This place is fantastic. I spent 3 hours here on my first visit and have told so many people about it. This place is huge and has an array of collectibles, everyone could find something. They have also have specialty booths that are decorated very cute. I have found a handful of milk glass here to add to my collection. The women at the front are kind and fun to talk to as well.

This isnt what I expected when I went to an antique store... this is more of a vintage Ross store with girly homegoods, books, and a lot of chalk paint. There were a few nice pieces but in actuality, this store should be re-named (in my opinion). I sell, repair, and refinish high quality antique furniture and was just looking for a nice walk thru (to buy a few things) with my husband but all I saw was a lot of sad wood with a LOT of paint. Sad but true. The gals there were nice but not very helpful. The store was very nicely arranged however. If I needed an interior decorator I might go there but not to buy antique... well, anything. I may be harsh but Im honest. This review is not intended to cause any hurt feelings nor cause any issue with the owners, I just review local places from hole in the walls to beautiful well arranged places I enjoy to educate other consumers. To each their own.

Camas Antiques is an amazing store where you can find some incredible prices on things you cant find anywhere else in town. The basement has a bookstore like booth with unbelievably low prices on antique vintage and used books. Stuff here changes every week and I simply hate to think about all the great things I miss. Also this store is on one of the most charming downtown streets along the Columbia river.

Love this place! I happened upon this shop when touring the area looking for apartments. There happened to be some sort of festival, and I fell in love with this shop and the town of Camas. This shop offers both antiques (not junky) and crafted gifts of all sorts. I personally found a leather bound book with a wonderful quote from a beloved literary author. Its a must check out, along with the rest of the town.

Some nice antiques and gift items, but come on folks, acknowledge people when they come in the door. I said Good Morning and didnt even get a response. This was my second visit with the same experience. Ive had my own shop and know how important it is to greet your customers. Often, Ill not make a purchase that I would have made had the sales clerk acknowledged my presence. Losing a sale in an antique mall ultimately hurts the vendors who are not at fault for poor customer service.

This is a great little shop to poke around in; I rarely leave empty-handed! The selection is well-curated and a good value for folks who dont have much time to dedicate to picking through estate sales and thrift stores for interesting pieces. You can tell the vendors put a lot of effort into keeping their inventory looking fresh. Dont miss the stairs to the basement in the back left- theres an entire second level of fun stuff down there.

The clerk made my son cry.I thought it would be fun to introduce my 11 year old twins, boy and girl, to my hometown.  I moved away to the big city 20 years ago and knew many changes had come about in Camas.  My son, who loves to antique, and honestly, has more cash than I do, asked if we could look around Camas Antiques.  We were only in the store a couple of minutes when my son came back to me in tears.  He said the clerk asked him how old he was and he, a month away from turning 12, truthfully answered 11.  The clerk told him to go back to his mother and that he was too young to browse alone.  If the cashier had asked my daughter how old she was she would have said 22! When we paid for our purchases I informed the clerk that she had really hurt my sons feelings and she responded that the store has a strict policy that no one under 12 can browse alone and maybe hed like some candy to feel better.  Candy wont repair his dignity.  Youll notice my daughter wasnt approached. Considering the times we live in, Id suggest that painting everyone with the same broad brush may not be the best policy.  Heres to hoping Camas continues its evolution.  Now off to Top Burger for an ice cream, where a customer is a customer.

I used to work in downtown Camas, and would go into this shop at least once a week to look around and buy something. Even if it was only a candle, I always bought something. During that time, the employees were very nice, if only a bit snooty. Fast forward a few years and whoa. How time changes things. The shop is still great. Lots of wonderful treasures to find, surprises lurking and subtle changes every time you enter, but the attitudes of the employees is worse than ever before. If I dont feel welcome in a store, Im certainly not going to spend money in it. Unfortunately for the people who choose to sell their items at this location, the women at the front are driving your customers away. If you dont look like one of the Camas Stepford Wives, be prepared to be snubbed. If your purse didnt cost as much as your mortgage, be prepared to be ignored. Its a very sad state of affairs when you have money to spend but the people to whom you want to give your money treat you with the same enthusiasm as finding a dog turd on a white carpet.

I have enjoyed shopping in this store for many years. I could always find a gift item or something that I needed to own. Over the past year, or so, I have noticed that anytime I step in the front door, I get a feeling that I am not a welcomed guest. I am rarely, if ever, even greeted or recognized that I am there to help support the many vendors that rent space there. I have dismissed their up turned noses for quite some time because I do enjoy shopping there. That said......Last Friday evening, during Camas days, I brought 2 friends with me to shop at Camas antiques. It was 7:30 pm and as soon as we entered the store, we were greeted with, we close at 8:00. We replied with, its not like you close in 5 minutes, its only 7:30. The employed cashier then said rudely, Im just saying, we close at 8:00 and made a face. Well, I can take a hint and what she was really saying was that she did not want to sell any more merchandise in the remaining 30 minutes. I think she was telling three well dressed middle class women, who showed up for the purpose of buying from any one of the many vendors that rent space and help pay the rent that we can take our wallets and turn right around and leave. Being the very smart women that we are, we did just that.I have been feeling unfriendly vibes the last year of shopping there so this helped me cut the cord!

I visited on 1/31/2020 for the first time. I found a ad on Craigslist from one of their vendors, for old metal signs...One of the reasons, I didnt give 5 stars, is do to the lack of parking on the Camas city streets. Be prepared to walk a block or two. But, I did note a reserved parking spot next to the store for pick up of purchases...This antique mall is one of the better malls that Ive have visited lately. As it truly does have a nice mix of OLD antique items (YIPPIE) and new reproduction decorative items (Which, Im NOT a fan of by the way). Its easy to see what you like in this well lighted and spacious store...Dont forget to check out the basement! (Thats were the metal sign vendor has their display full of Mantiques)...I ended up finding / buying 6 different treasures for myself...

The trouble here is new product being represented as vintage or Antique. The staff at best was disinterested and not at all friendly. They may be very friendly to local customers, but coming in as a first time visitor the reception was not warm, neither was it pleasant while paying for our product when we left. I encountered several items that I know to be new, marked as one of a kind, or original. Not good. Sorry I was really looking forward to liking this little sweet mall, couldnt find much to recommend it.
