This place is nice and quiet right off the expressway entrance and exit of the Bishop Ford at Dalton Avenue its very quiet and my mom is happy there

What I want to say cant be said on here. Just be careful

It is not a safe place. A few days ago the neighbor was shot dead, they robbed and you go to the office and they tell you we cant do more than we do. What do they do? At least three to four times they shoot and for them it is normal. Finishing my contract I will leave.

Full of broken down trailers , over grown look shabby I really dont understand how something like this can exist. WOW

I,ve been here now over year. This is one of the quietest place to live in. The neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and kind. Love this place.

My mother lives there and she was mold under her house and its definitely not live able , Im going to speak with someone in the office if they cant move my mother or at least change her to something that want make her sick, i am definitely getting the city of Calumet involved, because my mother is old they steady going up on her rent taking advantage of her age. Nice people, nice place, and very atmosphere

The place was dirty from the last party that was held there, food in the sink and molding coffee in the pot. Spots on the floor from where drinks were spilled. But other than that its okay.

Great place to shop

They had nothing for sale the weather was cold and everything that they had was in a state of being repaired and the workmen were busy working on a unit at a time and the prices are a little or what one would expect for something that is from the 1970s vintage for a mobile home
