Beware, this company is not what it first appears to be. Multiple follow-ups months after the initial order resulted in several conflicting emails. The first apologize for the delay and explained that since everything is hand-made and customized it may take a bit longer than normal and they have been overwhelmed with orders. The next suggested the item i ordered was on back-order and reiterated that everything is hand made and customized and my order was in production. Finally I received a notice that it has supposedly been delivered. This was of particular interest to as ive never received anything from Plush Beds nor did i ever received a shipping notice or response that made hand-made pillow was finished production throughout the course of my multiple status requests.If youd like to see what type of company youre about to deal with all you need to do is read through the responses from the owner and compare the good reviews and those accounts with the less than positive.Best of luck!

This company advertises photos of pillows they charge $75 dollars for. They claim the product is 3 thick on the description, they further respond to customers claiming the product is actually 4 thick.My pillow came, the cover was ripped and the pillow was not even two inches thick.They wont allow a return citing covid.This company is a horrible rip offDO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My medium-firm mattress topped arrived yesterday. I anxiously slept on it and I tossed and turned all night. I eventually woke up at 4 am unable to go back to sleep. Despite shifting from my normal sleeping positions (a combination of stomach and side) to lying on my back, I could not get comfortable. Ive experienced waking up with lower back pain from mattresses before but this time the aches ran all throughout my back. I even have multiple pillows on my bed to accommodate every sleeping position. I plopped one after another under my head - eventually giving up on a pillow entirely - and nothing made a difference. I was leery about making a substantial purchase without a safety net of a return or credit policy. However, after a few nights of online research and reading the reviews posted on their site, I felt more confident about this purchase. Unfortunately, one restless night later I realized that I made one costly mistake.

Just received the 4 memory foam sofa bed mattress, and its as promised. I wouldnt say it was odor-less though, but its more than tolerable after a couple of days of being unwrapped, almost as comfortable as our main latex mattress. Weve kept the thin spring mattress to keep it supported in the middle -- again, the sag is barely noticeable, but memory foam doesnt have quite the strength (obviously) to avoid the sagging in the middle of the fabric stretched across the sofa bed frame. This makes it impossible to fold the bed up with 6 of mattress total, but, its worth it for now! Really happy with it, would buy again.

This company is a total scam. I received a pillow that felt NOTHING like what the website portrayed it to. I ordered a firm style of latex pillow and received what felt like a shredded latex style, very plush and wayyy too soft. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that I needed to open it and unzip it to verify if I could see the filling inside. After they confirmed I received the right item, I advised it was not what I thought I was getting and I wanted to return the item. At that point, I was then told, they cant take it back and only if its unopened will they consider returning. THEY TOLD ME TO open it.. Had I been told that would void any possibility to return it, I would have just declined to check and sent it back without any questions as I already knew it was too soft. I figured if they wrong item was sent, theyd want to correct it..When I called in to discuss this further, I got some foreign, outsourced phone rep who offered zero help and argued me on everything. TERRIBLE customer service and a total WASTE of money. DO NOT ORDER if you think youll get any trial period.. the fine print specifies their returns and trials are only on mattresses; everything else is worthless and youre completely out the money and time even if you didnt use the product.

Make sure youre not expecting to receive your purchase in a timely fashion. We purchased our bed 25 days ago and are still waiting. The only updates we received were in response to inquiries initiated by us. I cant speak to the quality of the product yet, but the lack of communication due to delays in this companys operations has been disappointing.UPDATE: Finally received bed on day 28. Pleased with quality of the product so far but would have made a different purchase if we would have known the company would be taking 3-4 times longer than typical to fulfill the order.

We love our Botanical Bliss mattress. It took a week or so to get a good feel for the mattress and let our body get used to sleeping on something new. We were able to adjust the firmness on each side so we are both happy. Customer service has been very helpful and even when they are busy or closed all I have to do is leave a message and they get back to me by the next day. I recommend them.

We bought the 10 Medium Botanical Bliss King mattress from PlushBeds about a month ago. Delivery of the mattress was quick and the packaging was convenient and the mattress was easy to setup. We also received free organic pillows, an organic mattress protector and an organic sheet set. It took us a few nights to get acquainted to the new mattress. One of the first things I noticed about the mattress was that it was plush and soft but at the same time it provided support for the entire body. We did not get the sinking feeling that most soft or medium mattresses that we had experienced in the past. The mattress composition was exactly as advertised. It is made up of all organic materials. Though this mattress is a luxury product, what gave me peace of mind is the companys comfort exchange policy, wherein if the firmness of the mattress is not optimal to your need, the company sends you a different layer of latex to adjust the firmness of the bed. Horrible company. I called every day for a month and a half to report my order of over $3,000 never arrived. I also called FedX every day as well trying to track my package. Plushbed customer support kids said they can only take a message and someone would call me back. Out of 24 calls in 6 weeks, only twice was I called back only to be told they are looking into my issue. One day the manager John from the CA branch happened to pick up the phone. He was the one I placed the order with 6 weeks ago. I told him that he personally guaranteed Id have my bed in 2 weeks as I am trying to list my house and yet I havent received it 6 weeks later and he HUNG UP THE PHONE on me mid sentence. Most frustrating experience ever dealing with a company that Ive order from and I do all my shopping on line.

Very comfortable mattress. Organic cotton cover, organic wool and layers of organic latex inside of the mattress. Very well made. The mattress arrived well packaged and I have been sleeping comfortably ever since it arrived. I like the fact that you can unzip the cover and swap the layers if you want to adjust the comfort and make it firmer or softer. Thats a great quality! I also like the fact that its organic and healthy to sleep on - no chemicals. Excellent customer service too - very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and an incredibly disappointing product. I ordered two pillows and I could tell just by holding them and by briefly testing them with the thin plastic covering still on them that they were terrible. Lumpy and shapeless with zero support. Imagine a lumpy and floppy pillow that thats been left in your grandmas attic for forty years. They were also very small. I then contacted support to try to return them. They said that there were no returns. I explained that they hadnt even been removed from the packaging. They still wouldnt accept a return.Updated 2.1.2020 - The owner just left a response to my review... So, there you have it, they just proved my point about the poor customer service.

We just love our new Plushbeds 9 Botanical Bliss natural latex mattress. My husband is a back sleeper and he likes a firmer mattress than I do. We were able to order medium on one side for me and medium firm on the other for him. We are in heaven! The mattress is very comfortable for both of us. We sleep so well now. You need to meet the driver outside the street level...100 day Free trial is not completely free.Also, be sure to check out their Certifications to see if it was expired or it was certified to Plush Bed(or another totally different company in different country) for the particular product you are buying...

Still waiting to get a refund. The company does not want to do the refund and just wanted to exchange layers. This may work for some people but did not work for us. Not getting anywhere with customer service. Manager Kim was very rude and argumentative, then hung up after I asked for Corporates information.

Plushbeds Misleading Website Return PolicyI telephoned this company for assistance on my order to utilize their TRY IT FOR 100 NIGHTS, RISK FREE and FREE SHIPPING AND RETURN PICKUP. After my initial contact with no help I asked to speak with a manager whom must have been already versed about my problem. Her initial cool tone spoke volumes. After 10 minutes of being berated with her condescending tone and rudeness I finally told her I would rather donate my mattress to charity then continue with her belittling attitude. I chose this company for their return policy and 5 star rating on their website. The majority of their reviews are 5* I have learned to never trust a companies all positive feedback there is obliviously something not right! So sad their bottom line is money and not customer service. BUYER BEWARE.

I have been TRYING to order a king sized latex bed from Plushbeds for 3 days now. When I call the toll free number, I get someone with an attitude, and they only want my FULL name and number. I have no idea who this is, its obviously some type of call center, maybe a prison? I have tried their online chat program, and was assured a manager would call me back that night, or early the next day. No return call, and its been 30+ hours.I am a retired USAF service member, and if I am having this much trouble trying to get a company to take my $2500.00+ order, I CANT IMAGINE what would happen if I had problems with the product. In addition, if their sales department is so very busy, then the obviously dont need my business, nor any recommendations to friends and colleagues. I find it very, very strange that they post all these 4.5/5 ratings. Bots? Fake customers? Please use caution with this company.
