I went to Davids tea to get gifts for my bridesmaids for my wedding. I love tea and Davids so I wanted to share with loved ones. I went to the shop and spent a lovely 45 minutes with the sales woman there. She was so patient and fun. I gave her personality traits of my brides maids and she would suggestions of 3+ teas and let me smell and give feedback. And by the end I had the perfect tea for each person in my wedding party and I had an absolute blast doing it. So grateful. It was such a fun experience.

They have a loooot of tea options! I feel lost in a good way, because you can find whatever you want. There, you can find your favorite tasty definitely.

The store is always bright and cheerful. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have great teas to try. They have seasonal items and mainstays. Additionally they have various treats (candies, cookies, chocolates) that are made with the teas of the season. I love the gift sets. I especially love the frequent steeper program, getting free tea is always a nice surprise!

Atmosphere inside is great! Tea selection is big. In addition, this place is very welcoming to all the customers and has a very good loyalty program. The only thing you might find not that attractive is price, but I think, its worth it.

Went to this store one week before. The girl who helped us buying tea was so patient and helpful. DAVIDsTEA always best.

Awesome tea selection (if youre someone who enjoys crazy tea flavors and isnt a tea purist). Love that you can smell every flavor and the individuals working at the store are incredibly helpful in providing options when youre not sure what you want, but you know what features (caffeine level, flavor, etc.) you do want.

Ridiculously expensive. I liked the other Davids tea, but this place I felt completely tricked. I paid $19 for a single sample!! Do not go to this place for tea. The other Davids teas are great, but honestly, the quality is the same as Wegmans bulk tea, and 6x more expensive.

They have a huge selection of unique teas. Every time I visit they have new varieties.

Always a new or interesting tea to try, with a lot of variety. The staff is always friendly, even when its busy, and I dont mind waiting for my tea to steep because the conversation is good.

Its really annoying that the shop says it opens at 10 but they NEVER open on time. This is my favorite tea place but they are so unreliable.
