I adore this place! They have fixed three pairs of my boots. Which means that I am too hard on my boots, but thankfully they can clean suede, fix heels, re-track zippers, and repair leather.Always so nice, fair, and realistic about time. Plus the woman there has the loveliest Scottish accent.I think they are fairly priced for their great work.Just a note: they open at 10am and you MUST take in both shoes even if you only need one worked on.

Pops is the kind of repair shop you dont see anymore. He has been in Camarillo for many many years. His son now runs a very good rug cleaning business out of the same store. We use it. Pop rehabs shoes and does an excellent job he fixes vacuum cleaners and he also fixes anything else that you might need fixing for. He does an excellent job with fixing for example a purse is sewing machine a vacuum cleaner lamp or anything along that line. His prices are fair. He is reliable and consistent.

I was greeted with a gigantic smile from Jason (little Pops) and was welcomed into their very lovely space that is shared with eco-friendly dry cleaners. Jason was professional, kind and was happy to take care of the sandal with an unbeatable price. My sandal was ready in 2 days and it is better than ever! Everyone seems to like Pops, but I dont get why. Pop is gruff, rude and doesnt seem to care about his customers. He doesnt give estimates, so when you pick up your item, you either pay his high rate or lose it. Ill never go back.

These guys are great. Before you throw it away, take it to Pops. Chances are they can fix it. They also do great carpet and furniture cleaning. Very friendly home town service at its best!

Charged me $60 to put new soles and heels on a pair of shoes. The repair lasted through 6 wearings and the heels started to come off. The bandit charged me another $13 to fix his poor workmanship. Ill never go back to him again. Id rather throw the shoes away than get robbed.
