Another optometrist just told me the frame I got here is too narrow, and the bad angle is causing my headache. I didn’t replace it before because I already replaced the first pair that has obstructions. They should have measured the proper frame length.If they’re willing to give partial refund, I can take the review down.

While Dr. Cope and the folks who work at this SEE Eyewear are always very friendly, I had a fairly poor experience ordering contacts. The first order I received was the wrong prescription and was not the same type I tried on during my appointment. They then provided me with a trial pair, which was the correct type - but this prescription was different than the first, and again, was not correct. When I called and said my vision didnt feel quite right, Dr. Cope insinuated I was putting the wrong contact in each eye (I wasnt). Finally, I said Id like to just go back to the contact lenses I was originally using. They ordered them, and they finally sent the correct type and prescription! Im happy it was eventually settled, but it took far too long for them to figure it out (this process was around 2 months from start to finish). It was also difficult to continue advocating for myself when I was getting pushback on what was clearly a problem on their part, not mine.My experience may not be the norm for this office, and others may have a fine time using this SEE location for their contact needs. However, I will be seeing a different optometrist going forward.

I saw a funky pair of glasses I liked online and figured I would check them out in person. As usual, the funky glasses I liked didnt fit with my face shape. Amy noticed I needed help and came to the rescue. She was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for and what I didnt like about my previous pair of glasses. She pulled around 6 different type of frames, one of which I would have never even picked up off the shelf if I was just browsing alone, the other was actually a pair of frames that were not even on the showroom floor. I loved them both! If it wasnt for Amy I probably would have just left with nothing, but instead I ended up with two funky pairs of glasses that I was actually excited about. Plus I got to take advantage of their buy-one-get-one 50% off sale. Let go our your resistance to ask for help and let Amy find your favorite glasses for you. Highly recommended.

The best eye care Ive ever had. Amy was super helpful and accommodating! The folks here have such a personal touch and offer excellent advice. Without their help, I wouldnt have found frames that fit me so well.

Provided all the help even when I said I am not planning to buy anything.They have a great selection of frames and lenses.I would highly recommend that you give yourself ample time to find the right frame. The selection is so broad that it is almost too many options.

Excellent customer service! I had an eye exam for contact lense fitting and eyeglasses. Dr. Cote was very patient and helpful. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions! Amy helped me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. A special thank you to her! I look forward to coming back!

After many years of wearing specs, See is, hands down, my favorite place to get glasses! They have amazing frames, great customer service, (thanks team Cambridge, MA), the lenses are of excellent quality, and I learned, it is a family owned business. Needless to say, it is not by chance that people compliment my glasses on a regular basis:)

Rob was amazing! I have never had an optical experience that was so fantastic. He took the time to listen to me, let me have the freedom to browse, but was extremely attentive without being pushy. Rob helped me choose a pair of glasses that I would have never chosen and I LOVE them! His style and compassion for eyes is a true gift to the Cambridge community! After this experience, I have decided to have all of my eye care at this location- their attention to detail, compassion, and enthusiasm for elite costumer service is unparalleled!

Nice enough selection, but not really nice or unique enough to justify the pricing. Poorly run: there nearly always is some sort of snafu, be it a minor error or a debacle, and management is far from gracious. Ive stopped coming here, opting to pay a bit more but get my moneys worth, and have a headache-free experience elsewhere.

Nice people . Adjust my frame perfectly when other wouldnt

Over the past year my frame got a slight scratch and the mechanism needed some tweaking. In both instances the See staff was very friendly and took care of very fast and at no charge. I will continue to get my glasses here

Best frames, great customer service -- I really dont see myself buying glasses anywhere else.

While they have very unique frames, they do not stand behind their product. Less than three months after spending over $500 on glasses, the lens are scratched in spite of the fact I always used the cleaner and cloth I bought from them. I was told to wash the cloth more often--not an offer to replace or even credit to buy new lense. I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from them and will not go back.

Love the spot and I tell all my blind friends about this place.

The people are certainly nice, but it’s just an unbelievably annoying procedure to get the right contact lenses. I’m still not sure what I paid for, apparently it’s not the contact lenses prescription I came for
