This is an interesting shop. Always was all the way back in New York. However, their bohemian chic approach is slowly getting out of fashion. Especially in the metropolitan environments. Also, their sales items are not real bargains. Not very keen on them anymore.

Nice selection of items. I like the space to walk they have in their shop, I like the environment and the customer service. Prices are good according to location. Good place to visit.

Superb unique item. Like a treasure trove. Not just gorgeous clothing but such an array of beautiful home decor, accessories and unusual gifts. Always inspiring. Huge boutique.

Such a relaxed shopping experience

Strangely hot in the store, almost impossible for summer months to shop in there pleasantly. A bit dated the brand what it stocks may be relevant 10 years ago but nothing new nor inspiring for now.

Super cute store with loads of things to shop for from the clothing lines to home stuff😁 I could literally spend like whole day here. It’s one of my fav brands and this outlet is one of the good size ones.

Lovely store in beautiful old building. Sometimes hard to find staff to help but they are very nice when you do ask them anything. Nice changing rooms and often excellent sales.

Great Anthro store with a lot of choice

This store feels like a treasure throve. So many beautiful products, a great place to purchase gifts. From the outside the store gives the illusion of being small, however as you walk in you realise its rather large. I know some people like to be fussed over by staff, I personally enjoyed the fact that my friend and myself were able to browse at our own pace without constantly being pestered by staff members (they were polite without being too pushy) Would definitely recommend to visit this store if youre in the area.

Anthropologie is great, I always go to the basement to look for the sales aisle.

I came in this shop to try on a pair of trousers in a different size than Id already bought (the previous branch didnt have the full size range and I wanted to be sure of the fit). I brought them with me in the original anthropologie bag to so I could compare both sizes in the fitting room.After trying both on I decided to keep the pair I already had and gave the other to the member of staff at the fitting room.I was then browsing round the shop for several minutes and noticed I was being followed by at least one member of staff. Just to let the staff of this shop know, you are not being discreet when you do this. IT iS REALLY OBVIOUS WHEN YOURE FOLLOWING SOMEONE. Surprisingly, people have peripheral vision.I approached the exit and was subsequently accused of stealing. Fortunately I had the receipt with me. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal.I understand the cause of the misunderstanding, but do not follow your customers. If youre that paranoid, get CCTV

Gorgeous original place however even in sales the prices are quite high. Service is absolutely amazing. Thank you all for looking so well ater your customers.

My favorite cloth store, I just love it, I buy there all the time and its never enough. its really pricey, even with the discounts, but everyone have their vice, right? also is one if the few stores where I actually enjoy shopping, the service is great and the ambience is very relaxing.

This is a terrific shop. It is beautifully dressed and worth a browse just for inspiration. The items are different, quirky and of very good quality. This is often reflected in the price but if you hunt around there is a mix of the affordable and bargains. If you are close today, Black Friday, take advantage of their 20% off

Fab shop. Fab clothes!

Anthropology is one of my favourite stores. However todays experience at the Kings Road store has left me to leave the store without buying what I went in for and to write this long overdue review.Anthropology have two main clientel, ladies and gay men. So why as a man shopping alone do I nearly always have a member of staff pretending to tidy up around me, watching me with hawk eyes within minutes of me entering the store. If they dont trust certain types of customers then they should invest in security cameras so that everyone is treated the same. Well dressed men are not an obvious choice of a target, but maybe they just want to appeal to females? In this time of unrest they need to make all their customers feel welcomed and not made to feel that they are being watched for whatever reasons they may have. Its now time that their management across the globe review their door policy of how to treat everyone the same and until they do I am staying away. Im speaking up because I know Im not the only one this has happen too.

Bought a lovely pair of trousers, but while there a pick pocketer took my phone from my coat but sadly this store doesnt have CcTv.

Interior just to die for. Keeping up with the latest trends and colour schemes. I find this place inspirational for my home. I purchased little nicks and nacks. But the biggest investment was a rug, which is maintaining well. The assistant was incredibly helpful in arranging a currier for the next days delivery at our suitable time at home for collection.

They never stick the correct prices on items. Or say sale but when you go to till the items prices is completely different

I just love the fact that dogs are allowed in here and they even offer your dog a treat at the checkout. The people working here are just lovely. Even when my dog pulled a display pot off the shelf by mistake the woman working there was so lovely and sweet about it. She didnt make us feel bad about it at all. The things in this shop are stunning too. From gorgeous clothes to adorable aprons! Everything you could want for home and wardrobe. Thanks for a great shop !!

Warm space. Staff not over bearing but ready to help. Hard to leave empty handed

The Clothes are beautiful but the staff is terrible! 9 times out 10 I would be followed by your staff without being asked if I need any help. As a regular shopper on King’s Road, you except a staff member who follows you to offer some help on your shopping experience. However, I would be racially profiled except on the days I would come with my Caucasian fiancé! The attitude of your staff would drastically change if my entourage was Caucasian or POC! I stopped shopping at your stores when I realised this was a behaviour that would happen over and over again no matter which stores of Anthropologie I would go in London! Disappointing, Discriminative, and Unacceptable! I have now cleared my wardrobe from your brand.

Love this place for excellent customer service and quality goods.Mum and I went for a browse and ended up buying a lovely winter / party coat that reminded us of a coat she had in the 70s. There’s certainly a mix of nostalgia, modern, eclectic brands that meet everyone’s needs ranging from clothing, shoes, accessories, jewellery to homeware and furniture.The Richmond branch is a welcoming place to visit where the team let you browse at your pace.

Friendly staff, nicest anthropologie store Ive ever been in, doesnt feel cluttered or claustrophobic. Only spent 15 mins there but could have easily browsed for much longer as its large and well stocked.Went in to pick up an online order, when I asked to check the product before I signed receipt of it the assistant advised there were plenty more out on the shelves if there was any issue with mine!

I love this store in general, but this branch in particular. Such a bright, beautiful space. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My favourite element though is how all of the amazingly sources store dressing furniture is also priced and available for purchase.

Love anthropologie and Im still wearing the dress that I bought there two years ago, which still looks good as new. They have beautiful China as well.

Deceptively large Anthropologie that has the usual great range of clothes, accessories, and homeware. Staff are friendly and its usually busy but not heaving so well worth popping in - even if for a quick window shop!

Helpful and accommodating staff.

I only go for the homeware but they seem to source good quality, original designs that are not available elsewhere in the UK. That given, prices are not bad if you want a cut above the usual. Have heard a rumour that they may not always be ethical with their designers. Hence 4 stars

Found this wonderful store,along the kings road in Kensington London. Very friendly staff, lots of lovely clothes and accessories for the ladies. Plus lots of other interesting items such as jewelry and candles a must pay a visit to kind of store.

This is definitely the worse location. Staff is terrible and kinda racist. They made me feel super uncomfortable while shopping. Kept following me around the store, even though I ended up buying 2 items! Did not see them tailing any of the white shoppers. Will not be back.

I love this store. I can spend time daydreaming about the fab things that will go in my house/ flat when i can afford to buy one. Beautiful and classy items. Can be pricey to the point of stupefaction but thar happens a lot on Kings Rd...

Beautiful tardis of a store and a great place to window shop an hour away.  Not everything to my taste but with varieties of art, homeware and fashion to choose from, there’s always something to find.

The home ware in this shop is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is very twee and stylish but is on the expensive side but its worth it. The customer service here is amazing and the clothes are very stylish. Lots of unusual designs and items and a wonderful book selection too.

I have been to the shop today in London and I had two shop following my every move...like I am a thieth. I am sorry but if you ride a bike with bike gear you dont fit in in this shop. So please if you are a tourist please avoid this shop.
