she was wearing a witch costume with green hair.It was Halloween I dont think shes always dressed like that. Anyways she rocks and so those this store!

If you need to copy or print something, and you cant do it at work or at home, then this place is a good place to do it at. And apparently they can FedEx things too. I used them for scanning something back in the day before I had easy access to a scanner, and the whole transaction went smooth enough. Im surprised enough people have such needs though that they can stay in business.

I have to print a lot with my job and I am at a lot of FedEx Office locations throughout the Bay Area. This location is by far my favorite! I always receive the best customer service and everything is always done correctly.

I had a great experience here today. I came in with my items unpacked and the manager gave me the forms I needed for international shipping and he packed my items beautifully while I did the paperwork. Then he gave me ahuge discount on the packing materials. He was helpful and so nice, as were all of the other staff members. Its a large and cheerful store. I will always come here in the future.

I placed a large order through work. The website said it would take 4 hours, but they called me after 1 to let me know it was done. I noticed the day after I picked it up that the order had a mistake. I called, they said no problem, theyd have a fresh batch ready for me in a few minutes.Plus, they give a very generous discount to non-profits, which is hugely appreciated! FedEx - making a difference. *The more you know*Double-plus, this is my one and only google review. I dont yelp, either. But FedEx made me happy so I thought they should know :-D

The two girls who helped me were the sweetest people possible. They helped me sort out the best, cheapest, and most insured option for me.They even raced to see who could process it first. It was very cute and sweet.

Dropped off a package, was told system was down and they would scan next day and send. Never arrived...called FedEx office and was told no boxes there. I asked for a manager and tried to get assistance, I even offered to come down and identify who I gave it to. Manager was insistent not to come down, there was nothing he could or would do. Worst customer service I have ever had from a manager. He gave me a 800 number and said they would help me. After 40 mins with an agent, she called the same office I dropped the package at to get some assistance and they stonewalled her as well. She said they didnt even try to help her. All I can say is UPS, UPS, UPS.

Went to FedEx Kinkos on Hamilton in Campbell to pick up a package I had missed a couple days earlier. There was a small line forming, but he assistant manager Josh stepped in to help me. He was was polite and quick -- I was out the door in ~2 minutes.I was probably not the greatest customer... I had gone to a UPS distribution center to pick up some more packages, only to find out that they were not open on Saturday. Which sucks, because I missed my earlier package delivery to to the fact that I work during weekdays. And I was treated poorly by a UPS rep over the phone, but thats another story.Long story short -- If you need a package saved for weekend pick-up, this FedEx Kinkos location is great! And f*** UPS.

Alfred at this store helped us ship a number of boxes and made it a completely seamless experience. Walk in, drop off, and done. Never had a more pleasant experience at a FedEx!

The print and finishing services are expensive, but I receive excellent service and quality work. Ive relied on this location several times, and Im always pleased with my order.

The staff at this place is not very friendly. They really dont look to help out and last time it was so bad I had to go. They had a problem with their email server and blamed me, although I was showing them proof of the emails being sent to them. They asked me to pay for WiFi connection to try once more.. Very bad experience. These type of things make Fedex look bad.

If you are doing 2-day shipping and want packing material, dont come here.I was told to take ship a warranty service through Fedex and that they would give me packing materials because it was expedited shipping. They wouldnt give me packing materials. When I called support for the warranty, they said some locations dont provide packing material and I should try a different location.The workers certainly knew this but didnt explain it to me.

They accommodate me well and they really solve my problem especially when Im having problem tracking with my mail.

This Shipping center is easily accessible and with lots of parking. There are no long lines and service is good too

Lots of angry disgruntled employees at this location (10 East Hamilton). Would be advisable to steer clear of this dysfuntional FedEx location as customer service is non-exsistent and verbally abusing customers appears to be encouraged and condoned. Surprising that FedEx hasnt closed this location due to customer/public safety concerns. Will definitely not use FedEx services at this location as my personal safety is more important than using their services.

I called this store in Campbell, CA. The Woman who answered the phone seem not to understand basic English.I repeated the Zip code 5 times to her, she repeated it back to me & told me it doesnt exist. I have the zip code displayed on Google maps in front of me to make sure.She asks for the City, I tell her Colorado Springs, Colorado. I repeat this to her 3 times, she asks me to spell the name of the city. ...!!Colorado Springs is the 2nd largest city in CO and she wants me to spell it.Look, I am an Immigrant to this country too but I learned the Language so people can understand me. This Indian Woman did not understand basic English.I asked for her Manager, she was not happy. Her manager when I complained told me to go to another Fedex store.I drove to a store that is over 5 miles away from me instead of the one next to my house (the Hamilton store). It took me over half an hour in Traffic. I was not happyThis is NOT the first time I get lousy service from Fedex. The ONLY reason I ship with you is sometimes youre cheaper than UPS and the post office.I dont know why you hire people who clearly are clueless and are NOT well trained. It wastes my time having to deal with these people.Clearly you do NOT care about your customers because you dont do anything about this issue.Look, I wasted a lot of my time because of your Employees incompetence.I expect my shipping charges of $89.21 to be refunded to my Credit Card as a compensation for all I went through.Again, this is NOT the first or the second time I had this experience with Fedex.I sell on Ebay, Amazon and Craigslist and I ship a lot of things but my time should not be wasted almost every time I deal with Fedex because of the incompetence of some of your employees.Seriously, you should not be in business. You should go out of business.REALLY bad service.

Office Max at bascom and hamilton is way better and cheaper in regards to printing needs and design use them.... I dont think they do shipping, Id rather wait in line at the post office or go to the downtown kinkos...rude and ignorant behavior at this place

I have been to this business on several occasions and on a regular basis. Contrary to other reviews the staff was very professional. I did notice something peculiar. The local patrons seem to be largely failed professionals trying eke out a meager survival and perhaps projecting their own disillusionment onto the innocent employees at this fine business.
