I will consider ordering online now since I live in the IE.Always get compliments on my outfits from this store. And the costume jewerely is tasteful.

Three stars is being really generous. The store had some cute stuff but the customer service is very poor. No enthusiasm, no one asks if you need help, and the two associates that were on the floor just looked miserable. There was one Latina associate that smiled and spoke when I first came in but I couldnt find her anymore so I guess she went home. I would have bought more but due to the poor service I decided to buy the item that was being held for me and left smh. Never had this problem at Lane Bryant.

Best experience yet at a store staff was friendly upbeat attentive and helpful and all around pleasant. I mostly enjoyed the interaction with the other customers in the store as well they knew the regular customers and had a great rapport great job ladies keep up the great work!!!! &&&& I looked amazing 🤗😍😘🤩

Wanted so badly to give it 5 stars. The styles and designs are outstanding. To my great misfortune, they had very little left in my size...and its a Saturday, a day to shop! Im visiting California from the east coast and realizing different regions stock and carry different colors and designs, I wanted to purchase things here that I may not see back at home. No luck...apparently everyone in California has the same taste as me and wears the same size. 3 stars for having to leave the store with FAR less than I intended.

The store was nice and clean. I was greeted upon entering the store. I was allowed to look around for 15 minutes or so before a young lady asked if I needed any help finding anything. I especially liked the fact that I was given the price that was on a dress even though the price came up differently on the register. There wasnt a debate. I loved it!!! (Plus there were about 4 other dresses with that price on them they were all marked wrong) (This really what Customer Service is all about)!!!So I would rate my experience at this store a 5 instead of the original 4 Star but mostly because of Im thinking she was the manager.

1st time here. Last time here.Love the clothes but the ladies made no effort to assist other than to yell at me from across the store that items are 30% office.I miss the Pasadena store.

Found what I needed

My shopping experience here was excellent I was looking for an outfit to wear to an evening wedding and the sales clerk was very helpful to me. She helped me pick out a beautiful outfit that was on the clearance rack and shoes to match.

Decent sale today. Found exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of parking and friendly associates
