Its a fairly standard bookstore for a college campus. Overpriced books and limited apparel and gift items sporting the school logo. Its never really busy, then again its a smaller college campus. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. So far I havent seen any apparel I liked the design of, but the cost seems reasonable which I was pleasantly surprised to see. When I graduated, they sold me a tassel for the wrong year, and wouldnt let me return it. So double check your purchase before you leave.

Do not buy books here, their petty practices include making it difficult to find isbn numbers online making it a pian to get the price match. CHEGG or Amazon have better prices do not waste money here.

Price match guarantee is deceiving and favors bookstore rather than the student. You get store credit through the cash back so regardless you end up spending at least what you spent in the first place. I also had trouble with management while comparing prices on books while using my cellphone. Was told that using amazon app and barcode scanner.

Apart from below average customer service, all items sold here are more expensive than any other source. Please buy everything- books, stationery, notepads locally or on amazon. This place is a scam.
