My boyfriend and I walked in to buy a TV but no one approached us. We browsed on our own for a good half hour, nobody cared, then we went over to someone to get help and it felt like the guy was doing us this huge favor by listening. Sure enough we were there to apply for their credit card and buy a $1800 TV, so the salesmans attitude changed real quick once he realized that. Ive had better experiences.

Wow take this as a review of the Cambridge bestbuy, not necessarily, bestbuy in general. All I learned today is there is such a great staff in Cambridge. I was lost in the Everett store but got incredible, non rushed, nuanced help Im Cambridge! Marking this store as my go to bestbuy, will be back for sure!

I had to come here because they were the only place in Boston area that had the phone I wanted. I didnt go upstairs but the downstairs smelled really weird and didnt feel like a place you want to spend a lot of money. They are in desperate need of a renovation. Youre an electronics company...people should feel inspired and amazed when they walk through your doors!! Make it an experience...otherwise I might as well order on Amazon.

Went here with my partner as we were dealing with a nasty issue. Can’t go into details but one guy listened to us in detail and helped problem solve for a good chunk of the evening. The manager he brought in was also most convivial which was good for morale our morale haha.

Cambridgeside Galleria Best Buy pretty good. I was able to buy a phone in less than 30 mins. The young lad who sold me the unit had limited information but was able to do the transaction with no difficulty. The tech who actually is in charge of phones seem very uninterested. Seems as if I bothered him. I dont do alot of business there but it was good and convenient for what I needed. If you are in a pickle thats where you would go.

Best Buy is wonderful! The service here is much better than what youll get at Walmart, as the workers will answer your questions and wont act annoyed when you do. The products here are kept clean, so feel free to handle them. AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile all have great deals here.

Had a great experience getting a new phone from this location. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. He and I talked a bit about phone specs and features. He knew what was coming in. I ran into the Samsung rep as well and they also knew a lot. Great interaction. Would come back again.

They are great and selling there products but when it comes Antoine getting help on something they stink.They should have given me a neither set of Bose headphones instead of having me go through talking to Bose and going that way.I will never again if posable buy anything from BestBuy.

It was wonderful, the guy that helped me my phone selection was there with me till the end, he explained in detailed, the phone features, set it up as well, offered me the Best Buy credit card, why it was a good choice etc, he called my phone carrier and transfer my info to the new phone, saving me time the next day, I wish all the Best Buy stores treat you the same customer service wise☺

If you are buying any large appliances, look elsewhere. I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove from Best Buy and have had nothing but problems since. The company they used to remove my old fridge damaged the walls in my building and refused to bring up the new fridge. I have since ordered a new fridge that is smaller than my old one, but because its on back order, I have no refrigerator. Additionally, the plumber they hired to deal with the stove refused to install the appliance because it would sit next to a wall. They suggested alternatives, so I canceled the previous stove and ordered a new one. The same plumbing company refused a second time to install the very stove that they suggested I buy. Later, after arranging for a third delivery date with Best Buy, the customer service person I spoke to on the phone arranged for installation ONLY and so my stove was never installed and is now, apparently, on backorder. The customer service person I was on the line with to arrange for a fourth deliver and installation of the stove put me on hold and then hung up on me. While the customer service people are friendly they are, unfortunately, useless. If you like sitting on hold, getting hung up on, and having zero answers for your problems, by all means go with Best Buy. For me, never again.

Staff was unhelpful and sarcastic. None of the marked stations were actually being manned and there was only one person who helped me to check out that seemed to be doing anything close to resembling a job. It’s a customer service job. You can stand to pretend to be nice for 1 and a half minutes.

I was going to buy my son a new laptop because. Them workers were huddled together when we came down the escalator separated when we started looking at the products. No one around to help. The store was not crowded only 4-5 customers.. When I asked cashier for assistance he tells me wait a few seconds. Five minutes later I left. When leaving same employees gathering where I just left.. IF YOU DIDNT COME TO WORK TO WORK STAY HOME. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND TEAM.I always shop here NO MORE DISRESPECTFUL

Bought a laptop there (after two reconnaissance visits) on tax free weekend. Had a wonderful experience with both Bryan and Frankie, who went above and beyond to help me get a great deal. Both were very kind-- Bryan helped me with my trade ins and Frankie helped me with my laptop purchase. I had some trouble with my credit card when I was there and they were very understanding and went above and beyond so that I could get my computer that day instead of coming back for a fourth time. If you come to the store with a good attitude, I think youll have a great experience.

This Best Buy has a very strange layout and poor signage. For some odd reason all the video games are kept in plastic tubs behind the counter and you need to wait in line and ask for an employee to dig through the bin in hopes that they can find the game. It seemed like no one was available to help. The only person willing to help was a eversource/national grid scammer who was tempting me with a gift card. Very disorganized store and disappointing experience overall. The checkout lady was actually invested in the sale and helping me find the game.

There were plenty of associates and not a lot of customers, however I couldnt understand why we werent getting any help. Then I noticed half were watching tv the other half were downloading things on their personal phones. I felt like we had to beg for help to find drone replacement batteries. We found them on our own and checked out. Glad to be out the door

I needed to buy a laptop computer because I have developed really bad Carpals Tunnel from typing long articles on my phone. There was a line at the Apple store and I didnt have time to wait. Initially I was going to buy something very basic, like a Chromebook. But after talking to the store associate and sharing some of my future IT needs with him, I ended up buying a laptop with high capacity Graphics capability for when I go back to school on Architecture Design. I also qualified for a credit card with 0% financing as long as I pay the purchase off in two months. I am pretty excited about this purchase. I am still getting used to my new computer and I am confident it is a great investment. Thanks!

Have been to two Best buys in the last few days. Needed help in purchasing a WiFi extender. Lots of merchandise not so much staff. Got alil info but it seems the young people that would know some high tech stuff kinda dont. So makes for even more confusion and extra work. Plus Best buy is kind of expensive. So I guess I educate myself online and do the same for ordering product. Its too bad.

The lady store manager was not helpful. Told me that i cannot exchange dented 4k steelbook blu ray i bought only 2 hours earlier as might have copied the digital codes. Why should i even bother for the digitial codes. She is kinda acting dumb saying that she cannot see the defect and how it could ruin the movie. Really not helpful. Now i found out from best buy website that blurays can really be exchanged for the same item

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Associates were completely rude and did not try to solve my issues but rather scoffed at me. I would recommend Best Buy have better training programs to help with their associates’ customer service. The underpinning of a good business is being able to get customers to come back. And after this experience, I will not be going back to Best Buy for my electronic purchases.

Am amusing interaction with an associate. I think he thought we were up to something. Who knows what anyone is thinking when we cant see each others faces. But you could see this associates smile while he returned my mistaken mophie case purchase. Hopefully everyone can be as happy as this guy during this awful time. Almost eerily empty, we went into the Cambridge store to buy a particular tv. We were studiously ignored by one staffer who was walking around with a clipboard. We waited in line for more than 15 minutes while the only other visible staff member helped out the gentleman and the young person in front of us. When we got to him and said we were there to buy X, he looked at his computer, checked a few things without comment, then asked for my phone number. I asked him why he needed it and then he said the tv was not in stock.Although he was polite, there was no Thanks for waiting, or other remark on the out of stock situation and available options.What made this trip more frustrating was that wed been to another Best Buy the day before, asking for someone who knew the line well and who could answer detailed questions. The young man who came to help us didnt seem to know anything about them, giving us incorrect information about mounting, and unable to answer anything we asked. Embarrassing for him, though he didnt offer to find anything out for us, and frustrating for us. Of course he wouldnt have known there was no stock, since he didnt check on anything.Yeah, were older - old enough to really value responsive help when we shop. But who trains these folks? What manager lets their staff fumble through a mutually unsatisfactory encounter that results in no sale and a dented impression of the stores value to its customers? Surprising in the present economy to encounter such lackadaisical service.Unless what I need is something I can grab on my own, Ill avoid Best Buy in future.

5 star explains:I was at this store in the afternoon to exchange a purchase for some other products. The staff was friendly and helped me find the products I was looking for. E-Gift card? no gift problems... I called Best Buy because they cancelled my orders. I spoke to customer service and he said they are out of stock, but would restock the following week. So I could wait or go to another store. I choose to wait. Now it says cancelled...I’m disappointed as it was my daughter’s birthday present...I also trie duo call the store for some clarity, and I guess no one works there on Sundays for in the order department, trust me I waited an hour...and I know they are not that busy...Someone clearly needs to do a better job about that...I like Best Buy, but this time I was really disappointed 😞
