Its a great mall with all the good shops and a really good food court!! Parking is a little small but you should be able to find a spot. Worth the visit while in Cambridge!!
Iβve shopped this mall since 2013 and I love it to this day. The stores have great clothes, high quality, fair prices, friendly staff and service. I come to this store definitely 4 times a week. The food is okay, but some of my favorite stores get shut down which is disappointing. The design of the mall is also gorgeous. If you wanna have a good time with friends or give yourself a present, this is the perfect mall to go on a shopping spree.
Shopping mall. Could have more shops. Food court has good selection. Verified area outside
This mall seems to be in decline without Macys and Sears to anchor it. Some empty shops starting to creep in. I remember this mall being swanky and impressive but it kind of seems sad now. I would t avoid it, it still has its stores and its charm. The pretzel place on the second floor is great. But not sure how much longer it will be around at this rate.
Dated inner-suburban mall still going strong over 25 years later despite the ebb and flow of the anchor stores, most recently the loss of Macys, as well as the ebb and flow of restaurants in the food court. Situated roughly 2/5 away from the Green Line (currently under construction for the Extension) to 3/5 away from the Red Line has consistently meant a substantial amount of patrons arrive/depart via public transit. An infrequent free shuttle from/to Kendall Square Station is still provided after all these years.
A little empty but still a upscale ish place to shop
Escalators were not working, and the mall was clean and pretty empty. Easy attached parking was available.
Nice mall in a great location. Unfortunately, if you want to stop by the food court after shopping, you may be in for a naty surprise. Instead of enjoying your dinner, the cleaning crew start pushing chairs and tables around with a screetching noise, then a noisy floor cleaning machine starts driving around you, and all that is toppled by a vendor booth alarm going off and on! Plus you end up sitting in the empty space with all tables around gone. This is simply rude, no way to treat a customer. It ruins not only your dinner, but possibly the whole shopping experience. And all it would take is to wait with cleaning for few minutes until most people are done eating. Is that too much to ask?
Its okay, kind of small, which is good, food court is OK,, construction at the old sears is dusty. Hopefully something better ends up in that spot..ππ»
Cute mall. Has 3 levels food court, clothing stores like old Navy and forever 21. I believe I saw Kays Jeweler, Pandora and Banters. Parking is reasonable I believe 1-2 hrs is $5.
We are from put of town, but it seemed to be ok. The parking garage was very helpful. No stress parking. Didnt shop. Had dinner in the area.
Meh. Just ok. They have an apple store, h&m (no kids section at this one), Victoriaβs Secret and an Old Navy. and a limited food court. There is a Cheesecake Factory and WoB inside that makes it a little better, but as far as shopping is concerned, it leaves much to be desired. Theyβre also doing construction on the side of the mall and on the third floor so maybe theyβre expanding for a better experience and more shopping places.
Great mall. Lots of options.
I still go to this shopping center because they have all of the brands Im looking for. Since the attendants who entertained me were pleased with me, I spent a lot of time shopping. They are both accommodating and welcoming!
Very nice shopping mall! Did the boat cruise located on the back river and loved it! Also has a full sized souvenir store!
Great mall, I love all the stores collections and great boating in the rear. Love it.
Loved the variety of stores and eateries. Nice staff and very clean. Wasnt crowded.
It is good vibe and atmosphere was amazing but i know they still doing renovation on the galleria mall at the moments and by far the mall hold its great future to come.
This place is a skeleton of what it use to be... Not worth visiting anymore, unless just looking for a place to hang out... If you are looking to shop, dont waste your time...
Good mall with a lot of good shops. Just wish they had a Spencers.
The Cambridge side Best buy is very convenient if you are in the city of Cambridge and going to boston. Theres a big parking garage if you are driving. Overall the location is in a very good location off traffic. The service from the customer care is phenomenal.
Cute little shopping mall close to Boston. Has great food option such as the World of Beer or Cheesecake Factory and a decent food court.Deducting a star for overall size of the mall, lack of shopping variety (no real high-end stores) and wasting a large part of this small mall for a Selfie Museum. The location close to the water however is amazing. Worth it to check out.
This is a nice, clean, basic mall. They need to fill the sanitizer dispensers. People at the Bubble Tea place were rude AF. They seemed miserable. Aeropostale had a great young lady assisting us.
The food court is good..went for sneakers....took 4 stores before finding them..the store on the food court level..wish I could remember the name..on the left..the sales girl only perked up if black guys came in..when my daughter and I asked about certain sneakets, she was quick to say we dont have them in your size, without checking or suggesting anything..she was not interested in OUR sale..my kid spent mad money in Foot Locker and was happy with the service..
Nice place, reasonable prices. Not cheap and not expensive. We ate at the restaurant. It was of the highest quality
Great experience everyone is so friendly fast service
The mall is damn near empty! The entire 3rd floor had so many stores, and now theres absolutely nothing but white walls!
Well decorated for Christmas. It has modernized a fair bit, and has a good variety of restaurants and stores from electronics to makeup, apparel, pharmacy, jewelry and gourmet food. Has a food court, bubble tea, beer place, and Cheesecake factory. The Macys needs improvement, compared to the Downtown Crossing location. Good parking rates. Feels like it is missing differentiation. Maybe it needs more new fashion or beauty brands, edtech, coffee, cookery or hipster furniture labels.
Huge mall with beautiful park outside.
Many shops. Easy to maneuver. Good food court. View of canal from Charles River.
Miss all the stores down sized to two levels alot of empty spaces its sad
This place is fun for the whole family really. We can easily spend 6+ hours here
Great place to get away. Terrific shopping, excellent food court, and reasonably priced parking. Unfortunately, no indoor dining in the food court, but plenty of park benches and tables pond-side.
Its a pretty typical mall. Conveniently located near Kendall!
Great place to hangaround with friends and also to shop if you find some sales going around.Generally its an expensive place with big brand names doing business here. But some sales are awsome and they really add alot of savings for you. Just visit and see around if you find some good sales.Food court is awsome place to be in before leaving. they stay open a little while more than the rest of the shops, so you can get a quick food even after they have closed it.Look for Thai-Food stall, they sell things really cheap at the end of the day.
I didnt even know this place existed until Saturday. Parking was a mess cause I didnt know where this place was. No signs anywhere. The wife and I walk right buy it and turned around as I finally figured out we had to walk along the river and not over it. But, nice and clean. The clerk at Game Stop could use an attitude adjustment. Other than that, we had a nice walk around the place.
Great store great customer service π
Ill admit it. I have multiple personalities. I think we all do to some extent. This afternoon, I was hoping the new mall would feed my Im a crazy over-consuming shopaholic personality. Well, let me tell you, that personality is still starving.
Right in my neighborhood where I grew up. So its always a easy place to go shopping.
I like CambridgeSide my favorite stores here are Bath & Body Works, TJ Maxx, The Cheesecake Factory, & Banana Republic. Banana Republic is on level 3 and I hope they donβt close because of the renovation. The mall is very nice since the renovation. One of favorites was J. Crew and I am sad they left.
Great place with good shopping choices
I wish I had photos to share of the food I purchased while at panda express πΌ but it was delicious and fresh and the people who serviced me and my friend was so friendly.
Best place ever in New England for live and work
Small Mall with a great blend of stores, beautiful lake and water fall.
Great mall. Has almost all sorts of stores from clothing to electronics to food and games. I spend a lot here everytime I go. Highly recommend this place if you looking to shop more than few things and dont have a brand preference
Itβs a reasonable mall. Could do with more things to do other than shopping.
Whatever youre looking for youll find it here!!! Love the food court!!! Japanese Chicken Teriyaki with Vegetablesπ―
Great Mall isnβt as fun since COVID but I know things will return back to normal so many food choices including 2 restaurants and I bunch of fast food this mall has almost everything clothes, shoes, furniture, food, makeup, medicine, etc. Love coming here and will return shortly!
Finding the most important items to buy personal care and beauty supplies everyday πΉ! Also a excellent π selection of fast quick meals to choose from with friendly service everyday with good restaurant vendors ready to provide what you need!
How does this store stay in business? Its always empty. They must do tons of internet sales.
I watched a half marathon that started and ended at the Cambridge Side Mall.
Awesome Designer Store, Great Staff - Very welcoming, we love that, thanks
It feels safe to be here. Everyone read wearing masks and surfaces appear clean. For a quick stop I think its ok.
Always a good time. Great service too
A horribly depressing mall with the absolute worst hours.
Very busy mall where young kids love to hang out and shop. The mall has a unique character and beauty with the tiers setting of stores from floor to floor using an escalator to climb up the core of the building.
Been going here for some time! Nice place to get what you need.
Before the pandemic this was my favorite mall in the whole state. Ive been to a few but they dont compare to this one in terms of size and store selection. Best food court of any mall I been to also. Things have definitely changed since covid, but this mall will always be dear to me its where I used to come as a kid with my friends.
This mall is large- about 4 floors and appeals to young urban crowd, college students and visitors to Boston and Cambridge. I visited Best Buy and TJ Maxx
Very nice mall to find everything you want. Apple, Hollister and Macys among others. Usually busy on weekends and rainy days.
Went to the pixel yourself experience. It was a lot of fun
Nice Mall in Cambridge, Massachusetts to visit... There are three levels of shops for all of you shopaholics...., And they are currently constructing a fourth level as I type!
I go to this mall almost every week. Amazing food, cozy, great stores, and literally everything is AMAZING!! Sorry that my English is not the best, I am not originally from here. But I 100% recommend coming here.
Easy fast covid-19 testing. Drive through only. No appointment required.
This mall is very beautiful and so much space to walk.
See the pictures will talk How amazing this mall ππΌ
Nice mall I like shopping there, but itβs quite small and doesnβt have a lot of veracity
Lots of stores to shop at and lots of food places. Chipotles, Panda Express, Charlies Steak Cheese etc.
Beautiful mall. The best around. I visit this place almost every week with my family . Everything its great here .
The top floor of the mall was closed
Mall has changed due to the COVID restrictions. Thereβs no more eating areas. I would recommend eating your food in the car if you want to eat at the mall.
While I love the stores, parking is still miserable at Cambridge side, unless you drive a compact. They try to cram as many cars into the garage as possible without taking into account that you have to be able to open your door to get out. Especially in Boston, where most folks dont know how to park between lines.
This place is very beautiful not going to lie.
I visit that mall and it was so beautiful and huge. I was so tired after going all the way to thirds floors, after all that the best part is the cheesecake factory was right next door.
Convenient to have a Best Buy, Macys and TJ Maxx in Cambridge. A short walk from Lechmere Station. A longer walk from Community College Station. There is a food court and a large Gap store with a womens mostly cotton pajama section. Nice outside area to eat and walk.
Mall contains a lot of closures but that is understood due to the Virus running a muck but they should open up more places to eat and find a cleaner method to maintain people to dine in I might be a little late on this review lol!
Disappointing shopping mall with no decent stores. There is a fountain and a food court at the back which is a pleasant place for a walk and a catch up.
The mall is very nice, quiet when I went. Stopped by Lenscrafters to by glasses. Plenty of indoor parking.
Love my Pandora ring Great Sales
Pretty good.
