If I could give zero stars to this pandora location I would . I went to exchange a bracelet that I got as a gift and they refused to exchange it and told me to “call the person that gifted it to me to and ask them if they have the receipt “ in what world is that appropriate ? I’m I suppose to call the person and say “ sorry I didn’t like your gift , can you send me the receipt for the bracelet that you got me so I can exchange it “? This manger has a horrible attitude and zero empathy for customers , she doesn’t try to understand you and just repeats herself like a parrot about the policy . She also didn’t even try to show me the bracelet I wanted to exchange it for and straight out told me we can’t exchange it and walked away . She also accused me that it has been used when it’s clearly still super small as it is a snake chain bracelet and as we know that Pandora snake chain bracelets stretch and get bigger once they have been worn . I ended up exchanging the bracelet at the Pandora in the Burlington mall and they were so friendly and gave me no problem at all. Stay away from this location because they have horrible customer service and will ruin your day .

Love the store and the stuff are very nice

I love Pandora but will probably never go to this location again. Customer service agent had a terrible attitude. I went in looking for a gift for someone, and the lady assisting me acted like I was a waste of her time. Ended up buying something random bc it was so uncomfortable/awkward. She did not hide how badly she didnt care. Oh well

I will never go here again I was told I could not go into the store with my mother because I was told they were at capacity my mom and little sister were the only ones in the store. Not 5 minutes before that 3 Asian women were allowed in the store together as another completely separate person was allowed to shop at the same time.

Amazing place!!Clean place, very knowledgeable associates and good service, I will make this my new pandora store. They helped me with everything I needed. If i could give them more stars I will!!

Very nice experience when you walk in, you are well greeted and talked through what exists in the store and you get a one on one conversation with a Pandora associate about your liked and dislikes! You are educated about the current promotions they may be having and you walk out feeling beautiful and well treated.

Terrible service. It’s always this mean blonde manger who has no empathy. Extremely disrespectful and has no empathy to any of her costumers. She should get fired. Always does her work with ni energy and is always mad. Don’t give her any business. It was the sales mane get btw.

Upsetting overall. The bracelets arent that cheap and they basically told me I was s.o.l. because I was like 2 months past my warranty. They did though recommend I spend another $150 on charms so I could get a free bracelet.... 😂 no thanks pandora Ill take my business elsewhere but thanks for the clever solution ✌🏽️
