Small store but great service and everyone is so nice. They have everything from games to Pop dolls. Do suggest going here

I walked in the store to buy a funko pop and then I went up into cashier asked him how much was this and he says do you not see me on the phone and gave me a death stare

Associates were quick with helping & getting what was wanted, and with answering questions. We were in and out in just a few minutes, even though the store was busy. Good pricing on the system purchased, had the game in stock we were looking for too. Im exceptional job!

Horrible experience. I bought a pre-owned PS4 controller from them, and its handle was damaged.

Creators should create new map and new character skin and new weapons and duel of the best players . The bad ice cream 3: siberia game at hudgame very fun.

The Assistant store manager Darell is very nice and good at his job. This is by far the best GameStop in the city.

Pre-ordered a game there 3 months in advance, and got it on schedule. Nice compact shop. Not a big one, but good enough for me

GameStop has access to actually amazing selections of games place on hold and buy its not the fault of the why they charge so much for exchanging of games cuz most games in exchange for people Hoops do serious damage to the Blu-ray disc itself and they have to fix it before someone can buy it again and thats expensive they were an amazing Store with three selections video games and ideas and stuff to buy and play some hold

It used to be better I dont like buying nothing here where are the price for the use stuff I well just buy it new at Walmart and cheaper

Employees were very rude and unhelpful, insulting me when I was trying to trade in my Xbox one. Scammed me out of $20 by pretending my controller was broken when I used it recently. Would not have sold my Xbox to them if it had any value.

I ordered an ps4 platinum headset. Never got the headset inside the box. Only got 2 wires and when I tried calling GameStop, they don’t pickup. I’m really disappointed and I’m going to go to the store tomorrow and ask for my money back or get the all the stuff that is supposed to be in my box.

Guy are always helpful at this location and very knowledgeable about everything they sell.

This location is too small, and the employees are awkward, annoying, or both. The only things this one is good for are events and pre-orders.

Associates could be more attentive towards customers.

This store reminded me exactly why I just order my games online... waited just under 15 minutes for the only cashier in the store to serve one client while getting bumped into inline by a kid behind me only to find the game I was looking to pre order would have to be picked up at the store or have extra fees related to one day shipping added to it... needless to say Im purchasing the game from Amazon that provides delivery on the day the game is released

As others have stated, they are understaffed. There is currently one employee, and they are having a casual conversation instead of checking out customers. I would recommend going to an actual GameStop, or somewhere else.

I have avoided GameStop for years because they are in essence a seedy pawn shop, but my children wanted to buy physical copies of DS games, so I reluctantly brought them in. My son bought Hyrule Warriors Legends, for which I paid full price. Later, he pointed out that there was already data on the cartridge, and that there was a pre-owned sticker inside the case, BEHIND the instructions. When I took it back to complain, I was told that of course it was pre-owned because there are no new copies of it. Obviously a lie, since a search of Amazon shows several copies available as new, and even the local Walmart had new copies.Lesson learned again: never shop at GameStop unless youre into other peoples trash.

I should have known better than to trust a gamestop. Spouting lies as usual. Telling me if I come in store to purchase a Nintendo Switch bundle by that night, I would have it by Friday with next day shipping. I made my order Wednesday.... Anyhow, Im following the tracking number provided by Gamestop which says I should have everything by Monday. So Im annoyed, but whatever.. I just want the Switch. I come home early from work to catch my delivery in time so nothing happens to it, and just a book from Zelda is on my doorstep. I check my email, I now have a new email with a new tracking number from gamestop saying that my Nintendo Switch is above to ship now!!! Wait what? Next day shipping? Its been nearly an entire week and still HASNT SHIPPED YET. I call this number I found Dedicated Customer Care: (877) 676-GAME.... I call them looking for a refund only on the shipping that I was lied to about. They come back and say they can offer me a gift card! lol AYYYY... Like i havent already spent enough money with you!? Just give me what I am owed and be done with it!!!! I could have skipped all of this garbage time spent, and ordered the bundle I WANTED off some other internet source. If this was Game of Thrones, Game Stops saying would be, we promise, but we lie, we are game stop... RIP Gamestop. You are NOT for the gamer. SHAME!!!!

I couldnt purchase a travel case for a Nintendo switch. All the accessories were locked up, and the store leader wasnt really helpful.

Walked in and first thing i heard was one of the staff members aggressively selling games to a kid along the lines of Do you have x game, WHAT its only y amount you gotta get it and fir an adult to do that to child was really trashy, I will never spend money here.

They got newer games and some older ones too for newer consoles mostly

The manager is not really professional and he got a very bad attitude, they try to screw the customer specially when u trade a system.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.He Should be fired !!!!

Quick service but a bit cramped inside. Used games section was small and split into two different alphabetical sections for some reason.
