Lexus Cambridge has a smart showroom and a good variety of new and used cars to view.Staff were very helpful, especially Alex who guided me through the viewing and sales with ease.Since purchasing the vehicle he has continued to offer support and I would highly recommend both him and the staff at the showroom.

So I bought a car from Lexus alex was a great salesman lovely guy great service I bought the car with no negotiation just trusted the dealer that everything straight forward they assured me there were no scratches or dents I trusted them and believed them, only a couple weeks later I see there’s a big scratch on the windscreen and I call them up the manager has the audacity to say to me that they sell cars with scratches and there’s nothing they can do about it absolute worst manager I’ve seen ever I was there easiest customer bought a car in minutes and they treat me like absolute rubbish. Do not buy from Lexus Cambridge until this manager gets fired!!!

I rarely give anything 5 out of 5 there is always something that you can do better or improve upon, however, the team at Lexus in Cambridge and Alex in particular deserve 5 out of 5, their customer service is exemplary. I called up last Saturday morning asking for a test drive of a hybrid Lexus. I turned up an hour later. Greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked if I wanted tea/coffee. Then Ibi, the salesperson (who I called up earlier), was very professional, patient and answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). Even though I purchased a secondhand used car on the lower price point of the cars at Cambridge Lexus I was still treated very well as a customer. I wasnt pressured at all into making a purchase, which is a great feeling (I cant say this about other car dealers that I have encountered in the past). I dont often give 5 star reviews, but Ibi and the Lexus Cambridge team were very friendly, professional, stress-free to work with and well-deserving of my 5 star review. Keep up the good work!

09.04.2021 - My experience with Lexus Cambridge was fantastic start to finish. I purchased a Lexus UX250h from them, and the whole process was made very straight forward.Typically I dont like dealing with typical salesmen as I am sure many people dont, but my experience with Lexus Cambridge (or Charlie rather) was far from that.My main point of contact was Charlie Nice, who I must say was very patient with me, very friendly and very proactive in getting back to me and getting on top of my requests. Personally I dont often find those traits combined in many people. He often called me and always responded to my emails to keep me up to date and kindly answer any queries I had.Charlie kindly organised picking up my part exchange, and getting the Lexus delivered to me from Cambridge to Manchester, which saved the risk of travelling outside my local area during lockdown.Overall I am very happy.

Bought a pre owned car three years ago and had its servicing and MOTs completed there ever since. As someone of whom has experienced dire customer experiences with some German car main dealers, Id become very cynical and mistrusting of main dealerships.Well, after three years with Lexus, I can honestly say my faith has been restored. I cannot think of anything adverse to say in the three years Ive had the car.The salesman Charlie Nice was genuinely friendly and not in the slightest pushy, knowledgeable and practical.The service staff, Richard and Shaz are equally excellent and totally professional and always willing to answer any questions and queries I have honestly (Having maintained numerous vehicles and in a previous life being an electro-mechanical engineer) can see when the Bull... is given. In short, Im confident the servicing is done to the letter and to a high standard which is a sentiment to the technicians who actually do the work.The servicing costs are fair when compared with other premium makes. I would have no hesitation in buying another car from there and shall continue to use them.Definitely are the John Lewis of the car world!!!

Ok. Unfortunately their ac had packed up so was rather hot in the show room but the staff did their best under the circumstances. Social distancing was well organized so people should not be worried about visiting.

Great cars and great service. However the ease with which the catalytic converter can be stolen and the ineffectual catlok means the car is unusable. Mine was removed in 5 minutes in a supermarket car park. Online you can see them removed at side of the road. lexus have done nothing to warn owners or resolve the situation.

We visited this site on 12th October to look at a car we had previously reserved for viewing. It was a wet day, but the moment we arrived in the showroom a colleague of Tom Jaekins offered us friendly hospitality which included coffee and biscuits. Tom joined us shortly after and patiently spent time with us as we talked about our aspirations and why we had reserved a particular vehicle. We were then given the opportunity to view the ct200h premier edition and take it for a test drive. Tom answered every question we raised during the drive and also back at the dealers where we were again offered hospitality. We found him to be open and direct throughout the conversation and very helpful when we went ahead and purchased the vehicle. Tom is a credit to Lexus. We pick up the vehicle next week and look forward to a similar positive experience.

I bought a 3 year old CT200H from here about a year ago and the experience has been excellent. Ive taken the car in a few times for its service and MOT and the experience has always been very positive. All of the staff have been fantastic but Id like to give a special mention to the service manager Shaz, who really has gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is positive. Hes a big part of why Id almost certainly buy another Lexus. I should also mention the car, which has been a fantastic little workhorse. Thats not to say there havent been issues but they really do go above and beyond to make sure theyre resolved. I really cant recommend this place enough.

Life would be wonderful if all customer service was as we experienced from Sales Specialist, Ibi Chudasama and his Sales Manager, Nas Faruquee yesterday.I had accompanied my father to Lexus Cambridge and after a couple of informative and pleasant hours which included a test drive, he contracted to purchase a new Lexus but sadly, that night, circumstances changed and we had to cancel. Both Ibi and Nas were so understanding and reassured us it was no problem to cancel and we would always be welcome to drop in if only for one of their excellent coffees or hot chocolates.If all Lexus staff are like Ibi and Nas then it is no wonder Lexus rate so highly on customer service.

I visited Cambridge lexus with my friend looking for a second hand ct200h, we rang ahead and the car was ready for us straight away, Paul was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable, my friend bought the car immediately, the whole team at Cambridge are friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend both cars and dealership.

I went here having gone on line and purchased a used Lexus . Paid a deposit and travelled by train for two hours to collect. I had asked if the car had been a hirecar and was assured by email it wasent. I asked the question before signing paperwork at the dealership and again was told no. When i got sight of the log book it had entrprise car hire on it. So declined the deal . I was offered several different options to proceed with the deal but how can you trust them. They paid for my rail journey but i waisted a full day. I have now moved away from the Lexus brand

Recently purchased a used Lexus NX300h from Lexus Cambridge. They had a number of used NXs. Really excellent service from Charles. My wife and I were able to take car for a long test drive on variety of different roads and speeds to give the car a good test. Charles was really knowledgable on the car details. Had the car for two weeks and very happy with the NX300h. Highly recommend this dealer.

Before I purchased the car I asked them if the car had body work or any accidents they said not at allWhen they delivered it to me I have checked all around the car and sadly it’s been painted on the front and rear bumpers and also the mileage was 7000 miles and it should be 5000 as it says on the invoice and the contract .I phoned them and ask for returning the car and canceling my contact but they said It’s not possible then I call the Lexus finance they said I have to deal with the Lexus Cambridge.They are all lier and even deceive you to sell a car
