My sons screen stopped working one night, the next morning we found iFixOnWheelz when searching for a place to get it fixed. We booked an appt time, gave our address, paid for it very quickly all online. The repairman arrived more or less on time, called from his car, we brought the phone out, he took about 10 minutes to fix it in his car. I was skeptical theyd show up, but the service was great and was a huge time saver. I highly recommend!

I have had two items fixed here - an ipad and an iphone, and in both cases the repair resulted in separation of the screen from the device in a matter of weeks and i had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I think they just dont know how to do this. They seem nice, they respond quickly, but the quality of the work is low.

Buyer Beware!!!Went there to get my cracked screen replaced for my Oneplus 3. .After an hour, when they told me the phone was fixed, I couldnt hear anything through the headset, then I had to wait another half our for them to fix their mistake. After getting the phone home, I started noticing that the screen would freeze periodically and in less than 10 days the replacement screen started jetting dark blotches on it.. When I went back to show them the problem, they claimed that I must have done something, that it was an unrelated issue, then they wanted to sell me the same part that they just replaced less than 10 days ago and wouldnt honor their 30 day warranty. now I have no phone to run my business. Wish I had just kept my cracked screen, the phone was at least functional.Anyone know a good lawyer? I will be definitely be going to the BBB and Small Claims court .

This particular time I came in which Im here now and they were going to be closing they still took the time to replace the back on my galaxy S8+ & the sim card tray which was broken. They respond quickly, give honest prices, and offered to drive their specialized car to meet me at my residence in order to fix my phone.I made an appointment for the next day, and after realizing I mistook my (newer) phone model for an older one, the price difference meant I would be $0.30 short.They smiled and told me not to worry about it. In the short time it took for them to fix my phone screen, I walked down the street to deposit a check so I could pay them the full amount. $0.30 isn’t a lot, but it meant so much to me that they were willing to accept what money I did have. Another reviewer mentioned a horror story with a OnePlus phone, and I wish that I had seen it before. I cracked my OnePlus 7Ts screen just after I arrived back to the country, didnt have a chance to recover any data, and needed to stay in contact with people in Beirut, which I had just left. While getting it repaired, the back cover was broken. Fine, it would be covered with a case, and the person repairing said he would have a replacement back cover sent that would arrive within days. It didnt, and I couldnt contact anyone for a week+. Eventually, got into contact, and had the back cover installed. Soon enough, the screen started coming OFF of the device. It started slow, and then was hanging off by a ribbon cable. Tried to contact someone again. 0 response, at all, it has been several weeks. For a $250+ repair that costs ~$150 from the manufacturer, this was a ripoff.

This is easily the best, least painful and professional group I have worked with recently. I had to cancel an appointment and reschedule and it was no problem. I even had to change the address and add a new device to get fixed, and it was no problem. They showed up on time, got the work done in the time specified and followed up with me afterwards. Call them about my iPhone 7 Plus didn’t turn on, and Alex told me to bring the phone because it didn’t turn on, so went to store he spent about 6 hours to turn phone on because I had important messages and pictures, but guy told me not to get fix the phone because it is not worst to fix. Can you imagine how honest the are ?! Mind blowing. So I got new phone and they transferred all my data to the new phone just for 49.99 but they worked on my phone more than day. Shattered my entire screen this morning on my way to work around 9am. Did some research on where to get it fixed and come across this place so I submitted my info to hear back about an appointment. I second other reviewers who give iFixOnWheelz high marks.I have a 1st gen Pixel that needed a new battery. Several other local services will not attempt this replacement, because it is tricky to perform without damaging the screen. My very polite technician, Plato (what a name!), came to our house and performed the service in about a half-hour. Not only that, the result was flawless--no marks or misalignment whatsoever.And, the days of recharging halfway through the afternoon are over.
