Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a dress and DID NOT RECEIVE IT. This place should be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE!

I bought my dress at Camarillo Bridal, and the service was excellent. I worked with Lisa, Ashley, and Christina. They all listened to what I wanted in a dress and helped me find the perfect dress. (They have so many beautiful dresses!) They didn’t mind when I wanted to come in another day, so my mom could see the dress when she was in town from out of state. When it came to measurements, Ashley measured me perfectly, so my dress needed minimal alterations. I would definitely recommend Camarillo Bridal to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will never get your dress but she will take your money, read reviews here & on Yelp before you go here! We ordered my daughters dress in August, 9 months Leaving the store and have it and she will not return phone calls & we recently learned that she does this to everybody, If you do get through to her, it is pure lies and excuses…Don’t know how she’s still doing business

My first experience walking into the store was excellent. I had read many positive Yelp reviews, particularly about Kristina, and she lived up to her reputation. She was attentive, sweet, and every dress she picked out for me showed that she was in tune with my personal style. She was/is wonderful.Long story short, everything since the purchase of my dress has been a nightmare. It took them five months to get my dress in store, I had to call their store for a month to get them to give me my dress, they lost part of my order/lied about its whereabouts, and I still have yet to hear back from them about why or what theyre going to do about it. I have left multiple voicemails and no one ever cares to call me back. To get any answers I have to show up in store (not a convenient drive for me but its the only way anyone will speak to me).Ive been in customer service for over 10 years, and I know that accidents happen. But when they happen, theres usually an apology and an effort to fix it. Ashley does not care about her customers once they have purchased their dress. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I loved them! My wedding date was quicker than most and they had a great selection of dresses I could take home right away. They were upfront with me about what was realistic and what was going to cut it too close. I ended up taking home one of the dresses they already had there so I could start alterations right away. My Aunt ended up ordering a veil for me too!

My daughter decided last minute to go prom with her friends. We didnt have time to go down to the place on Main street . The girl at this store pointed me to a bridesmaid dresses . Luckily we found a dress that would work but it didnt fit. These ladies went out of their way to call their seamstress to fix the dress. We went to Lindas and she took us in that same day. Happy to say she made it to prom in time. Feeling Blessed

Made an appointment, they confirmed the appointment. Yet no one was here 😒. Said they were at a bridal show, but the bridal show is on a different day...

Everyone here did a great job making me feel beautiful and special while I tried on dresses. Highly recommend!!!

The only stressful part about our wedding was dealing with these people. My wife went here in July for a wedding the next year in June and literally didn’t get the dress for almost a year. They were completely unhelpful and Apologetic. The dress was so late we looked into another dress which added a real bummer note leading up to the wedding.

So I went to a few other appointments this week after my on-line dress came in two sizes too small. DONT BUY ON-LINE..I couldnt find anything that could be ordered quickly. I m also on a tight budget . I went iinto this store today to browse.The girl working there was really nice and fit me in between appointments. I found my dress !! Its was a sample but it was just what I was looking for. I loved the lace and the beading. it just needs some alterations.Im so thankful I found my dress finally!

I had a great experience at Camarillo Bridal! Everyone was so helpful and the dresses were beautiful!
