They rocked our travel trailer with a solar system and inverter. The reccomendations, the install, the explanation and everything was true pro work. I am a new RV owner. I purchased a 2017 Sprinter Duramax Isata 3. I couldn’t get the Anderson water valve to change positions and didn’t want to break it. I took it to J&K and was greeted by Mike. I told him about my problem and he came out to the RV and said they can stick and the handle can break, but is an easy fix. He put his magic hands on it and freed it up and it works like new. I can now change it from TANK-NORMAL-WINTERIZE with no problem. He did not charge me anything and answered my questions about some minor issues I have that will need repair and how to make an appointment. Talk about customer service, Mike is above and beyond and will have my business for life. Thank You J&K

I was stuck in Camarillo when I wasnt able to start my car to return home. I asked all of my girlfriends which place they would recommend having my car towed to and they ALL said J&K Automotive. They were honest and helpful and it turned out my remote key chip had fallen out. I was able to purchase a new remote key fob and I am up and running now. I will definitely take my car to J&K Automotive in the future!!! Floyd and staff were GREAT!!!

J & K has a great location and is really clean and organized in both office and shop areas.The staff is professional, courteous, on time and happy to answer questions. Each estimate received, was the same number at checkout (if no additional work performed), so no surprises.They notice little details too - I had replaced a back up light a few months ago, and fortunately they caught it out again during a light check. The connector was found to be loose, and got fixed.Since Ford cant offer services during an oil change that Mike does, like checking the roof seals and the tire pressure (Ford says they do, but dont), Ive switched to J & K.

Jerry and Mike are GREAT to work with and both have been absolute gentlemen and customer minded. I am a first time RV owner with a 1994 Winnebago Minnie Winnie on a Ford E350 with a 5.7 L V8 sounds great, runs great, looks great but has a ghost in the machine the causes it to unexpectedly NOT start! We are now on round three they are still trying to solve this puzzle. .. ... ... to be continued.Problem solved and it has been running great!My generator decided it would not start and so I asked Mike to pickup where I ran out of ideas and patience and skill.Once again J&K came through with flying colors.Cleaned carbonator and replace a blown fuse and we are up and running again!Thanks guys!

My husband and I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Floyd was honest and thorough, helped us feel extremely comfortable with the decision to buy.

I took my vehicle in to have the a/c unit serviced. I was told that I had a bad compressor and that it would be $1587 to have my a/c unit repaired. I dont have any idea why they would charge me so much, so I got the job done for $750. Just give people a fair price. Ill never go back and i live 5 minutes from the shop

JK has perform outstandingly and being proactive on my vehicle. Went in for oil change and after inspection, I need to replace mid drive shaft bearing. Floyd and Matt were able to perform the repair in a few hours. Outstanding service in both behalf.

Well is the first shop it hasnt give me wrong dont like to say business names but (Camarillo independent) in daily dr Brett such a lier. He should be charged under penal code 118. dont give him a star instead be truthful be fair you took fuel pump out of my truck never put new one back smh.

Last year a friend referred me to J&K to service my Tiffin Allegro Bus and it’s the best decision I have made for RV service. They can do just about anything, inside or out, and it will get done right. I recently purchased a new 2020 Tiffin Bus and aside from installing lithium batteries I had them go through my complete coach to make sure I would not have any issues while on an extended trip. They are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them.

I have a 2021 Gensis Vortex Platinum 5th wheel and have needed some warranty work since we purchased it. A neighbor suggested JK and I will not go anywhere els now!! This is the best RV repair center I have ever delt with! I also own a 2015 Jayco travel trailer and have worked with a few other local RV repair shops and NO ONE compares to JK! Mike who sets up your appointment makes the experience very simple and pleasant and is very helpful with any of your questions. I since have recommended JK to many of our friends that have a RV! Found a water Leah during the recent rains. I called up and Mike had me bring it in. Since we had experienced a recent water leak in our home we were forced to live in the Motorhome and could not leave it, J & K made sure to work on it and we had it back 3 hours later!Thanks for the quick response and getting us back to driveway glamping!

These guys are great. They did diagnostics for my Cmax Energi plug in hybrid and determined the fix was probably under warranty. Instead of charging me they recommended that I bring it to a dealer, who had to make the fix for free.

Professional shop that I can trust. I am a single woman with very little mechanic savvy. My sons car is an old Toyota Prius and they take great care of his car. We trust anything that needs to be done according to J&K. They suggest the needed maintenance via emails to me not anything that is not needed. What I am super appreciative about is that my autistic son can go and have a successful experience on his own. No drama, no excessive charges, just regular car maintenance. That is a great shop.

J&K Automotive has been our go to car repair center for the last 5 years. The mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable. Im glad I was told about them years ago. Keep up the good work.

As always their service was superb. They always go the extra mile to ensure the work is done correctly and on time at a fair price.

If I could give this place a zero for EPIC FAIL I would.We brought our truck here several weeks ago for a fuel leak and asked them to check the fuel pump and replace it if necessary. They said the problem wasn’t the fuel pump it was something different. They kept our truck for almost 3 weeks, during which time they called us on numerous occasions to tell us we needed to replace this part and that part. Well after all was said and done, the original quote of $800 was now $4700! Our truck isn’t worth $4700. But we pay because we need the vehicle, and go home. During the next few days we notice we are leaking fuel and a substantial rate. We call the shop, and J&K states “we stand behind our work for 1 year. If anything goes wrong we’ll fix it for free”. So we take the truck back. This time they keep it for another 2 weeks. We have to call them and ask when it will be ready, only to find out now we need to replace the fuel pump for another $500-600 !!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So all along the issue was the fuel pump which we brought it there in the first place to check and they replaced thousands of dollars’ worth of parts that probably didn’t need to be replaced. RIP OFF!!! I would never take another vehicle to this business. Next stop – the BBB.

Took our van in for A/C front fan disfunction. They repaired problem and checked over everything under the hood finding other problems giving me an estimate to repair other issues. Crystal was helpful and professional. They also offer free shuttle. Made all repairs in reasonable amount of time. Hope that J&K automotive continues to offer the service I received on this visit will be returning.

This shop is fantastic. I took my motorhome in to be checked and they were thorough and completed all work timely. The Manager Mike was great and answered all of my questions as I have not driven such a large vehicle before. I will certainly return and will bring my autos to this shop as I found out they work on cars as well. They initially did a complete check of the motorhome and even e-mailed the results and suggestions.

A repair made to my RV by J & K Auto/ RV that leaked sewage on to the ground continuously.The high ratings on the internet for J & K Auto/RV, Camarillo got me sucked in for a RV repair,…… plus J & K’s website proclaiming “Exceptional Auto repair” and under RV repair/experience …. “Experienced RVer/Automotive technician who has over 14 years experience………”How could I go so wrong with a company rated so highly?My Micro Mini RV needed the entire waste water piping repaired plus some other things. 7 days later I picked up my RV. I loaded up the RV to go on an extended trip. 3 days after leaving home and hundreds of miles from home I discovered sewage dripping on the ground even though the black water valve was closed. That was bad news. I didn’t know why sewage was dripping on the ground. There were no RV repairs where I was traveling, and I had no tools. My travel companion is an invalid and can barely walk. I had no choice but to terminate the trip early and head back home.Here is what I found after I got back home and had tools available.1.The nuts of the installation bolts for both the gray and black water Bladex valves were completely loose and could have fallen off the RV anytime. These nuts were never tightened. The black water valve leaked badly, the gray water did not in spite of loose nuts.2.The clearance from the underside of the waste water piping to the ground was a mere 8”. Driving through a gutter/ ditch/ low point etc into and out of gas stations or any other business could have destroyed the low hanging waste water piping anytime. It required extreme caution to avoid ripping the newly installed low hanging piping off the RV.I have videos, pictures of the newly installed waste water system by J & K Auto/RV.I decided against taking my crippled RV back to J & K Auto/RV for fear of more bad repairs.Both the leaking Bladex Valve (s) and the low hanging waste water piping have since been repaired professionally. The valves no longer leak, the piping is at least 2” higher.I lost part of a trip I cannot replace, suffered anxiety and stress that nobody needs, and money flushed down the toilet.I will not ever return to J & K Auto/RV, nor do I ever want to hear from this business. I came to trust and I got cheated and ripped off.How many of the 5 star reviews are fake?

I recently took my 1999 motorhome in for some repairs. We’ve had the unit for just over a year and have tried several other repair shops. We were so pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the whole team at JK . Obviously no one wants to have service issues but when we do will look forward to using these fine folks once again.

My wife and I started going to J & K Automotive in March 2015 when we purchased a 2006 Motorhome. Because of past bad experiences, when I take a vehicle to a shop new to me, Im always concerned they might try to stick it to me. And with J & K, I was doubly hesitant because my son in law had taken his trailer to J & K in 2013 and got an incorrect diagnosis on his water heater and it cost him a $100 diagnostic fee. But I wanted to give J & K a second chance because I live in Camarillo. We just recently purchased a 2014 Winnebago Sightseer which weve already taken twice to J & K. After going to J & K now for almost 2 years, I trust J & K to correctly diagnose any problems and fix it in a timely and efficient manner. I also trust that they will not try to overcharge for their labor or parts. They do their utmost to get the parts and the repair done as soon as possible. They always seem able to fit me in the same or next day when I call. The staff at J & K are friendly, courteous and professional, especially Mike Oakley who I deal with. The major problem I had with the Sightseer should have been identified and fixed by the RV Dealer I purchased it from. Even though we were past the 15 day warranty, the dealer reimbursed us for J & Ks repair bill of $1098 thanks in part to Mikes write up on the invoice and the photos he took for me. I highly recommend this shop if you want your Motorhome serviced or repaired.
