Cameron Park Auto Zone has consistently had the part I needed in stock...My niece needed clear paint for her car, she also needs air pump for tire. They are very helpful and will also help her installing something else tomorrow. parts technicians are also extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ive gone here atleast 5 times in the past year and each time they have helped me with all my car problems. The women are very knowledgeable and all of the staff I have dealt with are so nice. Today the manager changed my battery and he was quick and efficient. They are seriously the best around.

Check engine light was on. They came out and did a quick diagnostic on the vehicle. Said it could be a faulty thermostat. Nice to get an opinion before I take it to the repair shop.

They were rude, unfriendly, and only one of the 3 was wearing the mask properly everyone else was wearing it on their neck. I was able to get the part for $40 cheaper online. I will not be back. I visited on Friday April 2nd 2021.

I went to autozone with a plethora or questions and the gentleman Everett took the time to answer all my questions and even took a look at a few thing on my car which all together took about 45 minutes. Everett is getting all 5 of these stars!

I came here to get chains. I knew absolutely nothing about chains walking in but Joules helped me understand if needed chains and where I could find out if i needed chains. Patrick matched the price of the chains near by and made my first experience in a AutoZone a memorable one. Joules and Patrick are amazing people and Ill definitely be coming here again.

Knowledgeable staff. Location has a decent inventory for such a small store. No problem with returns, used oil recycling and $10 each for used automotive battery cores. Ive been shopping at this store since 2010

Inventory weak but friendly and clean.

Some of staff were not wearing masks and two of the three customers that came into the store were not wearing masks. I was told that you could not enforce compliance, this puts your customers at risk.

Good for oil changes but as for anything hydraulic shocks floor Jacks and clutch master cylinder well basically anything hydraulic wont last you after a couple of months the most 1 year trust me everything I mentioned didnt last very long and dont care about the refund its about taking your time to remove the part you just replace in hopes that this time will work fine

You can generally find everything you need to fix up your car in here. Most of the time you can get good answers for automobile problems unless its truly a mystery. They always have pretty good recommendations.

Great that they were able to get a part overnight. 2 stars shy of 5 because lack of verbal professionalism behind the counter which sounded more like guys hanging out in a bar instead of a professional auto parts counter person.

This is THE BEST Auto Parts store in existence. I went there to get a headlight and the employees clearly saw that I was inexperienced with auto parts and helped me figure out which part I needed and even changed the headlight for me. This is unheard of, but in a good way. The don’t age discriminate unlike O’reilly auto parts and provide great customer service. O REILLY IS TERRIBLE NEVER GO THERE EVER! Autozone>O’reilly 🤮🤮🤮

Fair prices on most items. Free tools loaning is slightly misleading, it should say If we happen to have that particular tool at our store, You can pay full retail price for the used tool, and if you bring it back in resaleable condition, we usually will issue you a refund.The crummy part was: I had to come up with an additional $375.00 to borrow the specialty tools needed to perform the repair for the part I spent all the money on in the first place!The awesome part: I didnt get stuck owning a series of oversized impact sockets that only fit Toyota axles and a ball joint separator and other expensive tools I literally would never have any other use for unless I was a mechanic by trade! So, no complaint here on that. It helped me a lot!
