They were never on time if they even showed up at all!! They didn’t fix the faucet, wanted to make us buy things we didn’t need, never fixed the problem, in fact, they made it worse. They over charged for their lack of work. They said the parts we needed were 220.00 each and we needed 2. We did have them install the parts and the problem was worse. I called another plumber and he came out today, he fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, said I didn’t need the parts they installed, it was just a 2 dollar o-ring that they put in wrong and they put the valve back together upside down. They are really bozos and I will never use them again!!

The best repair guys in town, for plumbing and air. They’re on time, polite, and clean. We have had great experiences when we had s massive leak, they came and fixed everything and we had our heater replaced and air put in! They are fantastic.

The guys did an awesome job with fixing my water heater! Within 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and were on their way! They were very neat and clean which is great especially since I have white carpet. They put on their booties and laid down a cloth in the area they were working! They are reasonably priced! Its so nice to have my hot water back!

We use these guys to get our backflow device tested (county requirement) every year and they always make it quick and easy. Theyve also done some repairs at our house which have gone smoothly. Good folks.

Awesome, got what I needed and saved time and money

My encounter happened some months back with an older male employee of the store. The conversation and his assistant started out friendly and helpful. But when Id asked a question about the price of the item I was purchasing that Id thought was exorbit. His vagary hostility caught me by surprise I felt somewhat uncomfortable so I quickly changed the subject by paying for the item in question and I left. Going out the door, I said to myself, that was weird, I wont be returning there.

I like the idea of supporting my local businesses, but I will not use Camarillo Plumbing again. On Sept 2 I had my main water shut-off valve replaced. The price quote was $375, which I thought was high, but since Im not knowledgeable in this area and because I was eager to have the job done, I told Kevin to go ahead. When my adult daughter tried to ask why the price was so high, after Kevin told us the part was $30, Kevin asked if I wanted him to leave. In the next few minutes he repeated that question a couple more times and further said if I preferred, hed show me how to do the work myself and charge an extra $25 for his time. Never did he say anything to help us understand the reasoning behind the price other than that the company set the prices.The following Monday I called the company and asked to speak to someone about the price and was told the person who did the work would call me back. When I explained the earlier exchange with Kevin, this person, whose name I dont recall, said he would look into it and someone would call back. A few minutes later Kevin called and said, I was rude to [my daughters name] and I wrote her an apology letter. You should get it tomorrow. I agreed he had been rude but explained that wasnt why I had called and I still wanted someone to explain to me the reason I had to pay $375. I said I wanted to speak to the manager or the owner and Kevin said someone would call me back. I never got a call back and my daughter never received a letter.Today I called again and spoke to Leslie who said Kevin is the service manager and owner and there is no one else to whom I can speak. They get their prices from a price book and thats the end of it. Why didnt Kevin tell me this to begin with? Not only did I end up paying a lot more than seems reasonable for a $30 part and an hour, maybe an hour and 1/2 of labor, but customer service is the worst! I will never use this business again.

I have always depended on Camarillo plumbing. The latest thing I needed was a new garbage disposal. Kyle at the counter helped me and even suggested needed items like plumbers putty and an electrical connector. Very helpful as when I got home to do the job everything fit and worked the first time. It pays to listen cause he was spot on about everything. Thanks Camarillo plumbing for a great experience. I will shop there again.

Kyle the owner and the counter guy is very knowledgeable with anything to do with plumbing, electrical and a/c heater. He goes out of his way to solve your problem.

Today Kyle helped me out big time. He provided me with the WOW factor with his excellent customer service regarding piping.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!! I have been to this place several times and have had some of the worst experiences with the guys at the counter. Today I tried to return an item I purchased in 2013 and the guy wanted nothing to do with it. Unfriendly from the get go and he gave some POOR excuse that there were parts missing....off of a hose! I try and keep my $ outta big box stores and keep them in my community and look how ungrateful they are. I dont know if this guy was lazy or what but at least be nice about things. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, I will tell my experience to everyone I can and will never shop here again. Go to B&B, they are 1000% friendlier. And the one star is because I cant choose no stars!

Quick response on a Sunday, from a local company, Kevin was great and very knowledgeable of his job, I would send them to my friends, my only call Camarillo Plumbing and heating and air conditioning for problems and service, no parts needed just service to fix my hot water heater, thanks again Camarillo Plumbing
