She spent like 30-45 minutes helping me find what was best for me, and giving me all kinds of useful info. I love my pen and Ive been showing it off all kinds!Just be sure to bring your ID when you come!

I love this store. Jamie and Sarah are awesome. They take the time to actually talk to you. The vibe is great. And if they don’t have what you want or need they will get it for you.I’m sorry I keep forgetting Jamie’s husbands name but he is a great guy. Always has good conversation and always willing to help.The store helped me quit smoking cigarettes. And helped me find the right vape for me. They have a great selection of oils and flavors. Vapors smoke shop is great! Theyre friendly with good prices and a cool rewards program that will save you money. Ive been coming here for about a year and being recognized and treated like a regular is always nice. I come for the vaping products and their selection is always good with everything I need in stock. I will continue to come here and give them my business.

I went in looking for batteries and some replacement coils. The coils were no problem. They had them in stock and at a decent retail price. The batteries though, thats where customer service took over and won me over with this shop. The lady (I totally forgot her name but she was awesome) asked me a ton of questions to figure out which one was best for me. I even spent a couple of bucks more than I planned, but it was worth it! Definitely going back.

Support your local businesses! I kid you not, the staff here is awesome and their customer service is through the roof. If they dont have what you need, theyll make suggestions or tell you where you can get it. It really doesnt feel like Im spending my money at this place because they give off this friendly family vibe and they always have deals. They also accept 5 Stars! (Even more discounts!) A professional and extremely friendly business for all your smoking/vaping needs. They offer competitive prices, and a variety of accessories. Staff is especially knowledgeable of vape equipment and will teach you how to operate, and care for your purchase. They offer an overwhelming selection of e-juice mixes as well.

Chuck and all others is this shop are the best. I have been their customer for years and they have the best price in town. Every time I had been given a discount. I smoke spiced chai hookah and in last couple of years they are the only shop which stays on the top of their inventory and never been out of stock. You guys are awesome

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Though not a large shop, dont let the size fool you. They carry a very wide selection of e-juice, vaporizers and parts/supplies at some of the best prices in the Bay Area. The staff can perform onsite repair of many of the more popular manufacturers products, or at the very least, troubleshoot and let customers know what the issue is and if repairable.If youve been in another shop that seems a bit sketch, try Vapors. The warm atmosphere is conducive to talking about and becoming more knowledgeable about the different products in a completely no pressure setting.

The staff here are very helpful and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. I brought in a used vape my buddy gave me and instead of trying to up-sell me on something fancier they gave me suggestions on what to use to make it work like new.

Jamie and Chuck are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products in their store, the other staff are helpful as well. Their prices are beyond fair and they have a wide selection to choose from. I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know.

This is my go to shop here in Daly City. They have all the popular vape juices. And some good finds. The crew at vape dreams are very helpful and always give awesome service, especially Dante and Martin. Keep up the great work. And Ill see you guys soon.

I have gone to Vapors a few times now. The young lady behind the counter (I should have asked her name. Wonderful asian lady.) and her coworkers are so incredibly nice and helpful! I did not know much about vaping. She took the time to explain in detail my options and how they work. Its a very friendly place and staff with a great vibe when you go there. I wish all businesses were like Vapors. Good and helpful people that know their stuff take the time to explain. They have my business from now on. If I could give the place and lady 6 stars I would! Go check them out, or call. They are great either way!

They have a pretty cool points system which lets you earn discounts towards products, they have an honest return policy (which is hard to find at a smoke shop in the bay area) and the prices are very modest.

Went in on a whim and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. They took there time to explain a bunch of options and showed me how to operate what I purchased.

I was looking for some vape juices, specifically Reds Apple Juice in Frosted Grape. Id called in to see if it was available and the man who answered was very friendly and helpful. When I visited, I was impressed by not only their selection of vape juices, but also their other goods as well. I believe this is family run and the staff were wonderful. Prices were reasonable so I decided to pick up more coils for my vape there, too. Im definitely coming back the next time I need any vape products.

This place is GREAT. Tons of the latest vaping products, from all-in-one units to vape coils to juices. The owners, Chuck and Jamie, are very knowledgeable and friendly, as is their nonfamilial employee Alex. All these people will remember you when you come in again and will take all the time you need to help you with anything, whether youre a newcomer to vaping or a longtime aficionado. They really treat you like family. Alex even let me borrow a mod box since mine was broken... out of the kindness of his heart... even though Ive only been to the store twice. This is my new home base for local vape shops. Go! Its awesome!

Located on Hamilton Avenue close to San Tomas Expy, this vape shop has ample business parking. It’s open from 10 AM to 9 PM everyday.The staff here are pretty friendly and they talk to you thoroughly and answer all your questions to understand what is the right vape kit for you before selling you one. They sell cigarettes, cigars and other smoking merchandise in addition to vape kits and e-juice. If you are a Chevron goer for Juul kit, they generally stock Juul as well. They are generally on short supply when it comes to some nicotine variants of the e-juice but otherwise it is go to place for coils, e-juice and kits themselves.

Nice looking shop, wonderful and very knowledgable staff that actually recomend products based on what fits your need rather than what has the highest profit margin.I originally rated this shop five stars, unfortunately I went in to talk to someone about vape pens (the one that are about the same size as a cigarette). While the gentleman there was knowledgeable and discussed pros and cons of different brands (despite the fact the store only caries one brand). The problem was that after a half hour discussion during which he showed me a demo unit that was button activated and said repeatedly that they were out of the automatic units and only had the pushbutton units. I expressed satisfaction at that because I dont like automatic units as I find it very hard to get a decent draw. He sold me what was supposed to have been a manual unit, but once I got home and opened the box I discovered it was an automatic unit, despite my repeating several times I did not want an automatic unit. I came back the following day, and spoke to the same gentleman who had sold me the unit. I confirmed that he remembered me and let him know about the mistake, thinking that they would just be able to swap one for the other. Well, he had to talk to a manager who said flat out they absolutely can not and will not handle any form of return or exchange unless the unit was defective, at which time they would replace it with the exact same unit only. When I explained to her that I had been adamant about what produce I wanted to buy and had been assured that what I wanted was all they had in stock anyway. She in turn elevated this to another manager or the owner, I dont know. He decided not to speak to me directly, instead sending the woman back to me to apologize for the fact that I was sold the wrong product, but they would be happy to sell me the correct unit now, at a bit of a discount. Actually acknowledging that the error was on the part of their employee but refusing to do anything to rectify the situation isnt acceptable to me, to then try to make another sale as a solution to the issue was just completely over the line.Will NOT do business with this store ever again, incredibly bad customer service.

Every time I go By Vapors with a need for a part/e liquid/accessory; They not only have multiple versions of varied quality and price but have always been nothing short of excellent to me from a customer service stand point. Especially when Im asking questions that Im sure theyve answered a thousand times before. They are one of the few official Kanger Vapor supply parts dealers in the area and I believe Kanger makes the best stuff for my current vaping use. I would suggest this store to anyone I knew.
