I believe they hustled me. Got work done by them before. It was good, quick, and not too expensive. How ever my quote this time was outrageous. Eric and Christian were great they were fast my windshield is clean and looks so good it was shattered all over they got it off without a inch of glass all over due to my windshield being shattered all over. Other places were giving me a hard time saying they couldn’t work with my windshield. These guys do really great work. When my car was broken into and needed a new rear windshield they were at my place replacing it the very same day. Even though there was an initial misunderstanding where they brought me a front windshield first they resolved it unbelievably fast were STILL able to get me my back window in the same day. They fixed it quickly and were very friendly and extremely helpful. Looks good as new. Definitely recommend!

I called on Monday - I was scheduled on Tuesday. Eric W. & Tom came out, arrived earlier than anticipated and had my car windshield replaced in less than 30 minutes. I called late on Monday and got a quote and they said I would be called in the morning for confirmation. The call was a received and window time between 10-12 was given, as well as letting me know I would receive a phone call when they were on their way. They arrived about a half hour after the window time given, but they moved quickly and had everything done in about a half hour. Very courteous and if I have any glass needs in the future I will use them again.

They are simply the best at what they do. I had to get my windshield replaced for my BMW and everywhere else quoted me for $500+ which I thought was ridiculous. Sherry at AA got the windshield ordered and ready to go next day. It was also significantly cheaper and the guys even came out to my house to replace it! If I could give less then 1 star I would, they are horrible very unprofessional and a complete rip off to say the least. We dropped off our screen door for a glass replacement, not only did they charge us for glass and give us plastic, but also we called in to see if it was ready the lady on the phone says no we call when it’s done and refused to check, not knowing we where right out side there looking at the door in the back. To top it off she didn’t even have our phone number to call. When we complained about not only the service but the fact that they put plastic in our door at the price of glass $129.00 to be exact they where beyond rude and unhelpful. If your asking where else do you go I would answer definitely not here.

Joe came out to replace a broken side window on my house. He arrived earlier than I had expected, was respectful and friendly and completed the job in under an hour with the cost reflecting what had been quoted over the phone.
