I made an appointment at this location for service in early/mid June, the earliest appointment they could give me was mid/late July. I took it because my Jeep is giving me an error I was told only the dealership could fix. So I waited patiently because I understand things are backed up and my car is still running, just giving an error. So my appointment was supposed to be today(mid/late July), and I expected my car to be serviced, but when my husband goes to drop off my vehicle, they tell him we don’t have an appointment. Unacceptable. I have waited over a month for this day and my husband took time off his business to bring my vehicle in only for them to be unorganized and unapologetic. I spoke with the manager Roy after being on hold for about 15mins and he tells me it’s nothing her can do, he can make me an appointment for August(I made this appointment in June) or I can leave my vehicle there for the week and they would try to “see what they could do”. Absolutely not. Never returning here.

The absolute worst service ever. STAY AWAY!!!A simple hitch installation turned into a nightmare. The sales person dropped the ball, his manager dropped the ball. After 4 trips to the dealership, the part was finally ordered and service date was scheduled. Upon arriving for my service, an hour service turned into 4. The service guy basically told me he was doing me a favor by scheduling me in and that they are too busy for me. I was forced to leave my car at the dealership and was given a loaner car which broke down in the middle of the highway on my way to pick up my kid from summer camp. After 4 hours i was able to tow it back to the dealership. After speaking to the manager, he offered to deliver my car to me which i thought was a nice move. The only problem is that he stopped answering and returning my calls and left me without a car or a loaner for 2 days.This will be my last trip to the Marlows height location. I hope they get their act together. There are plenty of Jeep dealerships who are very big on customer service. Customer service should not end after the car is sold, It should start when a car is sold.

I wish I could put ZERO!!!! Took my husbands car in several times to get fix and each time they said they are waiting on Chrysler to call them. Made us pay $900 to get the car back...still not fixed (tire pressure gauge light). We had to rent a car $400 and basically Michael in service didnt give two hoots!!! He never call to give updates, never returned calls, and youre are gonna tell me Chrysler has NEVER RETURNED YOUR CALL...BULL$#!%.....RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Successfully changed my oil.Damaged the hood and fender area and told me because there was already damage to the car they were fine to cause more damage to the vehicle.Spoke with the service technician who damaged the vehicle and he said he knew he caused more damage to the vehicle but didnt think it was necessary to tell anyone about the extra damage. No resolution offered.Incredibly rude customer service.Would recommend finding another jeep dealership to work with.

DO yourself a favor and stay away. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They did not do proper inspection on delivery of the new vehicle and could have avoided most of the issues from my experience. Regardless they refuse to take ownership of the problems and no longer return calls or voice mails. Get put on hold for 20-30 min waiting to talk to gm or sales mgr and they never pick up. THey were very responsive when I was purchasing a $76,000 vehicle, but now that they got my money things have changed. Was force to deal w/ RAM customer service and another local dealer instead. Literally the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. RUN FAR AWAY!UPDATE: Spoke to someone at customer service as they suggested in their reply, they were very rude and woulndt let me even get more than a few words in to explain what was going on. They also said the specific dealer would need to call me, which I attempted to contact them multiple times already, I knew they wouldnt contact me. No surprise, never heard a word from the dealer or from them at customer service. Been a week. Was told it would be no more than a day or 2. Again -save yourself the trouble and do not do business with this place. The absolute WORST group of people.

Surprised that this dealership has an express service lane that only takes appointments only. i was attempting to get an oil change & tire rotation. i arrived prior to them opening on a Saturday morning, and was told that the truck wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon. needless to say, I feel like they need to take down their express service sign.

Looking at taking legal actions under the Maryland lemon law for defective parts and services rendered this will be the third time I have to take my car back up to this dealership for them to repair a transmission that they replace. The first time was after they replaced the transmission it started leaking fluid the second time I couldnt do more than 40 miles per hour and now my car can only get up about 50 miles per with the same issue. I have already spoke to a lawyer and was advised to see what their next step will be before moving forward. Strongly advise no one taking their car to this service department poor customer service and poor quality of work at the Marlow height location

The service department and management is terrible and unprofessional! I dropped my car off at 7:30 am just for me to come back there the next day just for me to hear there excuse that they can’t work on my car for a irrelevant reason that had nothing to do with my problem! They laughed in my face, they waisted my time, they did not call me to let me know what was going on! I had to go up there and find out by my self! I waisted time and money at this dealership and all they could do is laugh! The only thing this management is good for is to look like a Circus because there’s nothing but a bunch of clowns in there!

Horrible experience. I purchased a vehicle from this location back in February of 2021 and Im still waiting to receive my hard tags. I have nothing on my driving record stopping me from getting tags for my vehicle.Theyve used Covid-19 and the pandemic as an excuse, but my fiance purchased a car from the Darcars Bowie Maryland location THE SAME DAY AS ME and received her hard tags without having to obtain another set of paper tags. They havent sent information pertaining to my credit union being the official lean holder of my vehicle until its paid off resulting in my credit union informing me with a second notice in the matter. Ive been told someone will reach out to me on numerous occasions and it never happened, and when I call, the people I need to help me with my situation are never available. I shouldve listened to my fiance and purchased from the Darcars Bowie Maryland location like she initially told me to do. Hard pill to swallow. Hopefully I can get my hard tags before the year is over. I believe they only care about cashing in on their customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service, poor communication, lack of professionalism and attention to detail.I contacted Marlow Heights Ourisman Chevrolet because they were the closest to where my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe was located and I truly regret it.I have been serving our country overseas and knew that I was coming back to acquire my vehicle and called this location in advance to obtain a full service check up, diagnostic, tune up and repairs to make it safe for my family to drive to our mew duty station. I was through in my expectations and what would be needed. I set an appointment and from there it was all downhill.1. No feedback or confirmation that my vehicle arrived safely. I called 48 hours later and found that they didn’t even know that my vehicle was there.2. No technician even touched my car3. No updates provided over a nearly 3 week period unless I called and was met with poor attitude when arrived to pick up the car4. The work requested was not even completely doneI am truly disappointed that I serve my country for such a poor quality of business. After serving on a communist country, you’d think you’d come home to professionalism .I spent 4K for nothing. There is so much to type and I am using my mobile device but please spare yourself the shenanigans and lack of 5 star customer service.

I had a 9:30a appointment for car battery replacement. At 10a finally got seen to get ticket written up. Car right outside garage door. They took car behind me, and car behind that car. I asked status at 11:40p, informed should be going in soon, at noon and still nothing, I asked for my keys. I should have stopped in managers officer, but was so furious I just left. If I could give this service center 0 stars, I would. The last time I was there, I met with an advisor and then sat for 4 hours waiting for an update, any update. Meanwhile, my advisor walked back and forth past me without even acknowdging that Id been there more than a while. Finally, I went and spoke with someone else and come to find out, my advisor just plain forgot about me and said he thought Id left. This was AFTER Id brought the car in the day before and sat for 2.5 hours only for them to tell me to bring it back the next day because they didnt have time to get to it. They then proceeded to keep the car for 2 more days after that and overcharged me. Actually, they were overcharging me multiple times because I kept getting refund checks from Chrysler Warranty. I was going there because its the most convenient being 7 minutes from my house. But no more. Ive been going to Ourusman in Alexandria now, what a WORLD of difference. Complete opposite of Darcars and the communication tool is miles better than Darcars drop it off and well call u in 3 days when its ready.

Their service center is terrible. I come to the dealership for my oil changes because I dont trust commercial chains but every single time I come here the wait time is abysmal. On this day I had an appointment because I was told there were no walk-ins. when I signed the sign in sheet there were a lot of nos where it asked if you have an appt. my wait time? THREE hours. Their reason? short staffed. If you have an alternative please go there unless you clear your schedule.

I give this company a 0 rating!VIN# 2G1145S3XG9149120, 2016 Chevy Impala.We purchased this vehicle through an auction and they absolutely refuse to give us the title.Well over 30 calls were made to this dealership and NO ONE will help us.The title clerk will not answer or return any calls and the only one who would speak to me is the GM Ali and he kept giving me the run around telling me to call the auction.Well….the auction has been trying to contact the dealer for the title also with no avail.This is a terrible company to do business with. They have NO customer service and apparently no one in the title dept knows what they’re doing!

Not even a customer.... I just called 5 mins ago price to replace Driver side head light assembly which cost online and auto stores 145.00 dollars .. I was left on hold for 5 mins and the was quoted 1372.00 think by Jerry Terry ... I just call Dodge in Alexandria... 380.00 Dollars.......What the hell is going here at Darcars here in Marlo Heights and reading these reviews about your service department... No wonder... Terrible service experience. Booked my appointment on a Monday, they sent me home because too busy. Came back Wednesday. After that, my car was there for 2.5 weeks for a headlight ballast replacement!? They dont answer the phone or call you back with status. At pick up time the car has still small parts (screws) on windshield to be put together and front bumper is loose. Immediately after I left, dashboard tells me that now the direction indicator bulb is out. Also theres a engine light on. Nobody mentioned any of this and, of course, they didnt check or care of. Customer Service guy did his best, but this is obviously a problem of overall organization and management.

Never Cease to fail every time same experience I watch as other car purchasing customers sit and wait to be acknowledged, greeted or to put it simple helped for the problem they woke up early for. This dealership is great at greeting you to buy a new vehicle however is non existent when you walk into the service department. For example you can have a 9am appointment, arrive at 830am and not be seen until 945am. Through the window you can see some mechanics working while others sit around (not on break). The management is beyond poor and is not competent enough to assist their mechanics with what vehicles need to be serviced. Based off of the amount of negative reviews posted whoever responds to the reviews takes no action to better this establishment.

My husband and I took our 2015 Dodge Journey to this Darcars Marlow Heights service center in December because the check engine light was on. We paid a total of $2489.35 on 12/29/2020 for the repairs. We took the truck home and the check engine light came on again the very next day. We took it back to Darcars. I called after a couple of days and left a message for the service technician to call me for an update on our vehicle. The truck had been there for a week when I sent my stepson to the service center to check on the status of the truck. At that time I spoke to someone who identified himself as Jerrel, the service Manager. He insisted that this was a completely new problem and that we would be charged to break the engine down AGAIN! To make this long story short, it would cost us several thousand dollars to get the new repairs done. We declined and will be seeking other remedies.

Where do I begin? I went in to purchase a suv as a birthday gift for my mother. Kevin P assisted me and was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was inquiring about and was very patient with me. He made me feel like family and not a number, and nor was he that pushy salesman that makes people dread coming to the dealership in the first place. Then I met the sales mgr Aaron Tucker he was also amazing and listened when I advised of the number I was trying to walk out the door with. He and Kevin P both were very attentive and I would definitely recommend to ask for them both if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Please read!!!! Beware!!!! Zero stars should be an option. I went to DARCARS of Marlow Heights for a routine diagnostic check up and also added a few things that I wanted them to look into. One of the things I specifically asked them to check was a routine computer update for the HVAC system. They said that they would check it out and never specified the price. When I got my paperwork back I noticed that they had charged me almost $200 just to inspect the HVAC system. And then on top of that was going to charge me $210 just to update the HVAC module. So that total would have been $400. Something didnt seem right so I called around to local Dodge dealerships to see how much they charge for the HVAC update to the computer system. All four dealers I called said that they wouldnt charge me for that because its no real time on the books as they described it and it was a service bulletin which means that they can charge but its something that needs to be done routinely such as a recall. Shocked and feeling like I had been taken advantage of I called Roy the director of service and he got really nasty with me. So I said I would be up there in person to discuss the matter. When I got there I talked to him calmly and with respect but he proceeded to get nasty with me to the point I had to tell him to calm down. I left with the promise that I would tell everyone that DARCARS of Marlow Heights is taking advantage of people without them knowing. Eventually I went to another dealership for the HVAC system update and they said that they had to charge me $30 just to put something on the books for the mechanics. So DARCARS of Marlow Heights attempted to charge me over 10 times what other dealerships are charging and they think that this practice is okay. if you have already been to this dealership please check and see how much they charged you your visit. And then check the region average. Im pretty sure you will be as surprised as I was. do your homework people these people out for blood.

Horrible service experience. Booked my appointment Monday for car repair, walked into the service office to be greeted by no one. No one acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help with anything. This was my first time at this location, first impressions is no one cares. I finally stopped someone that looked like they might work there after 30 mins, for them to point at a clipboard to sign. After an hour had gone by and still haven’t spoken to anyone I just left, these people could careless. I went to Waldorf Jeep dealership, definitely a positive experience, where people actually speak to you.

Their service department is terrible. I made an appointment to get my car serviced for a simple recall on my Airbags. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told that my car should be ready by that evening or tomorrow morning. Between Monday and Friday I called Darcars several times and they were unaware of what vehicle I was talking about by stating that my name or vehicle was not in the system. After giving step by step instructions to the service tech, he finallylocated my vehicle which was parked by the service door (where I was told to park). Btw this was on a Wednesday. He finally entered my name in the system and stated he will call me back with an update on my vehicle.... Days later Friday I called myself. Spoke with a service tech who said it only took a few hours to complete the recall on my car and my car has been ready for pickup. So I inquired why no one called me and his simple response was “I’m not sure.” Terrible, terrible service.

I arrived at 7:00am, when the service department opened. The first customers (I was number 3) were not processed until 7:25. My car did not begin service (oil change, tire rotation and tire inflation) until 8:15. I did not receive my car back until 9:17. From 9:00-9:17 I observed multiple service personnel resting on my car while they chatted.When I went to my car, the plastic wrap on the seats and floor board mat were still in the car. I walked past several service personnel with these items in my hand to throw away. The oil change indicator was not reset. There was no oil change sticker on the windshield. All tires were still under inflated even though the service receipt stated all tires properly inflated.I will not go back here.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I turned in a leased car in 2020 a month early and leased another one --- they promised me in writing that they would cover the amount left on the old lease. Its now over a year and Chrysler Capital wants the money --- Darcars Marlow Heights never paid it and they stopped replying to my calls and texts.

While my experience with sales was very nice over the phone and email since i was negotiating from out of state, the finance office experience and subsequent service has been terrible. After setting an appointment and driving 7 hours to do the deal, i arrived with preapproved financing lined up, and still sat for maybe 2-3 hours before i was finally called into the finance office. once there, i had to coach the finance officer on how to correctly apply trade value to reduce my taxes, then wait for him to verify with the salesperson the reduced price we had already agreed upon. I dismissed that all as just part of the process. Yet today, its been over 3 months and i still dont have my new registration or plates. My temporary registration and plate expired after 60 days. My renewed temp registration expired after 30 additional days. Currently, my phone / text tag with the finance guy is no longer being answered, and cant seem to get transferred to a finance manager when i call. I can understand a slight delay in state dmv return, due to closures and covid, but i have no idea when to expect them. my bank has sent me 2 letters trying to verify lienholder status on my registration, but again, no communication from dealership to update anyone. frustrated and still waiting...UPDATE! After only 4 months of waiting, I have my plates and registration! Never have i experienced a longer, more frustrating wait to complete a sale. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership, if only for the finance and title departments. Maybe they do better for local deals? One would hope.

I stopped by today to look at a 2019 Jeep SRT. I just started my SUV search so havent had a chance to really check one out yet. Kevin promptly brought the SUV around for me to look at so we could go for a test drive. He did a great job telling me the features as well as the other available options in a 1 year newer or 1 year older model depending on budget. Great overall experience compared to some other dealers in the area. Wasnt pushy and was understanding of my timeline.

Looking for great service, great people, wide selection of cars, and great prices? This is the place.Went there to help a friend negotiate on a car. Definitely low pressure sales. They had the car my friend wanted, and we negotiated over the course of a week. The people are friendly and reasonable. The car my friend wanted had a scratch on a corner. They fixed it prior to delivery. And yes, they drove the car to my friends house a few days later.Definitely recommend this place.

I wouldnt recommenn took my car to get an oil change and the mechanic didnt tighten up the pan that holds the oil ,my car over heated on the way home and started smoking I called to inform the dealership they asked me to bring my car back I didnt feel comfortable driving my car back so they had it towed back oil was allover the ground and on the flatbed of the tow truck all of my oil had leaked out. I think I could have went to just any old mechanic and would have gotten better service but I trusted that since this is a dealer ship they should have trained licensed  mechanics working for them that know how to do their job and what they are doing.My car had oil prints and oil wasted all under the hood and on top of my cars hood which messed up my wash and wax I paid for just before taking my car to them .They ended up keeping my car overnight ,I was offered a loaner that I had to put gas in etc this was a huge inconvience wasted my time money and more taking my car here .I was unable to finish the scheduled errands due to the fact I had to wait around basically allday because of their mistakes,my scheduled trip had to be cancelled because my car had to stay overnight and so much more.When I called the service manager,customer service relations for Darcars  and spoke with the service rep the only thing anyone could do is say Im sorry mistakes happen and I was offered the oil change for free but I still paid 125 for the engine and cabin filter and had previously purchased an oil package deal also I was told that they would wash my car when my car wouldnt have to be washed if they didnt waste oil all over it and have oil prints all over the  hood

This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. We knew what we wanted and our salesman, Kevin, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for! Kevin is not like other salesmen - he does not pressure you into a sale, and is very relaxed but knowledgeable. Terrible in the car service department. A service manager told me that he would be rite with me and he went to lunch. Seriously is thats the way got treat your paying customers. Now Ive been sitting here for over 30mins and no one has yet to come check the list that was signed and i went to the cashier to see if theres any service managers on duty and she stated that they were with customers and one service manager step from behind the desk and grabbed his food and walked over the the car sales building to eat his lunch. So a service manager finally came out after sitting here for 40mins mind you all the names on the list the people had already been seen and he told me to make an appointment for next week with the cashier. To be seen.. MY VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY WAS HAVING PROBLEMS CLOSING THE SUN ROOF AND HE COULD NOT GET A TECHNICIAN TO LOOK AND TRY TO CLOSE MY ROOF..

This dealership in my opinion is only out to scam money out of customers. When I first brought my car in. I requested to have my spark plugs and coils replaced on the right side because I was having a misfire and I already changed the left side and the parts were on my passenger seat. I also told them to do what’s necessary to ensure the misfire was gone. Before they started work they called to tell me they couldn’t use my parts because they didn’t buy them and couldn’t warranty them even though they were THE SAME EXACT PARTS ALREADY USED ON THE CAR. The coils were perfect and the spark plugs came the same brand and came pre gapped to the spec of my car. All they had to do is check to make sure. They changed the plugs and coils but did not run a OBD2 scan to see if there was something else causing the misfire. Because of that, as soon as I started driving it home, it started misfiring again after I spend $500. Also during that time, they said I needed new sway bar links and it would cost $600. I checked the sway bar links. They are in perfect condition. I’m glad to not have been scammed out of that money. After I told the dealership that I wasn’t satisfied with the work they told me to bring it back in. Prior to bringing it back in I ran a OBD2 scan on the car myself to see the problem. They told me it was my fuel injector, which was correct, but they said they didn’t know which one or if it was all of them and it would cost $1200. I told them I would go elsewhere then I let them know that I knew which fuel injector it was because I ran a OBD scan on the car. They immediately dropped the price to $875 with taxes included. Why try to price gouge me in the first place and lie? The OBD2 code tells you exactly what and where the problem is. When I asked why they didn’t mention the fuel injector the first time I brought the car in or test drive it to ensure that it wasn’t misfiring anymore. They said because just the spark plug and coil change could have resolved the problem and now it was time to escalate the situation. At this point I knew they were out to get money and that they didn’t run a scan the first time. A simple 1 minute scan and test drive and the car could’ve been fixed the first time. Why does it take me revealing that I know about cars and what things should cost in order for the correct work to be done and a somewhat reasonable price to be given. I just wish I would’ve ran a scan the first time so I didn’t have to deal with this and I could‘ve call them out then. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with this dealership from the car buying experience to the service. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here, get service from here, or recommend anyone to this dealership. The only positive thing was that nobody was rude this time like my other visits and customer service at least tried to appear concerned and wanting to “help”. The car is fixed now thankfully but this is the last time I deal with this dealership. If no other dealership could work on my car for things I can’t do or don’t have time to do myself I would rather sell my car for parts than to bring it back here.

If i could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced the lack of professionalism in a business with no regard. I came in inquiring about Jeep Compass. the sales consultant i spoke with was great help. The price given was a bit higher than i intended to pay so i was then directed to Mr. Fafa (?) to see if we could negotiate a lower price. He was so disrespectful, i literally could not believe it. Then to find out he was a manager at this business was even more mind boggling. I purchased a new vehicle on June 1 2020. 15 days later I inquire about my trade in payoff. I’m told I need to come in and contact my finance company. Why wasn’t this handled in my day of purchase? I go in make the call with salesman.To this day car has not been paid off, nor have I received anything from MVA. When I try to call they say I need to speak with the person who handled my finance, who is typically with a customer. Still find it odd no one else can assist. I’ve be there for oil change tire rotation 2x. Pleasant no issues. Last time 2montjs ago, not so good. Customer service good, but car service terrible. Waited 2 1/2 hrs , given no direction as to where car was located when done and given someone else’s paperwork, engine oil dipstick left on top of engine block and lug nuts over torqued and difficulty removing when I took to another dealer for next oil change. At dealer now and they may have to chisel off nuts. This is nuts!!!! Never coming back!!!

Tuh... If I could give 0 stars, I would.The service I received from Malcolm (Service Department manager) was outstanding however, the overall experience from the waiting room on forward was HORRIBLE. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, I came in and had to sign in on a sign in sheet and wait over 30 minutes to be called back by an adviser. The waiting room was already packed to capacity when I arrived at 9:30am. Im sitting there thinking to myself why should I have to wait to be written up if I have a scheduled appointment? Meanwhile the advisers are walking around, on their phones, or taking smoke breaks.Secondly, my vehicle (which I actually purchased from this location) is well within the limits of certain issues being covered under my basic manufacturer warranty (36,000 or 3 years). The 2018 Jeep Renegade that I own has 11,391 miles on it. Per my research, my issue with my instrument cluster falls under service covered. However, greedily I was quoted $185 for a diagnostic (which per Chrysler Customer Service) I should not have been. So right then and there I realized this location was not the one for me and that I should no longer do business here.I will no longer be visiting this location due to the microscopic amount of customer service and the fact that you charge your warranty customers a diagnostic fee.

I have been to service on at least 6 separate occasions and my car haven’t been fixed. When I first came to the shop I told the person who was working on my car that the car turns off and jumps forward. I was told they fixed issue on three separate occasion. I was told they fixed the check engine light issue but my car turns off daily. So I was told it was another issue and he can give me the price to fix it. I’m at lost for word how I’m been treated. I just want my car to run without turning off and jumping. I feel like the workers are trying to hustle me out more money when you told me it was one issue and now it’s another with more money.

I recently purchased a new Ram truck from the Darcars Chrysler of Marlow Heights. I specifically went in because they were running the deal for 0% apr for 72 months or 0.9% apr for 84 months. The sales associate I spoke with was great and helped me out. My issues started when I spoke with the finance manager, Joseph Howard. At first, he tried to finance me for $47,000 after my down payment and trade in that equaled to $10,000 (in other words he thought the car was priced at $57,000 when it was really being priced at $47,000). I corrected him and he clarified with someone so that wasn’t an issue but it plays in to what I say later. He went over the finance options with me and I elected for the 0.9% apr for 84 months. I sign everything and then walk out with my new truck. About a week later, he calls me back saying that he can get my APR lower than 6%. At this point I’m confused because my APR is supposed to be 0.9% which is the only reason I went in and purchased that truck. He tries to say that he told me that that deal comes from Chrysler and I didn’t get approved for that but at no time during me signing everything did he say that which is why I mentioned him trying to finance me for more in the beginning. He clearly wasn’t paying attention to the finer details (he also called me back several times saying I needed to sign something that he missed or resign paperwork for different financing after I had already purchased). I know this because my gf was there with me and I reconfirmed with her that he never said anything about that. On my paperwork it says 6% which I should have read closer but I was under the impression the whole time that I was getting 0.9% so I didn’t even think to read closer about the details. He at no point claimed that I got denied the 0.9% apr financing so it at no point crossed my mind to even look at that. Had I known that, I would not have purchased the truck. Immediately after I called and was referred to a sales manager named Aaron (I’m not sure his last name) who was extremely helpful as were all the receptionists (really the only reason that they even deserve any stars). He told me to call and speak with Harram Khalil, the head finance manager. I called multiple times and left multiple call back messages. He didn’t call me back one time, further adding to my frustration. Then I emailed the GM, Farzad Mostofi, twice. No response from him either and his email I got from a congratulations email after I bought the truck saying, “we strive to build positive long term customer relationships and want your ownership experience to be exceptional. Our team is here to provide you outstanding service, therefore do not hesitate to contact us, using the information below, any time we can be of assistance”. Clearly that is all BS. I sent all of this practically verbatim to the darcars customer service email that they use to respond to any negative reviews on here and their response was to just forward it on to the dealership. And that’s it. That’s their big response to any problem you might have. I am beyond unhappy at this point with this whole thing and honestly feel like I’ve been lied to. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience buying here. Cedrick the sales manager made it a really easy process, which is a nice change of pace from most dealerships. I was very specific about what I wanted, and he didnt waste any time trying to convince me to get whatever they had on their lot, he made sure they had what I wanted before I even showed up. I breezed through the financing side as well. When I was done with that, Terrell in sales showed me around the car with all the features and whatnot. I dont normally leave reviews, but I had such a good experience I felt like they deserved a good one.

I had a very good experience with my salesman Mike Lindsey. He never once pressured me to buy. He is very well mannered. When I explained that for personal reasons I wasn’t able to make the purchase, he understood. He also, checked on me periodically to see when I would be ready, but never any pressure. When I was ready and the sale didn’t happen, he didn’t just walk away, he tried to cheer me and let me know it would be ok; just like a family member would do! This dealership is all about money and little to no care for customer service and or the customers time. I had my vehicle towed to this location during the middle of the night for a shifting cable issue. I then went back the next morning to the dealership to advise them of the issue I had experienced with my vehicle. When I brought my car there, there was nothing wrong with my battery. However, after my vehicle sat at the location for days, it took till the following week for someone to service my vehicle I was charged with a outrageous bill. Just about $600 for the replacement of the shifting cable and just about $600 for the battery. When I asked them how much they charged per hour for service fees the pricing was about $40- $50 more than the dodge dealership in Waldorf, MD. Plus I felt that the pricing for the shifting cable was extremely costly when that item is found in any retail auto store for much cheaper. I had to wait a couple of days for them to order the part, and when I offered to purchase the part on my own and bring it to them I was told that they do not install outside parts. Overall, I wish I had never went there in the first place. Approximately 6-8 days of no vehicle and almost $1200 for clearly poor service.

Every person that came in had the exact complaint: they lied and added more money without the buyers consent. I am absolutely furious with the service I received today. I made an appointment for a routine service this morning. My appointment was for 7 am. At 8:50, the man that signed me in told me that no work had been done to my vehicle because they needed to order the part. First of all, the part shouldve been ordered when I booked the appointment. Secondly, I told the person I scheduled the appointment with, the same man that signed me in, that I had to work at 9 am, but could be a little late if need be. I can not believe i was there for 2 hours and absolutely nothing got done. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was pretty much told that the guy messed up and shouldve communicated better. Well, duh. But I wasnt offered anything for my wasted time, and to top it off I was told that I needed to come back another day to have additional services done. As if I would return to such a poorly managed service provider. If there sales personnel are as incompetent as the service division, avoid the headache and shop elsewhere. There are too many reputable dealers in this area to deal with such BS.

5 star experience. The entire staff was polite, courteous, and professional. They got me a great deal on new Jeep and I couldnt be happier. From what I understand they are currently under new management, so if you havent been there recently its time to check it out! Our sales guy was the absolute best. I recommend asking for Sergy, he was knowledgeable, very willing to assist us w/ any concerns or questions, and made us feel very at home. The finance guy was also extremely helpful. Took car in to have trunk fixed. Told that we need part and we need to pay and wait for the part to arrive. Went to pick up car and service department was closed, so unable to pay for part. Called them to pay for the part. We were informed we could not pay over the phone, and would need to drive back to pay for the piece to be ordered. Piece arrived and we were informed to drop the car off and it will be ready in a day. One week later a new piece is in and the trunk is not fixed. We were informed that they just realized this is a body issue and that we can pick the car up and bring it back for the body shop, or they can transfer it to the body shop. Very frustrating. Bad customer service. Still dealing with an ongoing issue where Im exempt from tag transfer fees. At first they were saying I wasnt eligible but I am being a U.S. service member stationed away from home. Provided them with the orders, LES, Florida exemption, and affidavit. They said they would handle it. Still not handled. The finance manager keeps dodging me and the head managers seem like they dont know whats going on. I been told to call back about 8 times about the same issue and still never get an answer on the status. Most recently last week I called cause the title people they work with stated they hadnt received the information for the Florida exemption. Mind you its been a month at this point. I call the dealership they said they would call me right back. It was just to get me off the phone. No phone call call the next day about a response. The person who was working on it is off and I was told to call back Monday. Here it is Tuesday and Im still in the same spot. All they want is you to sign a bad deal to make money. Dont go to them

Okay where shall I start. My very first time getting my dodge charger serviced and I am completely not happy. I took my car there last Wednesday, which was December 9, 2015 due to a check engine light coming on. I was told the advisor assigned to me would be in contact with me to inform me of what was going on. Never heard from him. I called repeatedly and was either no answer, or put on hold to find advisor, which never came to the phone. I finally, got through @ 5:30 pm and spoke with someone else concerning my vehicle, which had been there since 9:30 am. My car had to remain there the next day for further testing, I understood. Now this is my only mode of transportation, by the way. So I again call repeatedly to find out about my vehicle and same thing. No advisor or put on hold. Finally I get a call from my advisor @3:30 informing me of the work to be done. He told me the parts had to be ordered tomorrow which was Friday, because it was after 2:30. So I understood. and had to make arrangements to go to and fro while vehicle is being repaired. I still expected to hear from my advisor of the progress of my vehicle and never received one call. I called repeatedly and nothing. Every time I called they kept asking was my car being serviced. So now Im confused. Finally after 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 15, my advisor calls an tells me my car would be ready Wednesday, December 16 and he would call me when its ready. So I wait and not one call comes on Wednesday. So now I am highly irritated and frustrated at this point. I have been greatly inconvenienced and left without transportation. So I call repeatedly on Thursday, December 17, 2015 and again the same thing. Kept being put on hold, no answer in service department , and no advisor. After 7:00pm I receiver a call from my advisor telling me that there is an issue the engineering team is looking into and he will give me a call on Friday, December 18, 2015. Need I say I have heard nothing. So now it has been a week and 3 days without transportation, no further information from my advisor, and I am highly upset . Today is Saturday, December 19, 2015 and I am going up there. Someone is going to explain to me what is the problem and give me some form of transportation for this great convenience. I have never in my life been treated this way from any place my car has been serviced. All I remember hearing as I sat on hold is hearing about customer satisfaction. While I am not satisfied and someone better do something about this situation. You will be hearing from me further.

If you dont know what good customer service is, you would rate the Service dept high. This is absolutely one of the worst service departments in the area. Sean is an inept, verb splitting ignorant asst manager. His appearance speaks for him. My friend took his truck to this location for service on 1/23/19 with the expectation of getting the vehicle back on or about 1/28/19. He could never get a straight answer from Tiffany, Tarsha nor Sean after they charged his credit card for $2,500, for work that was under warranty. He requested his vehicle back today, two weeks later and they refused to give it to him. However after a heated argument they reluctantly removed the vehicle blocking his truck & gave him his key. This was a horrible ordeal. We will never ever use nor recommend them to anyone.

I have never written a review before but I had such horrible customer service I felt the need to write one. I felt like I was bothering them by being there and wanting to purchase a car. My test drive was cut short because the salesman had to get back and clock out. The big issue was that I was deciding between two cars. When they could not find the keys to the second car they suggested I come back the following day. When I voiced my concern about the cars not being there the next day and if they would hold the cars for me the response I received from the salesman was Well do you plan on buying two cars? Fast forward to when I did decide on a car and was told to return at a certain time to finish the paperwork and that the car would be there for me to drive off with. A couple of hours before my scheduled arrival time I got a phone call that the car was sold to someone else. The best option they had for me was a car that was $4,000 over my budget. This was a ridiculous waste of my time. At least I did not spend my money here, but now I have to start the car search all over again.
