Bruce was an incredibly friendly, helpful, and insightful employee when I came to this location to get a few gifts for a family member. He had great recommendations and went above and beyond for me. He was mindful of my preferences/budget and wasnt pushy. This was my first time stopping to this location after living in the area for over a year, and I would be hard pressed to get gear online or anywhere else for that matter after my experience with him! The store is also clean with a great selection. Thanks Bruce!

How can you not love Patagonia? Its pretty cool that theyre offering recycled clothing now (I guess thats called used clothing, too). Anyway, I brought a nano puff hoodie in for repair last week, thinking it would be the usual rigmarole where Id drop it off and leave it with them for 6 weeks. I was kind of bummed about that because the summer backpack was coming up and its my favorite layer for warmth. They fixed the zipper in the store while I waited! I did not anticipate that and it was really great.

The staff here always go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Excellent management. Clean store with organized covid protocol.

I really love Patagonia products and their policies. But I drove to the Cambridge, MA store today and wasn’t allowed in. Curbside pick-up only. How can I buy a pair of gloves - or anything else - without trying them on? I appreciate we are in a crisis, but this is an idiotic way to conduct business. UPDATE: Patagonia allows in-store shopping by appointment. Better policy.

I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the Patagonia product. The clothes and other items for sale are of extremely good quality, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The employees and the brand stand 100 percent behind the products they sell, and - from my experience - you can rest assured you will get satisfaction and value from whatever you purchase. I had a wonderful experience at this store and I will now be a Patagonia customer for life. I highly recommend the product and the store!

Great customer service! I went in to look at new coat options since my down jacket I wore into the store was leaking feathers. When an employee asked if I needed help, I mentioned I was looking at new jackets and pointed to the piece of gaff tape covering the hole on my jacket. They offered to fix it while I perused - free of charge! I did not end up purchasing anything but left with a great impression of the store and the brand as well as a jacket that no longer leaked!

I was pretty disappointed that this Patagonia store wouldnt honor the iron clad guarantee. Patagonia online happily accepted my merchandise back.This store has a lot of merchandise with plenty of sizes and colors. I wouldnt hesitate to buy something new here, but I wouldnt rely on this store to honor the iron clad guarantee or warranty.

Special thanks to Lauren for going out of her way to find a size/color that were out of stock online and in Boston stores. She took my information and had it shipped from out of state, totally seamless, arrived on my doorstep 3 days later. Patagonia isnt cheap, but great customer service and high quality have kept me a customer for 20+ years.
