Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Awesome finding parts.
Great Bike Shop run by cycling enthusiasts. I stopped in for a small part that I lost while transporting my bike on a car top rack, They actually found a perfect part for me off a junker bike and hooked me up at no charge. Who does that anymore? knowledgeable and fair. Also have some interesting vintage bicycles, worth checking out.
The owner is always totally on the ball..prompt...friendly.. knowledgeable.. reasonable...... check the place out!!!
Earlier this year I stopped by to purchase a new road bike and Matt was extremely helpful in helping me choose what was perfect for me. I told him what I was looking for, made a few recommendations, and helped me find a bike that is perfect for me. He was honest and didnt try to get me to spend more money than I needed. I have also been able to bring the bike back for tune ups and he has been more than happy to do it. Matt knows what hes doing and I would recommend On the Rivet to anybody looking to get a new (or used) quality bike.
Like the other reviewers have stated, I found Matt to be friendly and very accommodating. I recently bought a used bike from a private seller. Matt checked the bike out for me before the sale, then fitted the bike and did a quick tuneup. He altered his schedule to accommodate mine. Highly recommended.
Great customer service. Matt really tries to work with you to get the repairs at a reasonable price. He seems very honest and knowledgeable of the different types of bikes. He even remembers customers a year later. I will be doing business with them for many years to come. Great place to bring your bike in for repairs. 😁
Matt is a super nice guy and very good about helping to get through a tough situation. I found him to be incredibly honest and forthcoming, not something I experienced at a competitor in Easton. Highly recommend visiting Matt for any of your biking needs. He also handles kayaks as well.
Excellent services - provides many extras such as fine tuning a derailler system several times without charge. Very supportive of organized riding. Top notch.
Saved my Seagull Century! Cut a tire Friday and needed a replacement for my first 100 mi century on Saturday. Shop did not have any to fit left in stock, but owner search through all the used tires and gave me a good used tire to make my ride. Didnt have to do that, but thats the kind on place Rivet seems to be. Thanks again!!!!
Great service! Reasonable prices. Good place to go to get a quick fix up
Local bike shop. The service is great. Matt can fix anything. I buy my tubes, CO2, etc. there. Also carries Bianchi and Fuji bikes.
