After months of over paying my minimum payment to finish paying off my balance sooner, I realized my balance wasnt decreasing as it should. It turns out I have been getting finance charges every month after I was promised the 1st 36 months 0% APR. That was the only reason I took the deal. NOw I have been robbed $500. Thank you for your honesty!

My husband and I bought our wedding bands here. I asked for my engagement ring to be soldered together and resize them both, which took about a month to do. I called asking if they were ready on the expected date and they said I had already picked up my rings a month ago. I explained I dropped them off a month ago (mind you they’ve seen us three times to get the bands, get them resized, and now to solder them. Each time they asked for my drivers license). They didn’t have my rings ($2,000+) and said that I picked them up a month ago. Thank god I had the receipt to show them I dropped it off. It seems that their “system had a glitch” and they put my rings under someone else’s name, phone number and email. Their records only reflected that I had picked it up, not that they had messed up my name (after taking my drivers license 3 separate times to get the info correct!). Thankfully that person who they put my rings under didn’t come to collect them, because in Kay’s system he now owned those rings. Please keep your receipts!! We will not be going back. I picked up my rings and they didn’t fit but I walked out with them because I’m not having their system “glitch” on me again and loose my engagement or wedding bands.

Jiana was very helpful from the moment we stepped inside. She showed us everything we wanted to look at and picked a beautiful set of enhancers for our 20th anniversary. She even cleaned the jewelry we wore in. Would definitely recommend this store for friendly and helpful service as well as good prices.

Noi showed me a lot of options in my price range. Stress fee, no hassle. I picked out a gorgeous diamond band for my fiancée. We will definitely be back to buy jewelry for the wedding party.

Whenever we go in to the store, we are always greeted warmly, as if we were visiting an old family friend. There is never any pressure to buy nor do they try to up-sell you. They simply give you the best deal based on your budget. I am SO happy that we went to Kay Jewelers Outlet to purchase our wedding bands! I have lost track of the amount of times I get compliments on my wedding ring! It is stunning!

I am really upset with this place specially when I was recommended by my cousin. I purchased a ring for my mother for her birthday. The next day I get a call from the sarcastic manager (Cory) to warn me the ring was not in the box. The only way I could get the ring in my hands was to pick it up. Mind you I live 1 hour and 45 mins away. (that meant I had to go out of my way for an error they did). they did absolutely nothing to make me happy. worst worst WORST decision I ever did by purchasing with them. I will NEVER go back even if they have the best deals around. I rather spend a little more for better the service. I wish to input no stars, but it doesnt let me proceed.

Horrible customer service. I pride myself on giving people the benefit of the doubt, but this location and its employees dont deserve it after continuously letting me down with their service. They ignore people clearly waiting in line, and a simple purchase somehow takes over an hour. Manager doesnt seem to know how to manage. This is an outlet, and it feels like it. Not even worth the sales they have. Save yourselves the trouble and get much better service at a regular location. Its worth the extra money you pay.

Katelyn gave great customer service. I went in the to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend and she was very helpfull and even remembered my name weeks later when i went to go pick it up. However there was this older lady her customer service was horrible i have been a stutterer since i was a little kid and i went in there talked to the lady for a little bit and she was making fun of my speech. Very horrible customer service on her part. But katelyn was great, i will go back to the store but only deal with katelyn.
