Horrible customer service!! Lady is RUDE AF! Appreciate your customers, learn how to treat people or watch them go to your competitors!

20 years of good service and competitive prices. No delivery charge, very few companies do that. Buy your tank and save lots of money.

Absolutely awful service and experience. Where to start, first of all, the service guy who delivers the propane will complain about any mud on your property and try to refuse delivering propane because his hoses will get dirty. Thats to say the service guy actually shows up to deliver the propane in the first place, because I’ve had them no show for service, so I’d call them unreliable at best. The lady at the office, Wendy, will offer zero customer service. I’m a firefighter and gone for 48 hours so when I need to unlock my gate but literally cannot get home to do so Wendy tells me, “Sorry we can’t plan a specific day to be at your house, if your not home we’ll just wait till next week.” When I ask her what will happen when we run into this issue next week she just says, “There’s nothing we can do.” The entire time I have the unfortunate task of being on the phone with her I can here the service guy heckling in the background. Very unprofessional business. I will do anything I can to steer people away from this company because of it’s extremely poor business practices.

Very rude service!Called to get customer owned tank price per gallon on propane and she did nothing but cut me off when I was asking the question.Then when I asked if they offer senior discounts her tone and disgust were so loud when she said not with the first delivery like a high school teenage girl; never in my life have I gotten so much sass for asking a question.Told my grandparent Im never letting them get or sign up for service with these people.Golden State Propane should look into hiring someone who can answer the phones with a professional demeanor; your staff who greet the customer whether in person or on the phone are the face of your company.If I could give a ZERO star rating I would.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I own my tank and had called last week as we had been recommended to them from our land lord and they had serviced the tank in the past. I called back today to get details and to setup service and not only was the woman EXTREMELY rude, she stated they are not accepting new customers that own their tanks.....um but 4 days ago you did?!?! When questioned, she was extremely rude. It’s apparent these folks don’t need business nor are they excelling in customer service. Save yourselves and go to FerrelGas!!! Best price and EXCELLENT customer service!

Worst customer experience we have ever had. Negative 10 stars. They came on our property when we weren’t home without our permission and removed the tank. It was 40% full. My husband came home and noticed we had no tank. There was no warning and no calls. My husband called them and said they no longer service the area and we should have called. We just moved into the home 3 months ago. My husband said when he called, the lady was extremely rude and she didn’t care that the tank was 40% full and this leaves us with no hot water for bathing, dishwasher, heat and we can’t use our gas stove. This was by far the worst experience as a consumer that we have ever had.

We have been customers for 15 years and never experienced any problems. If I need propane on short notice they are always there to help me. People are friendly, nice and dependable. I would recommend.

We are VERY happy with the service and product. We would recommend Golden State Propane (and we do) to any and all whom we meet.
